Il soggiorno è stato ottimale, é fuori dal centro città che si raggiunge comunque rapidamente in 12 minuti di auto. Il sentiero di ingresso è abbastanza stretto e serve dare attenzione per non graffiare l’auto. All’interno l’alloggio é come indicato, confortevole con tutto ciò che serve. Unica pecca la pulizia che al nostro arrivo non é stata del tutto impeccabile. Nel complesso il posto è bello, accogliente e sono soddisfatto

Location is amazing but the cottage has definitely seen better days and needs a deep clean and some new paint/furnishing. The bed was comfy, the kitchen well equipped but it was quite dark (needs more upstairs light) and there was mould on the walls/round the windows and back of the sofa. The view is incredible and it stays really cool up in the hills compared to by the coast which was great. Would not recommend if you have misophonia because there are a lot of local dogs barking all hours - would otherwise be very quiet!

We had a lovely stay. The house is cozy and feels very private thanks to its secluded location. We rented a car for our entire stay, which I would highly recommend. I walked from the city to the house one day, and even though I exercise regularly, it was a challenging uphill walk. We felt that a few basic cleaning supplies were missing. They may have been available, or the host might have provided them if we had asked, but we ended up buying essentials like trash bags and a dish brush ourselves. The house is quite humid, which is understandable given Madeira's climate. Towels took a long time to dry, and the house felt damp and chilly in the evenings, although two portable heaters were available if needed. An Island Apart was quick to respond, and the self check-in process was very smooth and convenient. Overall, we were happy with both the host and the accommodation and would recommend it to others.

The cottage was beautiful and view was incredible. The host was very easy to contact via whats app and the check in process was smooth, but I would hire a car with a good engine as the route to get to the property is very steep and winding. The property could do with better cleaning and maintenance as there was mold on the wall of the kitchen pannels and dust/dirt/cobwebs in the corners and under the bed. The shower head holder was also broken. A few adjustments and this property could be amazing. We had to contact the host as the central heating was switched off at the mains on our first night and the small heaters provided would fuse the whole building. This was inconvinient but dealt with the following day.

Das Haus bietet grundsätzlich eine tolle Aussicht, die aber durch wuchernde Pflanzen stark eingeschränkt ist. Gartenarbeit ist dringend nötig. Das Haus ist technisch sehr vernachlässigt, zB fällt die Nachttischlampe quasi auseinander. Das Haus war sehr kalt. Bei Ankunft war es 15Grad kalt im Haus, und die Zentralheizung wurde auch auf Anfrage nicht eingeschaltet. Wir haben daher permanent alle elektrischen Verbraucher (z.B. Herdplatten) eingeschaltet, und auch damit wurde es nur knapp 18Grad warm. Notgedrungen haben wir den Holzofen in Betrieb genommen, aber er hat ein Leck am Ansatz des Abluftrohrs so dass es in das Haus rauchte. Die Terrasse ist unaufgeräumt. Das Haus war sauber, aber Ameisenstraßen führen durch Bad und Küche. Die Zuwegung ist sehr steil, sehr schlecht gepflastert, halb zugewachsen und auch im ersten Gang kaum befahrbar. Das Haus ist eigentlich toll und toll gelegen, aber der Zustand war insgesamt absolut nicht empfehlenswert.
