With a simple, city-inspired décor, it’s located in a quiet area very close to the city center, where you’ll find tourist attractions, museums, restaurants, and shops. The comfortable living room opens onto an outside balcony. There are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and another with two single beds—accommodating up to 4 people. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to dine in comfort. Free parking is available if you rent a car. NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW Located in one of Funchal’s most prestigious areas, the apartment is close to supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, bars, theatres, and the Casino of Madeira. Nearby, Santa Catarina Park offers green spaces for jogging, relaxing, or picnicking with views over Funchal bay. The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot (just ten minutes from the cathedral, marina, and city center) or by public transport (bus stop two minutes away). GETTING AROUND An aerobus stop for airport arrivals and departures is five minutes away, but we recommend our private transfer service for convenience and savings. Contact us in advance to schedule. GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to all areas of the apartment. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS We are always available to help or answer your questions via mobile or email and will do our best to meet your requests. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law. - Check-in must be scheduled in advance; if not scheduled within 48 hours of arrival, it is subject to team availability. - Bed linen and towels are provided. Crib, high chair, and baby bathtub available on request. First aid kit, fire extinguisher, and fire blanket are provided. ATTENTION A municipal tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), will be charged. You’ll receive a payment link upon arrival. HOUSE RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration. A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights). Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and a fee. Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee. By making a booking, the guest accepts the house rules and terms of stay.
