This single-storey house in Porto Santo is perfect for families or groups of up to 7 people looking for comfort and privacy. It has three bedrooms: two with double beds, one with a private bathroom with shower, and a third bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. There is also an additional bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped for easy meal preparation and opens to a cozy living room, ideal for relaxing and socializing. For added convenience, the property includes a laundry room with a shower. Private parking ensures security and practicality. This home offers a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for enjoying Porto Santo with freedom and comfort. AREA The property is located in Porto Santo, next to the bar and the Moinho das Lombas viewpoint, which offers stunning views of the island. It is about a 15-minute walk from the town center and a 4-minute drive away. This location combines the tranquility of nature with easy access to restaurants, cafés, and services, making it ideal for a relaxing stay. A perfect spot for those who want to enjoy nature, peace, and authentic experiences on a unique island. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Porto Santo. All guests staying in tourist developments and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nights stay/€14 per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee. - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. HOUSE RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. • Parties or events are not permitted. • We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration. A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights). Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee. Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
