With contemporary and minimalist décor, designed for guest comfort and well-being, this apartment offers all the facilities needed for a wonderful holiday in Madeira, whether for work or leisure. The flat includes a living area, television with cable channels, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms with double beds, an outdoor patio, and a bathroom with shower. There is a balcony connecting the living room and one of the bedrooms. The building has a shared entrance and is located on Rua da Alegria, near the Plaza Madeira Shopping Centre. Wi-Fi is available throughout. Please note: the building has stairs and no private parking. AREA Located in Funchal city center, the building is within walking distance of downtown and main points of interest: restaurants, shopping centres, bars, museums, the Cathedral of Funchal, Funchal Municipal Garden, Funchal Marina, and Municipal Theatre. The city center offers information on a wide range of activities, from cultural to nature-related. GETTING AROUND The best option to reach the property is by transfer—ask us to book with our local partners for a better rate than airport taxis. If you rent a car, any navigation app will find the address easily. There are bus stops nearby. ACCESS TO PROPERTY Guests have access to all areas of the property. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law. - Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior); otherwise, it is subject to team availability. - Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket are on the property. ATTENTION A Tourist Fee of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), will be charged. You will receive a link to pay this municipal tax upon arrival. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration. A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).
