Ideal for business or leisure trips, it offers every comfort and convenience for a pleasant stay: living area, TV with cable channels, sofa bed, well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, dining area, bathroom with shower, and bedroom with double bed. Maximum capacity: 4 people. Wi-Fi available throughout the property. Building without elevator. AREA Quick and easy access to restaurants, stores, shopping centers, and supermarkets. Very close to the Farmers' Market, Funchal's Old Town, and the Cathedral. Many tourist attractions are within walking distance (cable car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc.). Barreirinha’s beach or São Tiago’s beach is about 15 minutes away on foot. GETTING AROUND The best option to reach the apartment is by transfer—ask us to book with our local partners (cheaper than airport taxis). If you rent a car, any navigation app will find the address easily. There is a bus stop 2 minutes’ walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY Guests have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions and do our best to reply to all requests. We also provide an app for guests with important property and local information. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - All guests must present a valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law. - Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours before arrival); otherwise, it is subject to team availability. - Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket on site. ATTENTION A Tourist Fee of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), will be charged. You will receive a link to pay this municipal tax upon arrival. HOUSE RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration. A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights). Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and a fee. Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.
