This accommodation features a comfortable living room with two sofa beds, cable TV, dining area, and natural lighting. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and private bathroom with bath, and another with two single beds. A second bathroom with shower is available in the common area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area, laundry, and storage space. The balcony, accessible from the living room, offers a pleasant spot to enjoy the city landscape. Maximum capacity: 6 people. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The building has a lift. No parking available. AREA Located on Rua 5 de Outubro, Edifício 5 d' Outubro Residence, the flat is close to main road connections and just a 10-minute walk from Lavradores Market and Funchal’s Old Town. Major attractions such as the Cable Car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Sé Catedral, and Madeira Wine Lodge are within walking distance. Nearby, you'll find the "La Vie" shopping centre, shops, cafés, hairdressers, pharmacies, restaurants, and a supermarket. Information on cultural, adventure, and nature activities is available in central Funchal. GETTING AROUND Transfers can be arranged with local partners (cheaper than airport taxis). If renting a car, the address is easily found via navigation apps. ACCESS TO PROPERTY Guests have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to assist or answer questions. Guests also have access to an app with important property and local information. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law. - Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior); otherwise, it is subject to team availability. - Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket are on site. ATTENTION A municipal tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13+), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), will be charged. Payment link provided at check-in. HOUSE RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration. A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).
