The living room offers a comfortable seating area with a sofa, cable TV, and a dining area. From here, you can access both the bedroom and the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen allows for convenient meal preparation throughout your stay. There is also a guest WC available. Outside, the balcony boasts a stunning sea view and two inviting sitting areas—perfect for enjoying a coffee, reading, listening to music, or watching the sunset with a glass of wine and a cheese board. Guests have access to three swimming pools, a gym, a snooker table, and gardens within the building. The area is quiet, with quick and easy access to Praia Formosa and the Promenade connecting Funchal to Câmara de Lobos. Nearby are Fórum Madeira shopping centre, restaurants, bars, pastry shops, pharmacies, and other services. The city centre offers various tourist attractions and activities. GETTING AROUND Transfers can be arranged with local partners (cheaper than airport taxis). If renting a car, the address is easily found using any navigation app. ACCESS TO PROPERTY Guests have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions and strive to respond promptly. Guests also have access to an app with important property and local information. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - All guests must present a valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law. - Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior); otherwise, it is subject to team availability. - Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and a fire blanket. ATTENTION A Tourist Fee of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to 7 nights (€14.00 max per person/stay), will be charged for all guests staying in Funchal. A payment link will be provided upon arrival. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration. A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).
