Casa de Campo do Arco de São Jorge has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, spread over two floors. With refined country décor in harmony with the rustic stone, the ground floor features a spacious living room with a salamander heater, perfect for cozy winter evenings. The first-floor balcony offers stunning views, ideal for Instagram moments. Outside, there’s a large living space with a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying meals with friends or family. The house accommodates up to 6 people, offers Wi-Fi throughout, and has private parking. AREA Located in the Municipality of Santana, in the parish of Arco de São Jorge, the property is near the restaurant "O Arco," local trails, and the famous "Quinta das Rosas." Santana’s center is about 20 minutes by car, with parks, hiking trails, and Pico Ruivo nearby. Funchal is about 50 minutes by car. GETTING AROUND Transfers can be arranged with local partners, which are cheaper than airport taxis. If you rent a car, navigation apps can easily find the address. ACCESS TO PROPERTY Guests have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION The team is always available to help or answer questions and provides an app with important information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - All guests must present a valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law. - Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours before arrival). - Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. - The property has a first aid kit, extinguishers, and a fire blanket. ATTENTION A Municipal Tourist Ecotax of €2 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person), will be charged. A payment link will be sent before arrival. HOUSE RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. • Parties or events are not permitted. • We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration. A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights). Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee. Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
