Very close to the old part of the city, where you can enjoy the art and tradition, you will also be close to many services located in the area. With a simple and comfortable decoration, you will be able to relax after the days exploring the city and Madeira Island. Recently renovated, this apartment accommodates up to 4 people, making use of the sofa bed available in the living room. AREA If you come to enjoy the good weather and the best that the city of Funchal has to offer, look no further. This is the ideal area! In spring and summer you can take a swim at the Barreirinha bathing complex or at the small beach located in the old part of the city, both within a five minute walk from the apartment. All year round you can take a stroll through the streets and gardens of the city, or a walk along the seaside promenade that takes you to the Funchal Marina and the CR7 Museum. Nearby there is a wide variety of restaurants, bars, stores and supermarkets, pharmacies and other commercial surfaces. PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival. Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability. Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge. By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions. OTHER NOTES All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
