The ground floor features an open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area, creating a bright and functional space. This level also includes a guest bathroom and an exterior laundry area, providing extra convenience during your stay. The first floor is dedicated to the private area, with three cozy bedrooms. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share an additional bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The house is perfect for those wishing to explore Funchal and Madeira, offering a peaceful and well-located base, close to shops, services, and main roads. Combining functionality, comfort, and convenience, this property guarantees a relaxing and memorable experience. Construction work is currently underway next to the property, so occasional noise may be heard during the day. AREA Located in Funchal, Traditional House enjoys a practical and accessible location, close to shops, services, green spaces, and main city roads. It is an ideal base to explore Madeira, with easy access to tourist attractions, beaches, and hiking trails, while offering tranquility, comfort, and privacy for the whole family or group of friends. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. HOUSE RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. • Parties or events are not permitted. • We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration. A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights). Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee. Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
