Acqua Residence VII is a spacious 3-bedroom apartment located in an exclusive condominium in Funchal, ideal for families or groups of up to 6 people. Set in a modern and peaceful environment, it offers comfort, privacy, and proximity to the city centre. The apartment features three well-appointed bedrooms – one suite with a double bed, a second bedroom also with a double bed, and a third room with a single bed with a drawer, which can be converted into a double bed – as well as two bathrooms, one en suite and one shared. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a bright and cosy living and dining area, perfect for relaxing or socialising. A large balcony, accessible from both the living room and bedrooms, provides the ideal space to unwind at the end of the day. Guests can also enjoy free Wi-Fi and private parking, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The condominium offers access to a swimming pool, gym, elevator, and landscaped gardens. Located near Praia Formosa, shopping areas, and restaurants, this apartment is the perfect base to explore Funchal in comfort and style. The building offers direct access to the promenade via a private lift, ideal for walks along the coast towards Funchal or the picturesque village of Câmara de Lobos. AREA The property is located in a prime area of Funchal, just a few minutes’ walk from Praia Formosa. In the surrounding area, you’ll find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bakeries, a pharmacy, as well as the Forum Madeira Shopping Centre, which is about a 10-minute walk away. There is also easy access nearby to the seafront promenade and cycle path, perfect for walks or bike rides by the ocean. The area also offers convenient access to padel courts, green spaces, and various leisure options. Funchal city centre is about a 10-minute drive or a 40-minute walk, making it an excellent base from which to explore the city. In the city centre, you’ll find tourist attractions, historic gardens, museums, traditional markets, and a variety of cultural, nature-based, or adventure activities to suit all interests and ages. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nights stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee. - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. HOUSE RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. • Parties or events are not permitted. • We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration. A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights). Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee. Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
