Ribeira Brava I apartment is located on the 1st floor and features a bedroom with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a living room with a balcony—perfect for breakfast or relaxing after a long day. Maximum capacity is 2 persons. Private parking is available on floor -1, space D. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the property. AREA Situated in the historic municipality of Ribeira Brava, Madeira, the apartment is centrally located, close to pastry shops, restaurants, and a gym. The beach and promenade are about a 15-minute walk away, offering easy access to Tabua and neighboring cities via the nearby highway. GETTING AROUND Transfers can be arranged with local partners (cheaper than airport taxis). If you rent a car, navigation apps will easily guide you to the address. ACCESS TO PROPERTY Guests have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION Support is available at all times, and an app is provided with important property and local information. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as per Portuguese law. - Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior); otherwise, it is subject to team availability. - Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket. ATTENTION A municipal tourist fee of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), will be charged. Payment link provided upon arrival. HOUSE RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please observe the following: • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Be considerate of neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team. All guests must present valid identification for registration. Positive: L'ascenseur Negative: L'accueil personne,pour nous attendre ,😱les renseignements concernant l'adresse ne correspond pas. Le no de la rue ne veut rien dire c'est une impasse 😡téléphone ☎️ incapable de nous indiquer correctement l'adresse. Etc Pas une bouteille d'eau alors que nous avons attendu presque 1 heure pour qu'un jeune homme se déplace et arrive en mobylette 😡😡 Très mal situé enclavé par des immeubles de 5 étages. Pas question de profiter du balcon .et l'apothéose la machine a laver était en panne. Obligé de perdre du temps ⌛️ de nos vacances dans le parking du supermarché pour la laverie. Surtout si vous avez des serviettes jaunes 4 pour 15 jours ne pas le mélanger, vos affaires seront jaunes malgré les linguettes. Le réparateur n'est jamais venu nous avons perdu une matinée et une soirée a l'attendre .C'est dommage car Rivera brava est une ville balnéaire sympa. Nous y retournerons mais pas dans cette location passé votre chemin.

The apartment was beautiful and location was good. However, the GPS coordinates given did not match with location of apartment. It even took a local man helping us over an hour to find the place. It took three times calling our contact to get a hold of him and then the local man and he spoke a few times in order to find the location of our apartment. But the apartment was very spacious and perfectly clean! I couldn't figure out how to get the washer to work so if you need that, ask your contact for a demonstration.

We enjoyed our time here once we found it. Quite irritating that it took over an hour to locate it even with the help of a kind local man who spent the time calling our contact (several times before he answered) to find the location.

Positive: Bardzo przyjemy apartament. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony (lodówka, zmywarka, kapsułkowy ekspres do kawy, zmywarka, pralka, TV). W pobliżu market Continente oraz cukiernia Miminho (kawa z mlekiem Chinesa 1,30 EUR, pyszne Pastéis de nata 1,30 PLN). Apartament oddalony o ok 10 min pieszo od ścisłego centrum Ribeira Brava. Samo miasteczko dobrze skomunikowane. Autobusy w kierunku przełęczy Encumeada (dalej Sao Vicente, Porto Monitz oraz Sao Jorge), w kierunku Funchal (dalej w kierunku Machico, lotniska i półwyspu św. Wawrzyńca) oraz na zachodzie wyspy Prazeres, Paul do Mar i Jardim do Mar. Negative: Wszystko ok. Drobna uwaga: przydałoby się trochę więcej naczyń, szczególnie biorąc pod uwagę że w apartamencie jest duża zmywarka.
