The open-plan space features a dining area, work area, closet, two single beds, and a sofa bed for children, accommodating up to three people—ideal for couples, families, or friends. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped, and the bathroom includes a shower cabin. Enjoy modern appliances and all essential utensils for a worry-free stay. Located in the heart of Funchal, you’ll be within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, the Farmers Market, Funchal Cathedral, Municipal Garden, Marina, shopping centers, supermarkets, bars, and museums. The area offers easy access to cultural, nature, and adventure activities. Getting around is easy: we can arrange a transfer (cheaper than airport taxis), or you can use navigation apps if renting a car. A bus stop is just 2 minutes away. Guests have access to all areas of the property. Our team is always available to assist, and we provide an app with essential property and local information. Other notes: - All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law. - Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior). - Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. - First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket are on site. - A municipal tourist tax applies: €2 per person/night (ages 13+), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay). HOUSE RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Please be considerate of neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration. A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights). Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and a fee. Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee. By making a booking, the guest accepts the house rules and terms of stay.
