This property, located on the 3rd floor, offers two bedrooms: a double bedroom with private bathroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony, and the double bedroom connects with the living room balcony. The open-plan space includes a fully equipped kitchen with access to a laundry area, a living room with a sofa bed, and a dining area. The social bathroom is equipped with a shower. The living room opens onto a balcony with outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing, reading, enjoying a coffee, or admiring the generous sea view. The decoration is simple and modern, providing comfort and practicality for a pleasant stay. The apartment accommodates up to 6 people. The building has elevator access and private parking. AREA The property is a 2-minute walk from the Nazaré viewpoint, offering incredible views over Funchal and the Atlantic Ocean. The building is roadside and close to a public bus stop, bakeries, and restaurants. It is a 7-minute drive from Funchal city centre and near expressway access for exploring Madeira Island. Nearby attractions include Quinta Magnolia Garden, the cable car to Monte or the Botanical Gardens, CR7 Museum, Funchal Marina, Santa Catarina Park, and Baltazar Dias Theater. GETTING AROUND The best option to reach the property is by transfer, which can be booked with local partners and is cheaper than airport taxis. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer any questions. We also provide an app for guests with important information about the property and your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - All guests are required by Portuguese law to present a valid ID (passport or identity card). - Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours before arrival). - Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. - First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket are available in the property. ATTENTION A Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in Funchal: €2.00 per person/night (aged 13+), up to 7 nights (€14.00 max per person/stay). You will receive a link to pay this municipal tax upon arrival. HOUSE RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. • Parties or events are not permitted. • We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration. A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).
