This modern and refined 4-bedroom villa, spread over two floors with a garden and swimming pool, offers a cozy family atmosphere in a quiet area—perfect for tranquil and relaxing holidays. On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and open-plan living area create a spacious and comfortable environment. The large bathroom is accessible for people with reduced mobility. The double bedroom, featuring a built-in wardrobe and direct outdoor access, is ideal for guests seeking extra privacy. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a shared bathroom. One bedroom has a wardrobe, access to the shared balcony, and direct bathroom access—ideal for privacy and comfort. Another bedroom with a built-in wardrobe also has balcony access and direct access to the WC, perfect for enjoying the view and natural light. The spacious third bedroom with a built-in wardrobe is great for those who prefer more room. Two bedrooms are equipped with two single sofa beds. The villa boasts a private semi-tropical garden, outdoor dining area, and a small swimming pool for hot days. Unobstructed sea views and fantastic sunsets create a serene and tranquil atmosphere. The property offers a comfortable family setting, in a quiet area with all amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The water on the property is not safe to drink, so we recommend using bottled water for drinking. Maximum capacity: 10 persons Wi-Fi: Available throughout the house Private parking: Space for 2 cars AREA Located in Estreito da Calheta, the sunniest area of Madeira Island. A 5-minute drive takes you to Calheta’s center, where you’ll find the Museum of Contemporary Art, a yellow sandy beach, marina, restaurants, and a supermarket. Essential services such as a supermarket, grocery store, café, and pharmacy are nearby. GETTING AROUND Transfers are recommended and can be booked with local partners (cheaper than airport taxis). If renting a car, navigation apps easily find the address. ACCESS Guests have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to assist or answer questions. We also provide an app with important property and local information. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as per Portuguese law. - Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior); otherwise, it is subject to team availability. - Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket are on the property. HOUSE RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team to check the situation. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration. A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights). Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and a fee. Check-out: by 10:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee. By making a booking, the guest accepts the house rules and terms of stay. ATTENTION - A Tourist Fee of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), will be charged. You will receive a link to pay this municipal tax upon arrival. - No pets allowed. Please do not feed wild or domestic animals. - No parties allowed.
