In a building inaugurated in 2021, this property has been equipped and decorated so that you can rent and enjoy a lot of comfort while staying in Funchal and Madeira. With two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, this apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 people, making use of the sofa bed in the living room. The living room and kitchen (fully equipped) "open space" privileges the space and natural light, combined with access to a spacious balcony with a magnificent view over the sea. Here you can enjoy the sunset overlooking Cabo Girão. AREA Situated in one of the most prestigious tourist areas of Funchal, this apartment is close to a pleasant promenade, beaches, supermarkets, pharmacies, stores, and the Forum Madeira shopping centre, which has several international brands and movie theaters. Nearby there are several bars and restaurants where you can delight yourself with our gastronomy or with international cuisine. Besides the nearby options, you can go to Funchal city center (seven minutes by car) where you will find a larger variety of restaurants. Praia Formosa beach is about five hundred meters away from the apartment, perfect for diving and sunbathing on the pebble and black sand. PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival. Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability. Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge. By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions. OTHER NOTES All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
