Far from the bustle of the city, this beautiful property is in a privileged area of the city, where views of the city's tourist area mingle with the vastness of the Atlantic Ocean. With excellent sun exposure, the garden space offers you the opportunity to get a new tan or, if you want, to relax and enjoy the space for a good meal with friends or family. The property has three bedrooms, two with double beds, one with two single beds; two full bathrooms and two social; a fully equipped kitchen and the spacious living room where you can enjoy the views. The house has the capacity to accommodate a maximum of six people. The apartment is fully equipped with all amenities and has a garage. THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW Situated near one of Funchal's most prestigious tourist areas, this property is close to Piornais and Formosa Beach, which are a 4-minute drive away. Forum Madeira shopping center, which features several internationally renowned shops and movie theaters, is a 7-minute drive away. Nearby there are several bars. In addition to the nearest options, you can go to Funchal city center (10 minutes by car) where you will find a greater variety of restaurants. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property is by transfer. Ask us to arrange one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the cabs you'll find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address. GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to all areas of the flat. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS We are always at your disposal to help or answer your questions. You can contact us via our mobile numbers or by email. We will do our best to meet your requests. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card). - Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior to arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties. ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax. HOUSE RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. • Parties or events are not permitted. • We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration. A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights). Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee. Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
