Apartamento moderno, com uma decoração minimalista presente em todas as áreas do alojamento. Este alojamento, situado no 2º andar de um prédio de construção recente e ultra moderna, tem dois quartos, com cama de casal, varanda, closet, tendo um deles WC privado com duche.
A sala está dividida em duas áreas, uma zona de refeições, com móvel de apoio, e uma zona de estar, com um confortável sofá, TV por cabo. O acesso ao exterior, para uma agradável varanda que disponibiliza um simpático espaço com exposição solar, óptimo para tomar um café, ler um livro e relaxar. A cozinha é ampla, está totalmente equipada, dispõe de um espaço para refeições e uma zona de lavandaria.
Esta propriedade está preparada para acolher um máximo de 4 pessoas.

Propriedade localizada na Avenida das Madalenas, zona dormitória, tranquila e perto dos acessos à via rápida, tanto para este, como para oeste da Ilha da Madeira. Este apartamento está muito próximo de um agradável jardim público, um supermercado e uma farmácia. Nas proximidades, existem pastelarias e restaurantes onde poderá deliciar-se com a nossa gastronomia ou com pratos de cozinha internacional. Para além das opções mais próximas, poderá deslocar-se ao centro da cidade do Funchal (cinco minutos de carro) onde vai encontrar uma maior variedade de restaurantes.
Saiba ainda que, no centro do Funchal, há diversos pontos de interesse turísticos e informações sobre atividades culturais, atividades radicais, atividades ligadas à natureza, seja qual for o objetivo da visita à Ilha da Madeira.

A melhor opção para chegar ao apartamento será o transfer. Peça-nos para marcar um com os nossos parceiros locais. É mais barato do que os táxis que encontra no aeroporto. Se alugar carro, qualquer aplicação de navegação encontra facilmente a morada.

We appreciated how spacious the apartment was and enjoyed the local neighborhood. The checkin was easy and the communication was good. We personally would not stay here again because of a serious ant problem. The company did send in people right away to try and resolve the problem unfortunately we still had ants crawling all over the kitchen counter the entire three days we were there. We were told that this was a common problem in Madeira and that the ants didn’t hurt anything. We unfortunately couldn’t comfortably use the kitchen with the amount of ants we had.

The flat was fully equipped and super clean. There is a beautiful view from one of the balconies where we drank our morning coffee. The owner replied to our messages ASAP and during our stay a crew came in once to clean the apartment and change the towels and bed sheets. The neighborhood is perfect, very close is a supermarket, local stores with fruits and veggies, a pharmacy and many tasty restaurants. Also, the free parking in the building is very helpful (but be careful with your car because the entrance is pretty narrow). Highly recommend, we enjoyed our stay very much. The only „issue” is a weak WiFi signal, you can receive only messages on online communicators when using it and if you want to search for something or send some pictures, you have to use your own data. But other than that the location and everything in the flat makes the stay amazing, we felt like at home.

De code van de buitendeur werkte niet waardoor we 10-15 minuten buiten hebben gestaan totdat een andere bewoner de deur opendeed. Communicatie omtrent alles, o.a. een probleem in de badkamer was prima en werd snel opgelost.

This was an absolute gem of a place. The flat had everything we needed and more. The host helped provide everything we needed and were super friendly. Lovely view from the terrace. We also loved the neighborhood, lots of lovely restaurants, bakeries and a big supermarket a walking distance from the flat. Would definitely return.

The spot was in a perfect location. We were able to walk down and get coffee daily. Very close to the plaza and all the tourist spots. The view from our rooms was spectacular. Probably the best part of it all. The garage for our rental was a plus.

Pokud nemáte problém s umístěním u rušné ulice na jedné straně bytu a domácími zvířaty - kohout ráno, psí štěkání ráno večer nebo kdykoli jindy, je toto ubytování prima. Pokud Vám nebude vadit výjezd z garáže, který je fakt výzva, pokud máte větší auto.

Réaction très rapide et efficace de Beatrice suite à deux demandes de services de notre part. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement. Funchal est à 35 minutes de marche, au retour il faut grimper environ 150 mètres.

Posizione comoda, non in centro ma con i mezzi a pochi metri.
Parcheggio insostituibile se si noleggia un'auto.
Cucina completa.
Letti strepitosamente comodi.
Aggiungerei solo una asciugatrice, ma non è indispensabile, e qualche capsula di caffè in modo che chi arriva nel cuore della notte al risveglio possa prepararselo.
Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Our group enjoyed the space and had a comfortable stay. Lots of local restaurants within walking distance. Garage parking was a little narrow but well appreciated to have. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

A wonderful modern comfortable apartment everything we needed it had,stores and cafes were near by on the same avenue 😀
We were given 3 fans straight away as it was very hot and there was no air conditioning
And it was a major help 😀

Um dos melhores apartamentos que já estive na Madeira, muito bem situado, tranquilo, com vizinhos silenciosos. Nunca tive o minimo de problema, nem com o apartamento, nem com o estacionamento privativo no prédio. Tudo limpo e sempre sem stress. Optimo para uma familia de 3 com o filho menor (5 anos).

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer schönen Gegend. Die Wohnung war etwas hellhörig (ich habe jeden morgen um halb Sechs das Vibrieren des Weckers des Nachbarns gehört). Ansonsten echt schön, in einer ruhigen Gegend und mit einer schönen Aussicht. Einkaufsläden und Restaurants waren direkt in der Straße. Kontakt lief reibungslos und An Island Apart hat immer nach spätestens 1 Stunde geantwortet. Gerne wieder!!!

Stayed here for 7 weeks in January. Like the neighborhood cafes and there are a couple of restaurants. Apartment is simply decorated. Kitchen not well equipped but Island apart brought round some missing items quickly - great service.
