O edifício tem uma entrada comum a todas as propriedades e está localizado na Rua da Carreira, uma das artérias principais do Funchal. A partir desta propriedade, poderá conhecer e visitar a pé os principais pontos de interesse da capital da Ilha da Madeira. Está próximo de restaurantes, centros comerciais, bares, museus, da Sé Catedral do Funchal, Jardim Municipal do Funchal, Marina do Funchal e Teatro Municipal.
No centro da cidade há muita informação sobre todo o tipo de atividades que pode fazer durante as suas férias: atividades culturais, atividades radicais, atividades ligadas à natureza… seja qual for o objetivo da visita à Ilha da Madeira!

A melhor opção para chegar ao apartamento será o transfer. Peça-nos para marcar um com os nossos parceiros locais. É mais barato do que os táxis que encontra no aeroporto. Se alugar carro, qualquer aplicação de navegação encontra facilmente a morada.

Only complaint which has nothing to do with the apartment itself is that the airport transfer we booked at the end of the trip (through the check-in and check-out process of the condo) did not show up and they did not answer the emergency phone number. This left us scrambling to find a last minute option (Uber) . Not the best way to end a vacation.

Vi havde en rigtig god oplevelse. Eftersom indtjekning først er kl 16, opbevarede vi vores bagage om formiddagen rundt om hjørnet, men det gik fint. Lejligheden er ren, pæn og vi lavede mad i køkkenet uden besvær. Beliggenheden er perfekt, hvis man vil bo i Funchal og udforske Madeira derfra. Vi havde ingen bil, men lejligheden ligger i gåafstand til busser og generelt til det meste af byen. Værten var god til at svare, der er lige et par "godkendelsestrin" man skal igennem for at gennemføre bookingen, men det var ikke noget problem. Tak for et godt ophold :))

The location is very good, right in the middle of the old city of Funchal, very close to shops and cafes.
The room was big and it had a well equipped kitchen, with a washing machine and dryer (which can in very handy).
For the money we paid, I expected the place to be more clean. I think they only vacuum the place, they don't really use a mop and the floor tends to be a bit sticky. Also the carpet had a funny odour.

Fajne mieszkanko, mieszkanie czysto posprzątane, w samym centrum, przy super knajpkach, blisko do portu, kawiarenek, galerii, parku miejskiego. Lokalizacja mega plus.
Mieliśmy problem z wejściem do mieszkania bo kod nie działał. Mimo próby kontaktu jedynymi osobami, które prosiły o cierpliwość były panie sprzątające obiekt, które próbowały rozwiązać problem. Poza tym ok.

great location. clear instruction about the keys, apartment essentials etc.. WiFi in the apartment. the flat itself could be more clean. there was a dump smell coming from the bathroom, towels although seemed washed, they were not so white anymore (Grey and stained). air conditioning and heating was broken

Really good experience staying in these apartments. Owner very responsible, it was allowed to arrive earlier than expected, to leave my baggage. It’s the centre of Funchal, but windows of apartments goes to internal yard, thus it is very calm and not noisy. There is good kitchen area in the apartment, everything you need to cook food by yourself. Probably the best internet connection in my life (and I’m not kidding). Everything was clean. Only one thing important to mention: there are pretty a lot of ants (or some similar bugs) which appear in the apartment from time to time, especially after coming back to apartments, for example. Lot of ants on the table on the kitchen area.

the place is exactly as pictured. It was really clean and all appliances were clean. I felt very comfortable based on the cleanliness. Location is perfect, walking distance to many places in Funchal. The staff attended to me as soon as I needed help. I had an activity planned the day I was checking out and staff found a way to help me out which I really appreciated.I would highly recommend this establishment and will come back again.

Location was definitely the greatest benefit of the place- do you need a quick coffee in the morning or a nice breakfast- they are just around the corner! Did you rent a car and need a parking? No problem, there is a 24h parking just 10 min away.
When it comes to the property itself, you can definitely notice the effort & resources invested to build/renovate it. It was designed by someone with an eye to the detail.
It is definitely impressive how quite it was for the location it has!
A great plus I could add to, is the code system, which allows you to think about an item less :)
Alert- I am a very picky guest and it is likely others might not agree with the below :)
The place has a great potential. I personally liked how new everything was- from the tiles, plints, floors to the meubels themselves. However, the impression me and my partner were left with about the particular room we had is that it is somehow not well maintained.
Upon our arrival we instanly noticed a smell coming from the batrhoom & the canalization. The shower cabin itself was not well cleaned- there was dirt & mold stuck between the tiles (thankfully, with a quick whatsapp message that was instantly resolved. Great reaction there! ). Yet, such instances set your vacation to a bad start. Especially, when I used to work in housekeeping and I am aware that it is possible to keep this part well maintained. It is a small effort at each cleaning. That also includes the glass door, which already had drops & some fingers on, when we arrived. While the issue was resolved, we did enjoy a whole night bleach smell coming from our bathroom, which ( again) is not a pain to die from, but brings the wrong mood.
The small things.
We definitely missed getting our towells changed. The property does have a washing machine, but when you are on a vacation, it adds a nice touch to let someone else take care of these things. :) Add it as a paid option, perhaps?
Everybody travels from afar before reaching Madeira. We often don't want to bring our big bottles of shampoo. conditioners, toothpaste etc. Having those taken care of would be very helpful. Why not get involved with a local brand and make a nice partnership? :)
I would love to avoid buying whole bottles again. And the random plastic bottle left on the floor of the shower cabin, does not seem to me trustworthy either. :)

Oh yeah, we kept our windows closed and used mainly airco, and we kept the little food we had in the fridge.

Very fine accommodations, excellent location, very quiet room. We did have some difficulty opening the room door the first time, and with adjusting the room temperature. Fortunately, we got some help with both issues.

Very fine, complete, brand new accommodations in an excellent location, walkable to the marina, parks, all the attractions of the Old Town. Our only problem was mastering the room lock. Fortunately, another guest instructed us on the steps to follow. The H/AC controls were also tricky, but a rep stopped by to instruct us.

Studio looks super nice; looks like in the pictures. It is well equiped and in a great location (center of old town). Not much noice from outside and the building itself is also good. Be aware: there is a glass panel from the shower towards the rest of the room so your room mate can see you showering (better for couples!..). Communcation with the owners could be better.

Excellent location - in the heart of Funchal town, yet peaceful and relaxing in the apartment. High spec and finish to the property also, clear it is newly refurbed. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and definitely hope to return!

Great location and amazing specification. Decor is a high note here. Will feel you have stayed a “somewhere” which will enhance your stay in Funchal. The location is also outstanding. A short walk form everything of interest.
A few things that amount to niggles were mentioned to host via direct feedback. They are easy to upgrade or correct and is a newish property so not worth a detailed booking.com mention. Its the difference between a 9 and a 10 only.

Es hat so gewirkt als wären wir die ersten Gäste gewesen. Sauber, top Lage, top Größe.
Ich habe nur 4 Sterne von 5 gegeben, weil uns ein paar Dinge gefehlt haben (aber da sind sie denke ich auf Erfahrungen von Gästen angewiesen. Das lässt sich dann schnell ändern 😊)
Wir lieben aber frische Luft und haben Klimaanlagen nicht so gerne, daher haben uns nicht aufmachbaren Fenster etwas gestört (oder wir haben es einfach nicht geschafft sie zu öffnen 😅)
Ich habe nur 4 Sterne von 5 gegeben, weil uns ein paar Dinge gefehlt haben (aber da sind sie denke ich auf Erfahrungen von Gästen angewiesen. Das lässt sich dann schnell ändern 😊)
