A partir desta propriedade, poderá conhecer e visitar a pé os principais pontos de interesse da capital da Ilha da Madeira. Está próximo de restaurantes, centros comerciais, bares, museus, da Sé Catedral do Funchal, Jardim Municipal do Funchal, Marina do Funchal e Teatro Municipal.

A melhor opção para chegar ao apartamento será o transfer. Peça-nos para marcar um com os nossos parceiros locais. É mais barato do que os táxis que encontra no aeroporto. Se alugar carro, qualquer aplicação de navegação encontra facilmente a morada.

Perfect location in the city centre, very easy to reach from the shuttle bus from/to the airport. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning ceiling and modernly renovated to have all the comforts. Cosy and comfortable bed, good mattress, everything was exceptionally clean. Loved also the washing machine & dryer in the room that we used. Everything is really nice. The staff was also very kind to let us have a late check-out as we fell sick.
Maybe the windows are a bit old and you can hear the noise from the street, but this is very subjective. Also the door has a curious automatic mechanism to lock and it takes an extra moment to close it when leaving the apartment, so you got to check carefully that it locked.

Location perfect. You can walk around the shops etc as you are in the heart of Funchal. Don’t need a car. Studio was exceptionally clean and in a beautiful old building that has been restored. Decor lovely and the little balcony allowed me to watch the world go by!
Needs a freezer compartment in the fridge for ice and ice cream etc. Cotton sheets would be better than polyester mix. It was cold in the evening so a small heater would have been nice but for €15 I bought my own so not really a problem.

Da es direkt an einer Straße liegt, roch es manchmal nach Abgasen. Außerdem ist ein Gullydeckel nahezu direkt unter dem Fenster, der oftmals sehr laut scheppert, wenn ein Fahrzeug darüber fährt.

It was in the city centre so the location was great. The apartment is bright with small balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed. The best thing was washing machine that had dryer included. The place was modern.

Mit dem Verwalter kann man in einem separaten Chat schreiben und alle Themen klären. Von Ausflügen, über Autovermietung bis hin zum Rücktransport am Abreisetag. Letzteres habe ich genutzt und das Taxi zurück zum Flughafen war pünktlich dort. Beim Chat im Rahmen des Check-Ins hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass man zeitnah reagiert. Es war vermerkt das jemand online sei, jedoch hat die Rückmeldung mehrere Stunden gedauert. Ich hatte angefragt ob ein früherer Check in möglich sei. Allerdings konnte ich dann auch schon eher in das Zimmer. Die Lage ist super, die Ausstattung in der Unterkunft super und für meine Workation über zwei Wochen perfekt gewesen. Gerne buche ich bei nächster Möglichkeit erneut.

Het appartement was schoon en de locatie is perfect gelegen in het centrum van Funchal. Het appartement is goed geïsoleerd waardoor we geen last hadden van mensen op straat & in het gebouw.
Het slot deed het de 2e dag niet (het is een elektronisch slot) Dit aangeven bij het personeel, ze zouden het dezelfde dagen oplossen. Dit waren ze helaas vergeten. De volgende dag hebben ze dit alsnog gedaan.

Location was very good and central. Walking distance to most bars / restaurants. The apartment had a washing machine and kitchen area which was suited to us for our trip.
The room wasn’t ready for check in. The bed was not dressed and the property hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. Little to no apology / acknowledgment that the room was not ready.

Location was amazing, however it was hard to get a parking spot. Lovely room.
There could have been more towels in the room, as we only had one big towel each for the whole time we stayed (5 nights)

Pobyt na krasnom mieste. Apartman mal vsetko co sme potebovali. Cisty, krasny. Minusom je parkovanie. Negativne vsak hodnotim situaciu ked sme si povodne rezervovali ine ubytovanie a snazili sa nas oklamat ze airbnb spravilo chybu a islo o doublebooking. La ubicación, en el centro. Muy limpio. Para aparcar lo hicimos en la calle algún día pero recomiendo parking low cost, muy baratos cerca y bien. Cocina bien equipada. Amplio y cómodo. El acceso con claves es muy cómodo, llegamos con retraso de avión y así fue mejor. Para dudas contestan pronto.

The check in was very smooth. Everything is done online with a code so it was very smooth. The entrance was very nice and the room very modern design which we appreciate. Location couldn’t be better and the kitchen was fully stocked with equipment you may need.
A lot of things that we didn’t like that totally ruin our stay. When we check in first of all we didn’t know which room that was ours, we didn’t receive information about that. When we enter the room we saw immediately that it wasn’t cleaned. The floor had stains and were sticky, the sofa was covered in stains, the walls were dirty, hair in the shower and the worst thing was that the bedsheets was USED! You could clearly see that the bedsheets, pillows cases and bed cover was used and dirty. We panicked because it was late in the night and we refused to sleep in a used bed. The contact we had was Beatrice and she just stopped answering when we needed her the most. She actually stopped answering from that day and the rest of our stay. I called every number I could find, nobody answered. So it’s absolutely not 24h service/reception here.
When nobody was answering, we decided to wash all the bedsheets which took over 2 hours and then dry them for one hour so yeah… we went to sleep at 4 in the morning and this totally ruined the next day.
The next day someone respond us (not Beatrice) and told us that housekeeping would come and properly clean. When we came back to the apartment later in the evening, the floor was still not clean, the bed not even made and it was a flood in our bathroom. Your can only imagine our frustration…
We was just staying there for 2 night and both of them were ruined. So yes, it’s looks beautiful and the location is great but this was far from okay and I would never recommend anyone to book a stay here. Im still waiting for refund or some compensation for ruining our weekend in Funchal!

We check in late and could see directly that it wasn’t clean. Floor was stained and sticky, bed was used and bedsheets dirty. Hair in the shower and flood in the toilet. Our contact person Beatrice stopped answering when we needed her the most. No one at the hotel answered us when we realized that the bed was dirty and used and we wanted to go to sleep. We needed to wash the whole bed, all the bedsheets and everything for over 2h and then let them dry for 1h just to be able to sleep. We went to bed 4 in the morning!! This totally ruined our first night and the day after. The next day someone responded us and said that housekeeping will come and clean but it didn’t happen. Bed wasn’t even made, floor still dirty and a flood in the toilet.
We were there for 2 nights and this hotel totally ruined it for us. I would never recommend it to anyone, it doesn’t matter how nice it looks on the outside or how good the location is if it’s dirty inside.
We are still waiting for compensation and refund for our ruined weekend in Funchal!

This was a good statement . Parking can be difficult if you rent a car as they charge all around the city per hour and give parking tickets if you’re not on top of it. If you didn’t rent a car it would be easier.

Everything worked very well with this reservation. I was in constant touch with the owner/agency. All instructions were provided timely. The accommodation was very nice, modern, clean, large bathroom, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and location was perfect: 200-300 meters to everything in the center of Funchal. Also, I was offered a taxi at reasonable price from and to the airport which made transfer very easy. All in all, an excellent experience!
Nothing. Perhaps only a lock system which I have never seen before - not very easy to understand how it works (it locks automatically after one minute but it is not obvious, some instruction would be helpful). However, this is really a very minor thing.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It is right in the heart of everything with the best local coffee shop just around the corner! The space was cozy and super clean! Location was fantastic. It is within walking distance of all the main things in Funchal and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and loved the decor however we felt we did not make use of the kitchenette at all so for us the price was not worthwhile. Also we stayed for 1 week so asked for replacement towels midweek and we’re told we would have to pay 10 euros to have them changed. I would expect the towels to be changed at least once without an additional cost bearing in mind the property is high cost already. We also tried to use the ironing room on several occasions and could not get in as it was locked every time.

Clean towels were charged for.
Door to room was very difficult to open! My partner had to do it each time. We were in room 2.

We will take into account the issues you mentioned and fix it as soon as possible. The laundry room is always open for our guests, we think you could've been in the wrong door. As for the towels, when asked for extra towels, this has an extra value.

Wonderful location for our two week stay in Madeira. Close to groceries and restaurants. Convenient to the bus stops for exploring, hiking, and the levadas. The apartment was the right size for two people and had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely book again on a return visit.

Good, easy and clean. Only thing is the door to the room was VERY hard to open. They should really install normal door handles.

Super einfaches Check-In dank Türcodes. Alles war wie auf den Bildern sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage des Apartments ist wirklich perfekt, da man von dort überall schnell hinkommt.

Die Lage des Apartments in Funchal war für uns perfekt:
Ob zum Hafen, zur Old City, zum Casino oder zur Seilbahn: Die Hauptattraktionen sind von hier aus sehr gut zu erreichen.
Einfach und unkompliziert war auch der Checkin: Durch einen per Mail mitgeteilten Zugangscode konnten wir das Zimmer direkt bei Ankunft beziehen.
Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während der Reise war sehr gut. Ein eigener Gästebereich im Internet steht zur Verfügung, in dem auch auch eine Chatfunktion gibt.
