Bem no centro do Funchal, mesmo ao lado do Mercado dos Lavradores, este fantástico apartamento oferece-lhe toda a comodidade.
Implantado num edifício que albergava uma antiga Casa de Bordado Madeira, esta propriedade está dividida em seis fracções independente, cada uma delas com nome de conhecidos pontos de costura do Bordado Madeira.
Com uma arquitectura moderna e funcional, estes ‘studios’ têm pequenos apontamentos que o remetem para o seu passado e que dão a conhecer um pouco sobre o bordado da ilha. Com um quarto de dormir composto por cama de casal, casa de banho e cozinha totalmente equipada, tem a capacidade para albergar duas pessoas.
Para aqueles que gostam de apreciar um bom momento de relax e ao ar livre, pode aproveitar o agradável terraço comum, disponível no topo do edifício, que dispõe de uma cozinha, para que possa confeccionar as suas refeições “fora de casa”.
No mesmo terraço tem uma lavandaria comum ao prédio.
O BAIRRO E AS REDONDEZAS
O Edifício Anadia está numa zona central privilegiada, mesmo no coração da cidade do Funchal. A dois passos do Mercado dos Lavradores e da Zona Velha do Funchal, a partir daqui poderá explorar a pé os diversos pontos turísticos da nossa bonita cidade. (ex. Teleférico, Marina do Funchal, Museu CR7, Sé Catedral, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc…)
Na saída do prédio tem uma excelente ligação à rede de autocarros local e para toda a ilha, cobrindo a zona este e oeste, por isso não vai precisar de andar muito, caso queira usufruir estes serviços. Para além destas comodidades, o edifício dispõe de um centro comercial com diversas lojas, cafés, restaurantes e um supermercado de média dimensão.
TRANSPORTES
Com paragem de autocarros praticamente à porta de casa, os transportes não serão problema para os nossos hóspedes.
Para partidas e chegadas do aeroporto, há uma paragem de aerobus a cerca de 2 minutos da casa, embora que a melhor opção para chegar ao apartamento será o transfer. Peça-nos para marcar um com os nossos parceiros locais. É mais barato do que os táxis que encontra no aeroporto!

OUTRAS OBSERVAÇÕES
- Conforme a lei portuguesa, todos os hóspedes são obrigados a apresentar um documento de identificação válido. (ex. passaporte, bilhete de identidade).
- O check-in deve ser agendado antecipadamente. Caso não seja agendado num máximo de 48 horas, os hóspedes estarão sujeitos à disponibilidade da nossa equipa.
- São fornecidas todas as roupas de cama e atoalhados. Podemos também colocar um berço, uma cadeira alta e uma banheira de bebé, se necessário. Existe kit de primeiros socorros, extintores e manta de fogo em todas as propriedades.

Informamos que será cobrada uma Taxa Turística a todas as pessoas que pernoitem no concelho do Funchal. Localização excelente, central, perto do shopping, do mercado dos lavradores, das lojas, dos restaurantes, de tudo... Apartamento limpo, organizado e bem equipado. O sistema de check in e out com código, funciona muito bem e é muito prático, sem chaves que se possam perder... O único senão para quem seja mais sensível é o ruído para quem fica virado para a rua principal, do trânsito e da água que corre no canal... Tivemos um problema com as fichas do nosso quarto e da sala, que deixaram de funcionar e o problema nunca foi resolvido... De resto não temos nada a dizer, voltaria a reservar neste apartamento Garanito 1A, devido a ser espaçoso, confortável, limpo e central. Recomendo 😉

Overall is a good place, not amazing but will not disappoint you either.
The most important is always the bed, and the mattress was feeling old. The rest of the Apartment is really well equipped. Entrance to building and apartment is with a code, really useful to not to worry about keys. The location is good but a bit noisy. I have a light sleep and it was not a real problem for me, but we were there in the low season, maybe in summer is different.
Ok deal, but another more quiet street would have been better choice.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Geschirrspüler. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und das Bad geräumig. Kochen und essen auf der Dachterasse mit dem tollen Ausblick ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist super zentral und man ist in 10min an den schönsten Stellen in Funchal. Beim buchen darauf achten wo was Zimmer liegt, die Hauptstraße sollte berücksichtigt werden.

Świetna miejscówka w centrum Funchal dla każdego, kto chce mieć blisko stare miasto, liczne restauracje czy też brzeg oceanu, wzdłuż którego można spacerować. Sam apartament jest bardzo przestronny i kompleksowo wyposażony - jest wszystko co potrzeba do przygotowania śniadania, czy też nawet obiadu. Dostępna jest również pralka, co jest przydatne przy dłuższej wizycie. Bardzo fajną sprawą jest ogólnodostępny taras na dachu, na którym można posiedzieć przy kawie z widokiem na miasto i port. Jeśli chodzi o meldunek, to jest on rozwiązany bardzo wygodnie - nie mamy nic do zarzucenia. Wynajmując tu apartament, trzeba mieć świadomość, że jest on zlokalizowany tuż przy ruchliwej ulicy, niemniej nie jest to duży problem, gdyż okna dobrze izolują hałas, a w zamian otrzymujemy natychmiastowy dostęp do wielu atrakcji Funchal. Minusem jest brak miejsc parkingowych-trzeba szukać parkingu na własną rękę, co bywa trudne. Ogólnie - jest to miejsce ze wszech miar godne polecenia!

Great stay in the downtown area of Funchal! The place is right in the main area of the city so you are able to walk all over and do not need to rely on a bus or car to travel around the area (unless of course, you're looking to go up into the mountains for hikes!). Only note is the place is right at a bus stop, so it will get quite busy in front of the entrance which made it harder to find at first, but this is also convenient for taking local transit. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, with all amenities needed for our stay as well as come complimentary coffee - a nice touch!

Excellente localisation centrale, près de toutes les attractions et des arrêts d’autobus! Bien isolé pour le son, propre et très beau design, on se sent comme chez soi, laveuse incluse à l’étage mezzanine. J’ai bien aimé mon expérience et j’y retournerais sans hésiter. Le seul point que je dirais à améliorer est que la chambre n’était pas prête à l’heure convenue, mais l’hôte a rapidement envoyer l’équipe du ménage et répondait rapidement à mes questions.

Beautiful modern apartment, very clean and spacious. Right in the centre of Funchal, few minutes walk to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and the seaside. Self-check-in was great for us as we arrived late at night! Definitely recommended!

Petit appartement très mignon et à deux pas du mercado dos lavradores ! En pleine ville de Funchal 😊 Malheureusement il est très très compliqué voir impossible de se garer aux environs. Il n’y a aucune place dans la rue et les parkings sont souvent pleins ou payants. An Island Appart devrait peut-être songer à une meilleure organisation (ou partenariat) sur ce sujet puisque la grande majorité des personnes louent une voiture pendant leur séjour. À mon arrivée les serviettes avaient été oubliées mais le tout à été très vite donné. Contact facile et très réactif ! Pour quelques jours en ville je recommande mais pour explorer l’île il vaut mieux faire plusieurs logements 🤩

This Airbnb definitely has a great location right in downtown Funchal and is super close to all the bus stops. The rooftop was really nice and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. However, it is to consider that the bed was pretty hard to sleep on and we could not really rely on getting a warm shower every day, other than that everything was alright!

Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Stadt, genau vor einer Bushaltestelle. Wenn man die Fenster geschlossen hat, ist das auch von der Lautstärke in Ordnung und man ist halt fußläufig überall gut unterwegs. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gab sogar einige Gewürze und Kaffee. Lediglich die Parksituation ist nicht sonderlich entspannt, da wird man ein Parkhaus aufsuchen müssen - das ist denke ich in Innenstädten normal.

Very spacious apartment and amazing location that is extremely walkable to all the food, shopping, markets, marina, airport bus, etc in Funchal! The check-in/check-out process was super organized and easy, through a guest portal, and included great recommendations on the island. The host was very nice and responsive, and proactively took some first steps to ensure guest safety after some extreme weather conditions that impacted some common areas. Would stay again for the amazing value, space, location, and customer experience.

perfect location very clean has everything needed even for long stay (for cooking, washing clothes etc) stylish&cozy accommodation great guest area with view on mountains on the one side and ocean on the another 1min to big supermarket great car rental right in 5min walk and you can park the car on the mall parking right in 1min from the apartment (pretty cheap) the host answers quickly and is ready to help 100% recommend! no elevator so if your room is on high floor it’ll be difficult with the luggage
I’d suggest the host to add more pillows on the bed:))

Výborná lokalita, krásný apartmán, vše čisté. Moderní prvky. Všechno perfektní. Jediný problém byl při předání klíčů. Podle návodu jsme si měli vyzvednout klíč ve schránce. Ta se ale podle kódu neotevřela. Nakonec jsme zajistili, že kód mají přímo dveře od apartmánu.

The kitchen was great with all its utensils. First floor is directly at a busy street with a bus stop where every minute three busses stop. All pollution comes into the flat - it is not recommendable to stay there.

We stayed at this apartment the first week in November. Transport from the airport was very straightforward, the bus stopping literally outside the front door of the apartment block. The whole place was spotlessly clean, including the stairway ( no lift) and the rooftop terrace, which had its own mini kitchen, perfect for an early drink and/or eating up there. The apartment kitchen was very well equipped, a great amount of plates, cutlery, pots and pans. Shower room was spacious with two basins and a very powerful, clean shower. Bedroom area was quirky with the sliding glass dividing doors, which makes the whole area very light and airy. We found the traffic a little noisy, being right on the road, but a small price to pay for being so close to the market, the sea front and harbour, and the bus station which is no more than 5 mins away, from where you can travel just about anywhere on the island. Recommend Lido Tours an Secret Madeira for guided walks and tours. All in all we would thoroughly recommend this apartment. We will be returning and will use them again without hesitation. 10 out of 10 for An Island Apart. Andy and Rita

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Was concerned it would be really loud, but it's not - located right by the towns old market, and a stones throw from the waterfront. Opposite a great hotel with a pool which you can pay to visit on a hot day, and the cooking facilities on the rooftop were incredible! I feel the people who manage the property are quite slow to be respond, but that's my only slight pain point. Highly recommend

The appartment is perfect, very clean, the location also is perfect because it’s in the center, near bus stations and every place to see. We had everything we need in the locatin and the rooftop really is a plus. we read a lot of comments about the noise on the street bellow but surprisingly it wasn’t that noisy. we were just a bit annoyed be cause the taxi we ordered for the check-out wasn’t there and made us late for our plane. otherwise it was really an excellent experience

Das Appartement ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Sehr sauber, modern und vor allem super ausgestattet! Wir hatten noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete Wohnung bzw Küche inkl. sämtlicher Küchenutensilien, Salz, Pfeffer und Öl und Essig, Töpfe, Tassen, Siebe etc. Auch die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum! Das beste: sie verfügt über eine Outdoor-Küchenzeile inkl. Herd und Ofen, die von allen Gäst:innen genutzt werden kann. Einziger Negativpunkt: Die Lage an einer der Hauptstraßen Funchals. Die Fenster sind leider nicht optimal abgedichtet, sodass vor allem morgens und zum Feierabend einiges an Lärm in die Wohnung dringt. Direkt unterhalb des Apartments befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, weshalb man ebenfalls den Busverkehr hört. Wem das nichts ausmacht: Beste Lage und eine sehr schöne Wohnung!

What a wonderful place!! Such a nice taste!! GREAT location!! Right above a bus station (which we didnt really need cause the location is amazing!) We are here for a long stay and even though we were there just a week and half we enjoyed it very much! The Wi-Fi which was very needed because we are Digital Nomad Was SUPER GREAT!! And the Roof Top!! My god!! The roof top!!!! Perfect!! Everything you need in one place.. Very spacious!
One thing that we needed a bit more (a bit!) is more of a side space to work from the apartment itself (if you are a couple! And its a rainy day up there - if you are one person that needs to work from your laptop is perfect to be inside! Two was a bit but just a bit struggle)
Everything else was absolutely perfect! Working from the rooftop is amazing!!!!!!!!!!! Wi-Fi at the roof top was amazing as well 🙏🏻
Anddd. We didn’t need anything but felt like everything we would have needed would have been answered 🙏🏻 Thank you very much

Apartment und die Dachterrasse sind genauso wie auf dem Bilder der Anzeige. Ist es ein sehr schönes Apartment mitten im Funchal. Von dort aus sind es ca. 10 Minuten zum Hafen, einen Supermarkt für die Selbstverpflegung direkt um die Ecke. Wenn wir nochmal nach Madeira fliegen sollten, werden wir diese Unterkunft wieder auswählen😊

It was a Beautiful apartment and well equipped but the internet does not work in the bedroom and in the rest of the apartment it was in and out throughout our stay. Informed the host when we arrived about the internet and a woman came by and said something was missing from the living room and bedroom and they would come back and bring. She never returned and our constant informing never changed the issue. Being on the main road and right in front of the bus stop it has constant traffic noise in the apartment which woke us up every morning.

Beautiful and well equipped apartment with a great roof space but being on the main road and right in front of the bus stop it has constant traffic noise in the apartment and we were woken up every morning with the noise. There was no internet in the bedroom and the rest of the apartment was in and out throughout our one week stay. I told them about the internet throughout my stay and they said they would notify the internet provider but it was never resolved.

Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral, war sehr sauber und hatte eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Die Wohnung und die Dachterrasse sehen exakt so aus wie auf den Bildern. Bei Fragen bekommt ihr in kürzester Zeit antworten und die Gesetzgeber Informieren euch auch über aktuelle Geschehnisse (während wir dort waren schloss der Flughafen für ankommende Flüge und es kam zu Ausgangsbeschränkungen aufgrund von Corona). Einziger Nachteil ist, dass die Fensterfront der Wohnung zur Straße geht. Deshalb ist es tagsüber schwierig zu lüften, da dann die Abgase in die Wohnung ziehen. Ansonsten kann ich die Wohnung nur jedem Empfehlen und würde sie immer wieder buchen v.a. durch die wunderschöne Einrichtung und die Dachterrasse (die wir sogut wie immer für uns allein hatten).

Ajánlom mindenkinek, jól megközelíthető, teljesen a belvárosban van. A parkolásért viszont mindenhol fizetni kell, de a lakás mellett található védett parkológarázs.

location was great and was clean we stayed on first floor front very noisy and also noise coming from cafe on the street level from 6AM high level of noise from people on the bus stop and hard to get in and out the hot water system runned out of hot water when having a shower even after they looked at it still cold water problem was still there to the last day of our stay bed is uncomfortable and very hard to sleep with noise how the units alone are very nice very nicely design and the entertainment area on the roof is great just and close to everything large supermarket Mercado dos lavradores just excessive noise. hot water problem can be fixed
