O seu espaço interior foi aproveitado ao máximo, de forma a oferecer o melhor conforto em conjunto com um decoração moderna e cuidada, indo ao encontro das suas expectativas. O apartamento dispõe de uma cama de casal, casa de banho com chuveiro e uma kitchenette equipada. A partir do varandim, tem uma vista privilegiada para arquitectura da baixa da cidade e para a torre da Sé Catedral.
A propriedade está totalmente preparada para que se sinta em casa!

O BAIRRO E AS REDONDEZAS
Os hóspedes têm fácil acesso a vários restaurantes (há um pequeno café mesmo à porta do prédio), lojas, centro comercial e supermercado.
Estes apartamentos ficam bastante próximos do Mercado dos Lavradores, Zona Velha do Funchal e da Sé Catedral. A partir daqui poderá explorar a pé os diversos pontos turísticos da nossa bonita cidade. (ex. Teleférico, Marina do Funchal, Museu CR7, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc…)

A Praia da Barreirinha fica a cerca de vinte minutos a pé, onde pode relaxar e mergulhar nas águas cristalinas da ilha.

TRANSPORTES
Para partidas e chegadas do aeroporto, há uma paragem de aerobus a cerca de quatro minutos da casa, embora que a melhor opção para chegar ao apartamento será o transfer. Peça-nos para marcar um com os nossos parceiros locais. É mais barato do que os táxis que encontra no aeroporto!

A small (30m square) clean fully equipped bedsit. Two of us stayed in this bedsit for 2 weeks. A great location situated between the old town (zona velha) and the central area of the Catedral and the promenade – about a 10 minute walk in either direction.
After one week the flat was cleaned by staff and the bed linen and towels all replaced, which was very nice. Good washing machine and tumble drier downstairs in the entrance area. Also had a few message queries answered promptly.
The only issue with the flat was the shower room. It had a large walk-in shower which was nice but the shower head needed replacing, the door didn’t fully shut and it drained very slowly. This meant after 1 minute of showering you were standing in your own dirty water and by 2 minutes the shower tray had overflowed into the main area. Plastic toilet seat was loose. The extractor fan seemed to have no noticeable effect.
Also, the design of the flat cupboards and wardrobes was no handles on the outsides – which is fine, but they had applied this to the shower room door too i.e. it had no handle on the outside of the door so you could not pull it closed. Not a great problem, but the bottom hinged had pulled loose and the door jammed open with about 2cm to the fully closed position. Again, not a great problem except at night, and first thing in the morning, when there was a strong ‘drain smell’ in the shower room and because you couldn’t fully shut the door the bed, which was very near the shower room door, suffered the same aroma. Not nice. But a maintenance man could fix all these issues in one day.
The bed was ok, but all the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable.

Had iets groter gemogen. Nu was de slaapbank het 2e bed. Voor ons geen probleem, omdat wij veel buiten de deur zijn. Maar miste nu wel een bank.

Die gute Lage, die sich im Zentrum befindet, nahr zur Fußgängezone und eine Menge Shopping sowie Supermärkte in der Nähr.
Das Gruch aus dem WC-Abflußrohr besteht immer und bringt schon unangenehms Gefühl. Vermuttlich stammt es aus alter Kanalisation.

Lokalizacja była świetna,bo wszędzie było blisko, w tym do przystanków autobusowych czy do dworca autobusowego.W pobliżu kilka miejsc z jedzeniem,sklepy ,stoiska z owocami i pieczonymi kasztanami.Było też sporo innych sklepów z dobrym towarem.
Blisko z 1 strony na starówkę,a z drugiej strony do katedry i deptak spacerowy,na którym był kiermasz świąteczny.
3 min do nabrzeża oceanu i parku przy tym nadmorskim bulwarze.
Bardzo czysty apartament w czystym condominium ,super wyposażony w kuchni.Wygodne łóżka i czysta pościel i ręczniki.
Super kontakt telefoniczny i via What'sapp z opiekunem najmu.
Chętnie zatrzymam się tam jeszcze raz przy kolejnym pobycie.

We stayed the 2nd time in this building. We love the location right in the heart of old Funchal, our favorite bars and restaurants are within walking distance.
Same as to the bus stops to explore the island so that you don't need a car necessarily.
We definitely will come back.

El check-in y el check-out fue muy fácil (todo online). Tuvimos una duda y enseguida nos contestaron por whatsapp. El equipamiento del apartamento era correcto.
La ubicación del apartamento era muy buena.
Lo peor era el olor a cañerías del lavabo, y no es que fuese un día puntual por lluvias, fue durante toda la semana que estuvimos allí. Era especialmente desagradable por las mañanas.
El aislamiento tanto acústico como lumínico no era demasiado bueno: se escuchaban los coches y aun con las persianas y los estores bajados entraba luz.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral und trotzdem nicht laut.
Die Fotos und Beschreibung haben nicht zu unserer Wohnung gepasst. Es gab keinen Balkon und nur ein Zimmer. Wenn wir das gewusst hätten, hätten wir uns für ein anderes Angebot bei Booking.com entschieden.

В цілому нормальна невелика квартира-студія. Краще для проживання не більше 2-х людей, нас було 3-е і відчували незручності. Добре місцерозташування, автобуси, які їздять по острову, зупинялись неподалік. В квартирі було все необхідне.
Неприемний запах в ванній кімнаті. Розташування дверей у ванну кімнату біля ліжка, виявилось вкрай незручно.

Misleading advertisement by booking.com, the apartment was not suitable for three people. The pictures were for a different apartment. Tiny balcony, located by the side of the building above the main busy road. Unprofessional and unsupportive customer service (guys name was Philippe, I think). Stinky bathroom due to plumbing, which was located next to a double bed. The air con was not working in the bathroom and no air freshener left to use. Only random shampoo in the shower, no shower gel and no shelves to place any of your own. Dirty tiles in the shower and an absolutely disgusting bin with old urine on it. Only two large towels for three people, no hand towels and no kitchen towels. Someone else's black hair was in the wardrobe and on some old and dirty pillow. Nasty looking blanket in the wardrobe. The sofa bed for a third person had no bedding. We checked in two hours earlier, thanks to an apartment lady (not sure of her name), she did say that they will give us extra bedding, before we saw an actual apartment. Then we called her with some complaints, she passed that over to a booking customer service, they supposed to call us back, but never did. So I called them myself about two hours later, bearing in mind that at that point we were about 15 hours awake. The customer service guy was trying to argue with me and gave examples of apartments in London. Not customer orientated, very passive and dismissive. Only one key set was given to three people to use. Only two wine glasses and one with the crack. Not enough coffee filters. The floor was very dirty. No washing machine in the apartment, as per advertisement, but there was a "laundry" on the ground floor, which we assumed was used by staff and maybe tourists.

Das Zimmer liegt sehr zentral. Wir hatten eine Wohnung in der 4. Etage und einen Mini-Balkon mit Aussicht auf den Turm der Kathedrale und den Abendhimmel und ein bisschen auf das Meer in der Ferne. Die Wohnung ist sehr schick und stylish, schön hell mit großen Fenstern, die man aber auch verdunkeln kann, damit es nicht zu heiß wird. Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt dort. Wir hatten leider ein paar Tage nur kaltes Wasser, aber das Personal hat sich gekümmert.

Met early and property was ready. Great location.
Road noise, all night, sofa bed really uncomfortable. Smelly old towels, not acceptable even after rewashing. Juliette balcony not a balcony. No communal area, so wrongly advertised.

My friend & I stayed here over the weekend & although the apartment was cleaned there was an extremely strong smell of bleach in our room. Outer shutter wasn’t working properly which meant we couldn’t close it at night allowing the light to shine into our room in the morning. This was a studio apartment not a full apartment with a bedroom separate to the kitchen.

Host was amazing & externally responsive & helpful. Location was great & walking distance to most things. We had hired a car & there was No parking with the property & parking is a nightmare in Funchal. Felt the fridge could have had some water available on arrival & if staying for a few days I felt the towels should have been changed to clean towels. Could also have provided face cloths.
Photos definitely taken when first renovated, definitely worn since then

War so wie beschrieben dachten aber das die Große Treasse auf die wir uns gefreut hatten dabei wäre. Leider nur im Obersten Stock war diese, hatten nur einen Französischen Balkon ansonsten, war alles ok. Klima im Zimmer Kaffee war auch Da. Hatten eine Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher alles top.
die Info das man am Balkon nicht sitzen kann da er zu klein dafür ist. Auf den Bildern übersieht man es leicht da man von der Dachterasse überwältigt ist.
Keine Parkmöglichtkeit in der Nähe auch nicht für Mottorad oder Roller Stellten das Mottorad eine Nacht in den Eingang. war vom Verwalter nicht gerne gesehen.

Praktisches und modernes Studio. Die Lage im Zentrum ist ausgezeichnet. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Blick aus der 4. Etage ist einmalig. Die Einrichtung ist minimalistisch geschmackvoll. In der Küchenzeile sind Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, 2 Kochfelder, Microwelle und Kühlschrank mit Getrierfach sowie alles was man zur Selbstverpflegung benötigt, enthalten. Die Betten sind gut.
Es steht in deutscher Sprache leider nur die Deutsche Welle zur Verfügung.
Die Fußbodenfliesen in der Duschkabine müssten mal etwas gründlicher gereinigt werden!

Отличное расположение в центре Фуншала. Рядом кафе, магазины. Вид из большого окна на город.
Очень шумно - рядом проходит дорога, где газуют автобусы, забирают мусор. Не было мусорных пакетов - пришлось покупать самим. Третье спальное место не удобное на диване-раскладушке. В душевой не очень чисто, грибок на стенах. Полотенца не очень свежие.

Overall the apartment was great, the location is perfect and really centrally located. Be aware however that the pictures of the balcony are only from the top floor and not every apartment has this kind of balcony. The lower floors have a really small balcony which you can’t sit on.

Locatie beviel mij het meest, appartement is heel centraal gelegen waardoor alles goed is te belopen
Hygiëne van de badkamer kon beter. Er zat schimmel in de voegen in de badkamer en de föhn die beschikbaar wordt gesteld zag er ook niet al te fris uit. Balkon vertekend ook enigzins op de foto's, het balkon wat je veelal op de foto's ziet is het balkon van de bovenste verdieping en niet elk appartement heeft zo'n balkon de andere kamers hebben wel een heel klein balkon, maar hier kan je niet echt zitten

Sehr gute zentrale Lage für Shopping und Sightseeing. Ganz in der Nähe viele verschiedene Bars und Restaurants. Tolle Lage in der Altstadt von Funchal. Nur 10 Minuten zur Marina. Wenige Minuten zum Stadtpark. Blick aufs Meer.
Als Appartment war es uns zu klein. Wir bevorzugen das nächste Mal wieder eine Wohnung. Dann haben wir mehrere Räume zur Verfügung. Nur ein Zimmer ist uns zu wenig. Wir kamen uns stetig in die Quere Der Balkon war nicht wirklich ein Balkon, nur 50cm tief und 200cm lang. Wir konnten nicht raussitzen. Es war quasi ein französischer Balkon. Und mit der Glasverkleidung ist es so eine Sache: Sieht zwar hübsch aus, aber wenn man im 4. OG steht, gibt es einem keine Sicherheit, vorallem, wenn man Höhenangst hat.

The apartament have a good location close to promenade, a lot of stores and cafes, Funchal funicular and old street Rua de Santa Maria full of various local businesses.
A good thing was the safety of the property, we had a passcode to enter it. The room was comfortable and have an open space plan with big windows which I like it a lot. It has a cute kitchen with a lot of appliances, but we didn’t cook there, cause we enjoyed local cuisine outside the house.
It was a lit a bit uncomfortable to watch TV when laying in bed because of the sofa that was right in front of the bed. But we manage to move to a side and it was ok.
And the hairdryer it will be nice to be changed.
But in general the apartment was very good.

Bonjour les clés sont dans la boîte sur la table à l'entrée du bâtiment. Sinon bel appartement. Dommage pour l'isolation phonique. Si on devait revenir on reprendrait cet appartement

De locatie was fantastisch.
Het bed was oncomfortabel en te klein voor 2 personen terwijl er werd geadverteerd met een groot 2 persoonsbed. Hier en daar zijn er wat reparaties nodig.

I stayed there with my 2 teenager sons. The apartament is very well located in the heart of Funchal. There is a kitchen in it- we haven’t used though since there are breakfast and dinner restaurants everywhere around, the closest 30 sec away from the building:).
Modern look, washing machine and dryer in the building made it very convenient for us.
It’s a tiny place for overnight.
I highly recommend this place and the entire service <3

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great, there was not a problem with an early check-in.
The apartment looks a bit smaller than in the photos, but its really cozy and suitable for 2 people.
Definitely recommended.

The Apartment was nice and clean. Even the kitchen has for a rental a lot of options and tools.

The Location is perfect, 3min walk to the Harbor and 1min walk to a lot of Stores, Restaurants and more.

Location is great, walking distance from most places, bus terminal just around the corner. Fully automatic access, fully equipped, cleaning service, good wifi, online support (though a bit slow). It is smaller than it seems from the pictures, I cannot imagine three people share the place. For one, or two in love, it is perfect:) Ill happily come again to spend some more home office at Madeira;)

Es war sauber, die zentrale Lage.
Die Bilder zur Wohnung lassen ein völlig falsches Bild vom Appartement entstehen. Als wir die Wohnung sahen, war ich ziemlich geschockt. Alles war sehr, sehr eng. Rechts und links neben dem Bett ist gerade genügend Platz um am Bett vorbei zu laufen. Wenn die Schranktüren aufgemacht werden berühren sie den Bettrand, d.h. wenn man die Tür öffnet ist man eingeklemmt. Die zweite Person muss warten, bis man den Schrank zumacht. Das Bad ist neben dem Bett. Der sogenannte Balkon war etwa 30 cm breit, zu wenig für einen Stuhl. Über der Matratze war ein Überzug, damit die Matratze geschont wird. Das kann ich schon verstehen. Trotzdem fühlte es sich an, als würde man auf einem Plastiküberzug liegen. Ich habe keine einzige Nacht gut geschlafen. Sonst schlafe ich problemlos, aber dort bin ich viele Male in der Nacht aufgewacht. Die Strasse war stark befahren. In der Nacht konnten wir kein Fenster aufmachen. Wir haben die Lüftung eingeschaltet. Dann ging es einigermassen. Wir konnten den Raum einigermassen abdunkeln. Es blieb jedoch immer Licht. Die Fenster sind alle auf die Strasse hin. Die oberste Wohnung mit einer grossen Terasse ist immer ausgebucht, entweder ist sie dauervermietet oder einfach ein Scheinangebot um Kunden anzulocken. Wir wollten vor Ort eine andere Wohnung, ich hätte auch gerne mehr bezahlt. Es war jedoch unmöglich mit einer zuständigen Person direkt in Kontakt zu kommen. Ein freundlicher junger Mann nahm jeweils unsere Anliegen auf, um uns dann zu sagen, dass er nichts entscheiden könne oder weiterhelfen. Booking.com nahm unser Anliegen entgegen und versuchte mit der Vermieterin in Kontakt zu treten. Die Emails wurden jedoch nicht beantwortet. Wenn ihr schöne Ferien haben möchtet, dann mein Tipp, lasst die Finger von dieser Wohnung. Das einzig wirklich Gute war die Lage.

Sauberes Badezimmer und eine kleine Küchenzeile. Auch gibt es eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage und einen Aufzug zum Appartment. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Lage ist wirklich top! Fußläufig zur Promenade und Altstadt.
Der "Balkon" ist dann doch etwas sehr klein, wenn man die Bilder der Dachwohnung vor Augen hat. Leider gibt es keinen Appartment eigenen Parkplatz.
Die Ankunft war etwas chaotisch. Wir mussten etwas länger auf den Schlüssel warten.

Central position. The studio was well equipped and clean.
Be aware. Although I booked a 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony,the accommodation turned out to be a studio with a balcony that wasn't big enough to put a chair on. There are major construction works taking place that can start as early as 6.00am. We were not notified about this in advance.

Det var ingen balkong vilket man får intrycket av när man ser bilderna vid bokning. Ett stort arbete pågick precis utanför som störde. Förstår att det är övergående men borde meddelas eller reducera priset.

Saubere, Moderne und sehr schön kompakt gestaltete Wohnung.
Es waren Regelmäßig einige Obdachlose in der angrenzenden Straße die dort genächtigt und auch ihre Notdurft verrichtet haben. Roch nicht sehr angenehm und man hatte Teilweise ein ungutes Gefühl. Aber vom Grundsatz her sind die Menschen dort ja überaus Freundlich so das man sich eigentlich keine Sorgen machen brauch. Außerdem kann der Anbieter der Wohnung da ja auch nichts für.

Die Bilder der Einzelnen Wohnungen könnten aussagekräftiger sein.

The appartment is excellent, location couldn'be better. The only reason why I don't rate it as excellent is the fact that our transfer t for the fly back home didn't arrive on scheduled time, which was the cause for a lot of stress.

Cet appartement est parfait pour un couple avec 1 enfant. Très bien situé, au coeur de la capitale, et à côté de la rue commerçante où l'on peut tout acheter.
Les prestations sont super, l'équipement est parfait. Même une machine à laver le linge et un sèche-linge au rez-de-chaussée.
Nous avons passé un super séjour et nous recommandons cette adresse.

This is a wonderful Apartment very close to the old town in Funchal. It's a short (mere minutes) walking distance to the main streets and the waterfront. Easy access to transportation, tours, Aerobus, grocery stores and the Santa Maria Street with all the Restaurants (5 minute walk). There are quiet cafe's and restaurants literally right out the front door. The Apartment is stylish, modern, comfortable, with tremendous internet access, nice television, views, nicely equipped and simple kitchen. Very comfortable bed. All in a clean and modern building with a lift. The host representative Carolina was very helpful in giving me details on Funchal. Overall a great place and a very good experience.
