Situé dans la paroisse de São Martinho, dans le quartier d'Ajuda, avec piscine dans la copropriété, à proximité des promenades, des plages, des restaurants et des cafés.
Cet appartement se trouve dans un immeuble de la paroisse de São Martinho. Il se trouve au 7ème étage et se compose d'un salon avec un canapé-lit pour deux personnes et d'une chambre avec un lit double. Les deux chambres ont accès au balcon. Il y a également une salle de bain avec baignoire, un garde-manger et une cuisine bien équipée avec une buanderie.
À l'extérieur, il y a une aire de jeux pour enfants et une piscine commune.
Parking privé à l'intérieur de l'immeuble, étage -1, nº 119.

ZONE
La zone d'Ajuda est proche de l'une des plages les plus fréquentées de l'île, Praia Formosa, et de l'un des plus grands centres commerciaux de l'île, Fórum Madeira. Cette paroisse concentre une grande partie des unités hôtelières de Madère, et c'est sans aucun doute un endroit très fréquenté pour le tourisme, en raison de l'accès facile à diverses attractions telles que les cafés et les restaurants. À 15 minutes de marche de la propriété, vous trouverez, dans différentes directions, Praia Formosa, une promenade, un jardin, deux plages de Lido, les piscines naturelles de Doca do Cavacas et le complexe de bains de Ponta Gorda. Si vous optez pour une marche plus longue d'environ 45 minutes, vous pouvez vous rendre à pied au centre de Funchal.

Veuillez noter qu'une taxe touristique sera facturée à toutes les personnes qui passent la nuit dans la municipalité de Funchal. Ainsi, tous les clients séjournant dans des stations touristiques et/ou des établissements d'hébergement, âgés de 13 ans ou plus, devront payer 2,00 € par personne/nuit, jusqu'à un maximum de 7 nuits et un maximum de 14,00 € par personne/séjour. From the moment we entered the apartment, things took a turn for the worse. While everything initially appeared fine, we were quickly overwhelmed by an unbearable stench, resembling the smell of vomit. The host, sent by the agency, met us briefly but seemed eager to leave, without addressing any concerns.
Within an hour of our arrival, we reached out to inform them about the horrendous smell. However, we received no response whatsoever. Left with no choice, we immediately started searching for alternative accommodation. It was only after we messaged them to say we were leaving that they suddenly responded, claiming someone was on the way, yet no one ever showed up.
The lack of communication and complete disregard for our comfort was shocking. We couldn’t get out of this apartment fast enough, and I highly recommend avoiding this property if you value decent service and a clean environment.

having a swimming pool is a bonus, specially if you have little ones like we do.
would highly recommend, close to local supermarkets, forum ( shopping centre), coffee shops and town centre within 10mins drive or 25mins walk to town. lovely flat and spacious.

Un peu bruyant.
La piscine et le parking souterrain sont des points positifs.
147 euros la nuit est un tarif un peu élevé car pas de climatisation (seulement 2 ventilateurs) et canapé lit dans le séjour au lieu d'une deuxième chambre. Dommage !

La localisation est parfaite, il y a plein de commerce en bas et à 5min de voiture de Funchal. La piscine est propre et nous avions une place de parking.
Le seul bémol c'est le ballon d'eau chaude, trop petit pour 4 personnes. Après deux douches il était vide.

We did encounter a couple of minor issues. There was a bit of a strange smell that didn't dissipate over time, which we were informed about by our host Beatrice beforehand. Additionally, the cleanliness could have been improved a bit.

No extra blanket, no frying pan, getting to the pool was vague and the comm lag with our hosts left a lot to be desired.

Hot water lasts for two normal showers or three really quick ones so sometimes it's necessary to wait for the water to heat. Also there's loud construction works close by, didn't bother us but for someone who likes to sleep longer it might be an issue. Even with these two, I would recommend the flat anyways! :)

We had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend the place to others! Great value for money!
Note: Hot water lasts for 3 short showers, then needs time to heat up again. Also, very loud construction works outside the flat, can wake you up if you're not an early bird, consider getting ear plugs. But who comes to Madera to sleep until noon? Let's be honest, you'll be on the trail already in the mornings :)

Az elhelyezkedés jó, az óceánpart sétatávolságra (bár az út kissé meredek), számos étterem, Pingo Doce, Continente a közelben. Busszal jól megközelíthető, sok járat a város felé, reptéri busszal is elérhető, de a Bolt-tal is nagyon olcsó a közlekedés (5-6 euro a városközpont).
A szolgáltatás remek volt, könnyű a kommunikáció, rugalmas az iroda, a munkatársak gyorsan válaszolnak, tökéletes kiszolgálást kaptunk.
Az autóbérlésből is kaptunk rajtuk keresztül kedvezményt.
Összességében mindenkinek ajánlom, remek apartman!
