Very nice place in the city centre. looks just like at the pictures. Good bed, tall ceilings, palm trees behind the windows. A bit noisy but living in the heart of the city it’s normal. Extremely big pillows for us, we found one normal size extra pillow and asked for another smaller size but did not receive it in 7 days. The water in the shower did not run away properly but hopefully they will fix it for your stay. Many small restaurants and cafes at the same street and sea is about 600 meters. Everything is close by in lovely Funchal.

The apartment was clean and very new; we've also got towels and linen change during our stay! We enjoyed our vacation there - the place has high ceilings, a lot of light, and pleasant interior.
The communication with a host was slow sometimes but we didn't have anything critical. So all good!

The place was spotless very comfortable and in a great location. It's not Airbnb as it used to be. It's run by a company so you missed that local host, it feels more like a hotel or booking. They could also leave more than 2 capsules of coffee for a couple who booked the place for 5 nights.

De locatie was top! Ook het appartement mooi ingericht en alles was er, zelf een wasmachine. De airco werkte niet, dus heb ik gebeld en chat's gestuurd, maar het koste mij 2 dagen om het geregeld te krijgen. Ook het beddengoed en handdoeken werden niet verschoont bij een verblijf van 7 dagen.

Beautiful home in Funchal, perfectly located, close proximity to amazing restaurants and all the city attractions. The home is wonderful, with all kinds of amenities you’d need to anchor yourself in Madeira for a few days while you explore the island. Filipe was very responsive which made our stay convenient. I would come back here next time I’m in Madeira. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to me falling sick- but I did have a great time in this place.

Op de site staat dat je wasmachine en droger kunt gebruiken. Helaas werkte deze niet. Ik heb meerdere malen contact opgezocht met de host, maar deze reageerde slechts met of ik de gebruiksaanwijzing had gelezen. Helaas kwam zie niet kijken.
De stopcontact in de keuken werkte niet. Hierdoor kon je geen magnetron en waterkoker gebruiken.
Tot slot was de gootsteen in de keuken verstopt.
Verder was het een mooi appartement!

This location is perfect. It's on a pedestrian street so you might need to bring your luggage a block but it's worth it. The bed is comfy and there's a dishwasher. It was so great to have a washer, catch up on laundry and there was a dryer!!!! The street has a fabulous cookie place and some great restaurants.
The hot water was running out but I notified the host and they were responsive and looking into it. Just meant I took quick showers. The hosts were kind and it was a lovely stay overall.

The apartment has perfect location, just in the city centre, with 1-2 minute walk from most of the best restaurants and breakfasts. Nearby there are 2 big public parking lots so leaving a car is not a problem. The flat was spacious and very clean. Strongly recommend!

This apartment is amazing!! Located in walking distance from everything you need, Very clean and equipped with all you need for your stay. Internet worked perfect and the 2 juliet balconies were lovely. I would 100% book this apartment again and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Maderia. Great host, beautiful apartment, clean and safe.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super (besonders wenn man zu Fuß unterwegs ist und zu pick up Punkten für Touren muss). Die Unterkunft war sauber, groß und modern eingerichtet. Zwischen drinnen (bei 10 Nächten) wurden sogar einmal die Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Central location. Extremely communicative. Easy self check in. Beautiful apartment. Kitchen had everything you would ever need. Clothes washer was a huge PLUS. Air-con worked extremely well despite the very high ceilings. I had an great stay. I wish the sheeting on the bed were a bit nicer quality.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Apartment is super. Very clean and spacious. Quiet area at night time. Alot of essentials within 2 minutes from the door. Food, drinks, etc. Just a few minutes to walk to the sea. Highly recommended.

Overall a very good apartment and location! The kitchen were well equipped and it was nice to have a seperate livingroom and bedroom. The bathroom had a nice size. In the future it would be nice having some shelve space for our stuff. Secondly, we had to plan our showers as we could not go directly after each other as there were not enough hot water for 2x5min showers. We loved the location. You can walk to most and at night time it was quiet.
we got the impression that we should sort our garbage but there were no separated bins for it in the apartment. This was a bit confusing, and secondly were to empty it when ĺeaving the apartment.
All this is minor things, cause overall we had a very good apartment considering the location and price.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von zwei Kakerlaken empfangen, was uns überhaupt nicht gefallen hat. Diese sind aber vermutlich durch das Fenster rein gekommen, da wir in den nächsten zehn Tagen keine mehr gesehen haben. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch sehr genial! Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf alle Fälle weiter.
