Well equipped apartment, with a large comfy bed and plenty of hot water. Great central location in Funchal, just 5 minutes walk to the Harbour and Promenade. Restaurants, bars, and cafes just minutes from the apartment. Highly recommend Pingo Doce supermarket, Madeira's answer to Waitrose,with great Fresh Fish and meat counters. No plug or washing up bowl for the sink, reported it on first day, but nothing materialised during our stay. No hairdryer. Electronic door lock to the apartment.

Buena ubicación. Cama cómoda. Lavadora/secadora. Muy difíciles instrucciones para entrar. Llegamos al alojamiento a las 2 de la noche y no éramos capaces de encontrar el piso. Tampoco cogen teléfono. Al entrar en el piso encontramos una cucaracha. Estar en la habitación sin el aire acondicionado imposible por el tema de olor de la humedad. Calidad no corresponde con el precio.

We loved our stay at this beautiful apartment in the center of Funchal. There are lots of restaurants and parking spaces nearby. The apartment was a perfect match between the old structure of the building and they gave it a modern makeover. Once every week the sheets and towels were cleaned by the cleaning ladies.

Es amplio, luminoso y moderno. Céntrico en Funchal No es muy higiénico para más de un fin de semana. No hay cambio de toallas ni sábanas. La lavadora que estaba incluida en la reserva estaba bloqueada, un verdadero contratiempo. This reservation was 7 nights and we provide washing/dryer machine to the guest wash and dry the towels. We didn't understand what this guest meant about washing machine blocked because it's working perfectly.

Nice place. Good central location which made it easy to explore the island. Comfy bed! Only things that let it down were the aircon not working, there was a fan, but the apartment remained quite warm. Also there was no plug for the sink, which made washing up hard when we stayed for a week so lots of dishes. Also the address was incorrect on airbnb but their guest portal webpage was correct, which just made check in a bit faffy. But overall nice place.

The location was amazing.
The apartment was quiet, which allowed better sleeping.
Access to property through smart lock was a great thing. - moldy bathroom: after informing facility on the molds, they clean some, but made us wait fora deep cleaning until the middle of our stay.
- The towels were not change frequently enough. Although there was a washer/drier in the apartment one couldn't set the washing and drying automatically, it had to be done in steps, which resulted in always having a day without dry towels. The dryer couldn't dry moist towels without smelling burnt after a couple of minutes. Only one bath towel/person was provided, despite of asking for an extra one.
- The air extractor in the bathroom was not working properly, therefore towels would remain wet, even after first use.
- There were no manuals available for the appliances.
- Bed and pillows were of poor quality, the property needs to implement fitted sheets on their matresses.
- Flashing lights in the hallway, that were not fixed during the whole stay. Although we immediately reported this upon arrival.
- The Whatsapp contact service to the property was very slow. After contacting Booking.com, it got slightly better.

Great located, cosy apartment. The room is new furnished, confy bed, clean, large, looks as on the pictures. Well equipped kitchen. Windows lead to atrium so no noise from the street. I would highly recommend this apartmen! 😊 These are just details and didnt effect our stay.The sliding door to the bathroom didnt close completely, missing shelves in the shower, missing tall cabinets for long clothes. For longer stay a sofa would be appreciated.

We had a great stay! The apartment was situated right in the heart of Funchal, close to everything you need. Also great location to discover the rest of Madeira. Would definitely come back next time!

Нам все сподобалося! Чудове місце розташування в центральній частині міста, але вуличка тиха. Поруч багато закладів, хороших ресторанів та кафе, а також автобусна зупинка і парковки ( у помешканні парковка відсутня). Номер був чистий і просторий, все необхідне є. Рекомендую! No comment

A localização do imóvel é boa. As primeiras impressões não foram boas, desde ter questionado sobre a possibilidade de fazer check-in antecipado e ter ficado à espera de resposta - que disseram dar -, até entrar no quarto e constatar que o mesmo tinha humidade, o que tornava o ar pesado e bafiento. Tivemos de comprar vela aromática e desumidificador para conseguir estar no quarto. Constatámos ainda que as fotografias apresentadas enganam, porque o quarto tem muito pouca luz natural.
Ficámos 7 noites no imóvel, no entanto, ao quinto dia, quando pedimos para repor papel higiénico, papel de cozinha e troca de toalhas, foi-nos dito que só o fazem para reservas com 8 ou mais noites e que para o fazer há um custo adicional de 10€, além de terem dito que havia máquina de lavar e secar no quarto - o que resolveria o problema das toalhas, mas não do papel higiénico. O alojamento não disponibiliza todos os meios necessários para a lavagem de roupa, isso só acontecerá agora no "nosso quarto", porque comprámos e deixámos lá as coisas.
É da nossa opinião que este tipo de detalhe é importante e não é de todo justo que alguém que passe uma noite no alojamento tenha todas as comodidades e alguém que passa uma semana inteira não as tenha. É uma pena que a nossa experiência tenha sido dececionante por questões tão resolveis, apenas com boa vontade.

Location is amazing. I was born and raised in Madeira and you can’t beat this location. Building and apartments are new and clean. Our AC was not working when we arrived and it was only fixed on day 3 after several phonecalls and texts. We had booked this apartment because it had AC (we live in Scotland and 30 degrees is like hell on earth, haha) and we had to do some work from home.

המקלחת, המטבח והמרחב שהיה בתוך החדר, היה מאוד גדול לא היה מזגן ואי אפשר היה לפתוח חלונות בגלל שהיו מלא עיטושים!!!
המזרון במיטה היה ממש רך ושקוע.

- Gute Austattung (Waschmaschine inkl. Trockner) - super Lage - sehr nettes Personal (per Mail erreichbar) - gemütliches Bett & schöne Einrichtung - super praktisch mit dem Code an der Tür (kein Schlüssel notwendig) - die Dusche war leider sehr dreckig (inkl. Schimmel) - keine täglichen neue Handtücher (haben dann selbst gewaschen) - Das Zimmer war leider bei Ankunft noch sehr dreckig, Vorallem der Boden. -Zimmer wurde nur einmal innerhalb einer Woche sauber gemacht. (außer der Boden & Dusche leider auch nicht) - im ganzen Gebäude ist es leider sehr hellhörig
