La propriété dispose de deux chambres, une avec un lit double et une autre salle de bain privée avec deux lits simples. En outre, le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit. Cet espace de repos et de loisirs est vaste et bénéficie d'une excellente lumière naturelle. Le balcon devant la chambre vous invite à prendre un repas tranquille.
La propriété dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et d'une place de parking gratuite dans le garage de l'immeuble.

Situé dans l'un des quartiers touristiques les plus prestigieux de Funchal, cet appartement est proche d'une agréable promenade en bord de mer, de plages, de supermarchés, de pharmacies, de magasins et du centre commercial Forum Madeira, avec plusieurs marques de renommée internationale et des cinémas.
Vous trouverez également à distance de marche de nombreux bars et restaurants où vous pourrez vous laisser tenter par notre délicieuse gastronomie ou par la cuisine internationale. En plus des options à proximité, vous trouverez une plus grande variété de restaurants dans le centre ville, qui est accessible en cinq minutes en voiture.

A côté de l'appartement, vous trouverez une plage avec une piscine naturelle où vous pourrez profiter de vos plongeons matinaux.

SE DÉPLACER
Un arrêt d'aérobus pour les arrivées et les départs de l'aéroport se trouve à une minute à pied de l'appartement. Néanmoins, nous recommandons le service de transfert privé comme la meilleure option pour se rendre à l'appartement. Contactez-nous à l'avance pour réserver une voiture de transfert privé auprès de nos partenaires locaux. C'est moins cher que de prendre un taxi à l'aéroport !

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We loved the location which was close to some nice restaurants and a great boardwalk along the ocean. We often walked to the centre of Funchal and took a public bus home at the end of the day. The unit was spacious and well equipped. Whenever we had any inquiries the host was very quick to respond.
Our only disappointment was the lumpy bed. We would definitely go back.

Wir waren zu viert in der Unterkunft und waren sehr begeistert! Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und war mit zwei Bädern wirklich reiner Luxus! Der Balkon war wirklich toll für gemeinsame Essen mit Meerblick! Es wäre jedoch schön gewesen Moskito Netze vor die großen Schiebetüre zu haben, da man abends alles zu lassen musste… ansonsten war die Wohnung super ausgestattet und sehr schön gelegen! Der Bus fuhr quasi vor der Haustür (10 Minuten nach Funchal Innenstadt für 2 Euro) und wir hatten innerhalb von 5 Minuten das Madeira Forum mit Supermarkt, Apotheke etc!
Sehr weiterzuempfehlen!

Dvě koupelny, lokalita, podzemní garáž. Pěkná terasa v výhledem na moře. Velikost bytu a dvě terasy.
Matoucí popis umístění garáže v objektu. Vjezd do garáže se nachází směrem z pěší zóny vedle vstupu do objektu a dálkový ovladač je nutno použít i na stažení řetězu u sloupků vstupu do pěší zóny. Velmi horký byt bez klimatizace. Nutno větrat pouze balkonovými dveřmi a jelikož je byt v přízemí tak nás čekali nečekaní návštěvníci v podobě švábů a komárů. V bytě byly pouze tři nevýkonné ventilátory.

Super Ausgangspunkt um mit dem Bus Funchal zu erkunden. Bewachtes Freibad mit Kindern auch zu empfehlen. Großer Einkaufsmarkt in Laufnähe. Lage ruhig. Ankunft bzw checkin durch übersandte Videos sehr einfach, auch mit dem Mietauto. Bäder bedürfen einer Modernisierung.

Lovely location not far from
The beach, Lido and lovely shops and restaurants. It’s also near a bus stop although we hired a car. Had a lovely stay the only thing we’d do differently if coming again is hire a car with a bigger engine as Madeira is very steep in some places.

Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage. Insbesondere die Terrasse mit Atlantikblick ist herausragend. Allerdings ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert, da es anders schwierig ist, sich nach Funchal und auf der Insel insgesamt zu bewegen.

L’appartement est très bien placé, à quelques pas de la mer, avec une vue magnifique. Il correspond tout à fait aux photos et est très propre. Tout était à disposition, bien rangé.
L’accueil était optimal et le responsable très proactif. Beaucoup d’outils à disposition comme QR code pour activités, restaurants et livres pour s’occuper.
Il manque juste quelques ustensiles de cuisine comme des cuillères en bois et plats à tarte.
Merveilleux séjour, je recommande à 100% !

Such a beautiful apartment! Looked exactly like the pictures and exceeded our expectations. Check in was a bit messy, we had a hard time finding the place and the keys weren't in the lockbox so we couldn't get inside. But the host was extremely nice and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. We also couldn't figure out where to park and the host was great with helping us with that as well! Overall, very cool place, great location, and an amazing experience! Would definitely stay here again!

This unit was in a perfect location. The apartment was lovely and also supplied essentials. Instructions for arrival should explain how to identify the building and then tell the person arriving that they need to park on the road, go in the apartment and get the keys and after that they can press a button to lower the chain and drive the car into the garage where there is a lift to help get suitcases up to the apartment. The second bedroom with the twin beds looked lovely but there was no wall outlet to plug the bedside lamp into so the lamp was useless and we could not plug in phones or iPads either. A long extension cord could have avoided this problem. Furthermore these beds were painful to sleep on. The mattresses were a matrix of thick wires that dug into you. A mattress pad or foam pad on top would have fixed this problem. With simple fixes this apartment would rate a 5/5 from us.

This is a great place to stay. Very clean and the agency was extremely responsive. The only problem we had was the horrible beds (think brick) and the instructions on how to get there. It looks like you go to the hotel, but you went to far. Turn around like you’re driving up the hill and take the first right past the hotel. There is a chain over the driveway. Park at the chain and walk down to the first entrance on the right. The key is in the lock box. The room is on the first floor to your left. Get inside and the key to the chain is on the entry table. Hope this helps!

Apartament jest bardzo ładnie urządzony. Kuchnia jest bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Komfortowe są również 2 łazienki w apartamencie. Napewno w ciepłe, słoneczne dni super udogodnieniem jest również duży taras.
Wielkim minusem jest kanapa w salonie, która jest oznaczona na stronie jako miejsce do spania. Kanapa jest modułowa więc spanie na niej jest niemożliwe/bardzo niekomfortowe, ponieważ bardzo łatwo się rozsuwa. Ponadto, pościel w jednej sypialni chyba nie była zmieniona, ponieważ na prześcieradle były włosy. W wielu miejscach w apartamencie chodzą mrówki.

La zona está muy bien, hay todo tipo de servicio y sin necesidad de coche. Aunque la plaza de garaje es muy útil para poder aparcar, sino está complicado.
Por la ola de calor fue complicado dormir, no tiene aire acondicionado y los mosquitos hicieron el agosto..
El alojamiento tiene de todo y de calidad, te sientes a gusto y no echas de menos nada.
Una de las bañeras está algo deteriorada y se debería cambiar.
Por lo demás muy recomendable y acorde a lo que te ofrece el anuncio.

The apartment is excellent. It is spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and furnished, extremely comfortable and well equipped. It has a large balcony to its front, and large courtyard/patio to its rear. Location wise, you cannot get better, with restaurants, seafront and supermarkets with a very short walk. It is also equipped with a secure carpark. The host is extremely helpful and responsive to communications.

Our stay in this apartment was wonderful. The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated, perfectly clean, the kitchen well equipped and the view from the balcony during breakfast or dinner was incredible. It is a very quiet place (we slept perfectly) with a view of the sea and the garden. There are several good restaurants in walking distance to this apartment, large shopping center FORUM and a BUS stop (line No. 02 to the city center, No. 09 Express bus to the airport). Parking was great, in the garage with the reserved place. We definitely recommend renting a car to explore the island. All in all - we fell in love with atmosphere and beautiful nature of Madeira and also this amazing apartment and will definitely come back here again.

While I appreciate a well organized check-in the online system had issues. Since none of the info was shared in the airbnb app, i had to go to external link, which wasnt working on multiple devices. the host was very quick to respond and we did get it solved quickly. We were supposed to have parking, but the parking info was vague and turns out the remote we needed to access wasnt even there. their local agent did swing by and drop off the remote when we werent there. Even with remote there wasnt any instructions on how to use as the big chain blocking only entrance to garage had a key lock on it. We figured it on on last day there. The only major problem we ran into was the shower situation. there was never enough hot water for all of us to shower. Even with rotating morning/evening and taking short showers, two could barely shower at a given time and have enough. Outside of those fixable things, the location was great, host was responsive, place was lovely.

Proche du front de mer, des commerces, des restaurants.
Parking en sous-terrain inclus.

Inacia de "An Island" est vraiment agréable niveau communication.
Nous avons rencontré des petits soucis lors de notre séjour (absence équipements bébé lors de notre arrivée, fuite du ballon d'eau chaude) mais tout a été réglé dans les 30 minutes.

Petit bémol mais qui n'est pas de la faute de "An Island", la chambre principale donne sur un jardin où les grenouilles donnent un concert toutes les nuits de 22h à 6h. Oreilles sensibles, pensez aux boules quies.

La terrasse et le balcon sont très appréciables :)

Really enjoyed staying at this property. It was in a great location close to food shopping, restaurants, lovely walkway and a black stone beach. Felt the area was very safe. The two balcanies were very nice and we ate our meals on one or the other depending on sun. Would definitely recommend others to stay at this apartment.

Procédure d'entrée dans les lieux très pratique, quartier calme, la vieille ville est a 1 heure à pied mais desservie par des bus, vue superbe sur l'ocean depuis la terrasse, appartement très spacieux, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, un parking souterrain réservé au logement, une promenade de bord de mer quasi devant l'appartement et un hôte réactif. Que dire de plus? Je conseille sans réserve ce logement qui est idéalement placé pour découvrir Madère.

Przede wszystkim świetna lokalizacja. Dużo sklepów, restauracji, transport publiczny a jednocześnie cicha i spokojna okolica z możliwością długich spacerów. Do centrum Funchal można dojść spacerem (około 3,5 km).

Mieszkanie czyste, przestronne i dobrze wyposażone.

Superschönes blitzsauberes Apartment in toller Lage, direkt am Meer mit schönen Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Madeira kommen wir gerne wieder. beim parken ausserhalb der Tiefgarage sollte man vorsichtig sein (Ticket für Falschparken 60 Euro)

Overall we had an enjoyable stay without any problems. The property was well equipped with good internet and comfy furniture.
The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby and only a short walk (uphill) to the forum for grocery, fruit and veg. It's a lovely walk either east in Funchal or west to Camara de Lobos, although there are a few serious slopes involved.
It would have been nice to have had some comfy chairs on the front balcony (as shown in the listing) but these had been moved to the back terrace and were too big and heavy for us to move.
Having said that it didn't detract too much from the very pleasant outdoor experience with lovely views out to sea and overall we had a lovely relaxing stay.

A fantastic apartment as lovely as it looks in the photos. It is so spacious and there is everything you need. It is in a great location. A bus from just round the corner takes you into Funchal in 12 minutes. There are lidos in both directions plus nice restaurants. There is a shopping centre 5 minutes away with a really good supermarket and lots of nice shops to explore. If we go back to Madeira we would certainly choose it again.

I can't imagine a better airbnb experience. Host is really helpful, booked us an airport transfer, helped with other issues we had. Location can't be better - next to promenade de lido, in front of garden with birds singing all the time, with ocean view. The apartment is perfect - we are personally in the process of looking for a new apartment and we take this one as an example. For people traveling with kids, looking for an airbnb for longer stay, who like things going smoothly and like to live in a comfortable place I can recommend it, it is worth the price. We are 100% satisfied.

Spacious, luxurious, well fitted apartment that was immaculately clean.

Great location for coast walks and restaurants. Ping Doce supermarket, the best one on the island, just 5 minutes walk away, in the Forum Madeira shopping centre.

Great croissants from Le Petit Gâteau and try the Chinese Restaurant Pedras do Lago, not sophisticated, but surprisingly good.

We were forced to go to a hotel for our stay and are definitely not happy with the experience… And now the host does not want to refund us the money. Unbelievable.

Très bel appartement tout à fait conforme à l’annonce ! Spacieux, lumineux et 2 très belles terrasses ! Deux belles salles de bain avec tout le nécessaire: savon, serviette de toilette. Tout le nécessaire pour la vaisselle, lave vaisselle et lave linge, sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre et café à l’arrivée, très appréciables !!!
Appartement au rez-de-chaussée de chaussé avec vue sur l’océan et plage la plus grande de Funchal à 10 minutes à pied En prenant le tunnel.
Très grand Centre commercial avec boutiques et supermarché à 5 minutes, très pratique !
Garage aussi pour la voiture.
5ème couchage dans le salon sur grand canapé, 6 ème couchage éventuellement possible !
Accueil et service très bien assuré.
Conclusion, location à prendre sans hésitation !!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Grundriss, Aufteilung der Räume, Ausstattung und Einrichtung waren eher wie eine richtige Wohnung als wie eine Ferienwohnung - was positiv zu bewerten ist. Die Lage ist optimal, man schaut vom Balkon ins Grüne und von dort auf das Meer. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen!

The property is part of small block of only about 10 units located on the footpath leading down to the promenade. Very difficult to find first time around, even for our taxi driver. We had a self check in but you should ask for a physical attendance. The unit is located right opposite a restaurant called Real Canoa, you need the key fob to open the chain to allow you to drive your car in.
However, the location turned out to be very good. Only 3 minutes walk to the Forum Mall, although very uphill of course. It was generally quiet, maybe due to covid but in full season the path might be quite busy and it runs right in front of the living room and main bedroom.
The rooms are very spacious and it's quite a homely place.
We requested a fee extra items which the agent (An Island Apart) brought quite quickly.
Being on the ground floor this biggest issue was mosquitos, even sometimes on the inside. If you want to sit on the front patio or in the courtyard garden you will need insect repellent otherwise you will be bitten for sure. For this reason you cannot open the doors or windows.
One of the reasons for the mosquitos is the poor upkeep of the outside areas, especially the public areas and the underground car park was a really mess and hadn't been cleaned for months.
In the kitchen many items were past their best, the waste bins were rusted and the non-stick frying pans were not non-stick anymore! However, there was just about enough of everything you need.
The bathtubs were peeling at the edges, the taps were very still and my wife couldn't open either the front door or the utility door as the locks were too stiff.

A truly superb penthouse style apartment. If anything, the photographs on the listing don't do the place justice and it is actually better than it looks on the website. The apartment is huge and spacious and would provide very comfortable accommodation for 4 people, with separate bathrooms each with a bathtub. Spotlessly clean and a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The outside areas, front and back, are also huge and enable you to enjoy sunshine for most of the day. One minor suggestion would be to provided better instructions for arriving by car as it caused a bit of confusion on arrival, but this was quickly sorted out by the excellent communication from the agent. In short, a truly fantastic place and I would have no hesitation in returning.

The location is great - the ocean is within a minute's walk, the next natural swimming pool is about 5- minute walk away. There is a big supermarket in the Forum shopping center, which is very convenient. You can reach the city center on foot and enjoy the amazing views on the way. The apartment itself is spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay!

Die Tiefgarage mit Freier Parkmöglichkeit war im Heisen Wetter gold wert, die Klimaanlage des Pkw wurde geschont und es war immer angenehm im abgekühlten Auto den Tag zu beginnen, nahe vom Strand gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe ind im Forum Madeira
Schlüssel mussten wir auf den Weg zum Apartment abholen, Balkon und Aussenanlage waren nicht gepflegt, jeden Morgen von Kleinen Eidechsen heimgesucht, Die Sitze für die Ausencouch lagen durchnässt im Wäscheraum umsiedelt mit Ohrenschlüpfern, Im Bad war eine Wanne die Versieglungsanstrich am abplatzen

It’s was a wonderful experience to live in this apartments.
The description and fotos suited what we get.
The apartments is sunny and very cozy with fresh repair and spacious rooms. Near this very many restaurants, cafes and big mall.
We will return to this suites anyway!

Super logement !! Grand espace de vie et très design. Il est situé loin de la vieille ville mais acces facile via les bus. De plus, la vue sur mer est top. Nous allons souvent sur funchal et c'est l un des meilleurs
