Cet appartement fantastique et magnifique se distingue par son excellent emplacement. À environ sept minutes en voiture du centre de Funchal, cette propriété est située dans un quartier calme et ensoleillé de la ville.
Entouré de beaux bâtiments et avec vue sur la mer, ce logement est prêt à vous accueillir pour vos prochaines vacances. De là, vous pourrez visiter la célèbre promenade située dans la zone côtière de la ville, vous immerger dans les complexes balnéaires du Lido et de Ponta Gorda ou prendre un bain de soleil à Praia Formosa, où la plage de sable noir et de galets fait le bonheur des adultes et des enfants.
L'appartement comprend deux chambres, l'une avec un lit double, l'autre avec deux lits simples, deux salles de bains, une cuisine entièrement équipée et un salon où vous pourrez vous reposer et vous retrouver entre amis. À l'extérieur, vous disposez d'un balcon d'où vous pouvez voir la mer et profiter de vos repas. La maison peut accueillir un maximum de quatre personnes.
L'appartement est entièrement équipé et dispose d'une place de parking gratuite.
VUE D'ENSEMBLE DU QUARTIER
Situé dans l'une des zones touristiques les plus prestigieuses de Funchal, cet appartement se trouve à proximité d'une agréable promenade en bord de mer, de plages, de supermarchés, de pharmacies, de magasins et du centre commercial Forum Madeira, qui compte plusieurs salles de spectacles et cinémas de renommée internationale.
À proximité, vous trouverez plusieurs bars et restaurants où vous pourrez vous délecter de notre gastronomie ou de la cuisine internationale. En plus des options à proximité, vous pouvez vous rendre au centre-ville (sept minutes en voiture) où vous trouverez une plus grande variété de restaurants.
À environ un kilomètre de l'appartement se trouve la plage de Formosa, propice à la plongée et aux bains de soleil sur les galets et le sable noir.

Pour les départs et les arrivées de l'aéroport, il y a un arrêt d'aérobus à environ 5 minutes de la maison, bien que la meilleure option pour se rendre à l'appartement soit le transfert. Demandez-nous d'en réserver un auprès de nos partenaires locaux. C'est moins cher que les taxis que vous trouverez à l'aéroport !

There is a parking lot, the flat is big with 2 separate bathrooms, washing room and everything necessary for the stay, a really nice terrace as well The hot water comes and goes, so sometimes you have to wait for minutes for it to come back, which is really not comfortable when taking a shower

Really nice view on the ocean and good accessability with busses. Location is really great. The apartment's living room and terrasse was very nice for game nights and relaxed evenings. The washing machine was also very helpful. The oven was unfortunately not working.

Krásný , prostorný apartmán se dvěma ložnicemi, kuchyní, obývacím pokojem a dvěma WC. Parkování auta v kryté garáži. Z bakonu výhled na oceán. Klidné místo. Kvalitní postele. Vybavená kuchyň, pračka. Po týdnu pobytu nám byly vyměněny ručníky a povlečení postelí. Koupelny by měly být měly být rekonstruovány. Místo vany sprchový kout, vyměnit nábytek, přidat poličku pod zrcadlo. Ale pro pobyt byly koupelny dostačující a čisté.

Appartamento comodissimo. Fermata bus a 50 metri. Con l'auto o il bus potevi raggiungere qualsiasi meta. Supermercato a poca distanza . In 5 minuti si raggiungono in auto i ristoranti sulla spiaggia. Assegnato un parcheggio privato all'interno per lasciare l'auto. Cucina fornita di stoviglie.
Solo due difetti: le posate da tavola....solo 4 cucchiaini da caffè di cui 3 minuscoli e 1 di grandezza normale.
Macchie sugli asciugamani forniti e macchie di ferro da stiro sulle lenzuola (con la forma del ferro da stiro).
Soggiorno piacevolissimo.

The apartment is located in a quiet and safe place. It is not in the center, but it is in Funchalo and if you have a car you can easily reach all the places you need. There is also a safe space for parking the car.
The apartment is wide and spacious. The rooms are not small and are comfortable for entertaining (like the bedrooms, the bathrooms, the living room and the kitchen).
It had all the necessary tools that you may need starting from kitchen utensils, washing machine, iron, ironing board, television in the living room, hair dryer, fans and so on.
The apartment was clean. It had a nice ambience to live in.
Two couples or a company of 4 people can be acommodated good. For more than 4, someone would need to sleep in the living room and the comfort offered by the apartment would be destroyed.
The apartment had amenities and two large balconies. The balcony in the living room overlooks the ocean and is a comfortable place to sit. My only gripe during my stay was that there was no air conditioning in any of the rooms. It may not be necessary to have air conditioning in all rooms, but at least in the living room it is necessary to achieve some balance in the whole apartment when the weather is very hot.

The host was very nice, we arrived earlier than expected and he come to check us is in about 10 minutes.
The apartment was quite big with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and a chicken. I would say it is a suitable place for 2 couples or a family with kids, The location was nice, close to the sea, you could see the sun rising from the balcony. Near by there was a bar, a restaurant and some small shops. On the walking distance there were restaurant and and the beach. No comment

Location; a lot of place in the apartment. Stuff isn't flexible, you couldn't get any extra things, for example, post card sending (I'm talking when post card is ready to sent, with stamp and so on..)

Apartamenti bija ļoti tīri un kārtīgi. Gribējās uzsvērt tīrību. Ļoti parocīga ir autostāvieta zem mājas. Nedaudz cietuši vannas istabas skapīši no mitruma, bet tas netraucēja. Kopuma ļoti labs iespaids par dzīvokli, kam ir fantastisks skats no balkona uz okeānu.

Hemos estado muy comodas en el piso. Las habitaciones estan muy bien, los colchones son comodos y todo estaba muy limpio. El salon y la cocina son muy amplias, lo que nos permitia estar en las zonas comunes muy agradable, y por ultimo el balcon que tiene lo hemos utilizado mucho para desayunar y cenar al fresquito. Ademas, la ubicacion es inmejorable, en una zona cerca de funchal y del aeropuerto, pero super bien comunicada con la mayoria de las carreteras principales, lo que nos permitio acceder de forma facil a todas las partes de la isla. Spacious and easy access to the car. Came with most kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee etc.). Came with other great essentials (towels, laundry facilities and washing powder, first aid box) Not enough power for electricity (couldn’t have two hobs and oven working together without it tripping).
Many kitchen utensils etc but no oven mitts or pealer (minor gripe).
A regularly noisy from neighbours upstairs in the night.

Location very nice, close to supermarket and bakeries & restaurants. Spacious and very well ventilated place, we didn't need AC. Well-equipped kitchen. We asked for a new water kettle, they brought it asap, very nice. Internet was slow and was cutting, if you need the internet for work, be careful. Would have been nice to have a dishwasher for the price. Shower water temperature goes from cold to hot constantly.

El apartamento es muy agradable. Tiene buenos espacios, está muy bien ventilado y es fresquito en verano. Tiene dos terrazas, ambas agradables, especialmente la del comedor. Hemos desayunado todos los días allí, con vistas al mar. Tiene plaza de garaje y utensilios más que suficientes en la cocina. Quizás le falte una mesa en el comedor (más allá de la mesa baja que tiene delante del sofá). Está situado en una zona muy buena (Piornais), con vistas despejadas alrededor, comercios y lugares de paseo cerca y enlace relativamente fácil a la autopista. Los inconvenientes del apartamento son dos: 1) tiene un aspecto algo viejo. No es un edificio reciente, y eso se nota en algún detalle de la vivienda. No es nada qu easuste o tire para atrás, pero no es el cuarto moderno de un hotel, claro está. 2) Cada semana hacen una limpieza intermedia. Esta limpieza deja bastante que desear. Es un lavado de cara, que incluye cambio de sábanas y toallas, pero poco más. Deberían ser más diligentes en la limpieza.

Wonderful appartment, very clean and fully equipped with parking place in the garage and elevator. Great location - near beach, with very good pastelaria, pizzeria, supermarket and a bus station few meters away. Our host was very sweet. We really had great vacations and we hope that we will come back soon.

Apartamento com ótima localização, numa zona calma, mas perto do centro do Funchal. Equipado com tudo o que é necessário, muito limpo e com uma vista muito agradável para o mar.
Existe um pequeno supermercado perto, padaria, tem lugar de garagem e elevador.

Die große, schöne Wohnung haben wir zu zweit genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden. Gute Tipps von der Vermieterin wo man z.B in der Nähe gut essen gehen, günstig parken und einkaufen kann waren auch prima. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir haben 4 Wochen lang in dem Apartment gewohnt und haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt! Es hat einfach alles gestimmt, die Lage, die Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber... Die Wohnung war super sauber und die wöchentliche Reinigung, die im Preis inbegriffen ist, ist ein Riesenplus. Ebenso, dass Toilettenpapier, Seife, Spülmittel etc. aufgefüllt werden Es gab mehr als genug Handtücher, Bettdecken, Kissen usw., die Betten waren super bequem, die Wohnung ist sehr schick eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung ist auch gut, das einzige, was uns gefehlt hat, war ein Schäler. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt. Direkt um die Ecke, gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, der täglich von 7-21 Uhr geöffnet hat. Will man einen größeren Einkauf machen, ist das Einkaufszentrum "Forum Madeira" nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Mehrere Restaurants, Bars und Cafés befinden sich auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke und man erreicht bequem alle Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch nach Câmara de Lobos kann man gemütlich in ca. 1 Stunde zu Fuß laufen. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die tolle Aussicht vom Balkon aufs Meer - einfach herrlich. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100 % empfehlen und würden immer wieder kommen.
