Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Lokalizacja tez dobra. Sam apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony (kuchnia) z szybkim i niezawodnym internetem. Atutem jest dostępny dla gości parking podziemny. W okolicy kilka dobrych knajpek a do centrum można szybko dojechać autobusem, którego przystanej jest przed wejściem do budynku. Duży sklep spożywczy praktycznie kilka kroków od apartamentu. Ten apartament nie powinien być oferowany dla 5 osób. Sofa w salonie jest bardzo niekomfortowa i brudna. Jestem niemile zaskoczony tym faktem bo czytając inne komentarze już conajmniej dwa lata wstecz inni goście zwracają uwagę na ten fakt, ale właściciel nic z tym nie zrobil. Ta sofa absolutnie nie nadaje się aby spać na niej dłużej niż jedną noc. Zdjęcia na portalu są nieaktualne bo pokazują w salonie dwie sofy a jest jedna. Z czystością tak średnio. Z grubsza posprzątane, ale wnętrze muszli klozetowej wymaga dokładniejszego umycia bo jest po prostu mocno brudne. Drzwi do pokoi tez wymagają częstszego odkurzania bo też były niedomyte.

Die Wohnung ist nett. Es hat 4 Stühle, einer davon ist kaputt. Geschirr & Besteck ist wenig vorhanden und auch nicht passend. Der Ort eignet sich gut für Ausflüge, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss (3 Min) erreichbar. Auto perfekt parkiert in Garage. Relativ viel Lärm von aussen. Ansonsten eine hübsche Wohnung, die alles hat was man braucht.

The apartment was literally just a few steps from the Forum Shopping Centre, a short walk from the promenade and the beach. The bedrooms were located towards the courtyard, so it was relatively quiet at night. The parking space was easily accessible. Fans were available in every room. The fridge/freezer was already on when we arrived. According to the description of the accommodation we expected a self-service check-in. I had to text the accommodation to find out more details and only then did I learn that someone would be waiting for us at the accommodation. A very annoying aspect was the very busy ongoing construction DIRECTLY across the street (the apartment is right on the first floor.). The noise started at 7am and ended at 7pm. It was very dusty everywhere and sitting on the balcony during the day was not possible. I know it's not the landlord's fault, but it was very uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the apartment was not what I would have expected. The toilet was very dirty. But the cleaning ladies that came during the stay were very thorough. We even encountered cockroaches in the hallway and the garbage room was literally disgusting. I've never seen anything like it. The covers on the chairs were dirty and the chairs were soiled. We were here just at the time when it was very hot and the island was on fire, but there is no air conditioning in the apartment and it was really warm even at night, so I had to sleep with the fans on.

Apartamento confortável, bem equipado com todos os electrodomésticos a funcionar. Camas confortáveis e tudo arrumado e limpo, próximo de paragem, restaurantes e supermercado. Óptimo para passar alguns dias para conhecer ilha. Contudo temos a acrescentar alguns pontos negativos: 2 cadeiras partidas e necessidade de renovar alguns itens de cozinha são em número reduzido. A rua é muito barulhenta com muito movimento e obras nas redondezas. Como o apartamento é muito quente e não tem ar condicionado há a necessidade de manter as janelas abertas o que o torna muito barulhento. Tem no r/c um restaurante, com a televisão ligada e com a agitação normal dos clientes. Apareceram baratas na varanda.

Francisco from An Island Apart was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities for a weeks stay. Location is next to a shopping mall that includes a supermarket which was very convenient. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Close to public transport which made it easy to get around Funchal.

Very well located with a shopping mall 2 minutes away, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, and coffee shops nearby. Close to the beach and easy access to Funchal centre by bus. Very clean and fully equipped. Nice and responsive staff. Decio was excellent in helping us promptly with any queries we had.
The property could have benefitted from air conditioning but there were 3 fans that could help with the heat at night.
Overall, excellent place, highly recommended.

Corresponde ao apresentado. A localização é ótima. A garagem é uma grande vantagem para quem tem carro. A equipa foi bastante prestável e com resposta imediata. Há uma área de construção enorme na rua, praticamente em frente ao apartamento. Com barulho constante e pó todo o dia durante a semana. É impossível aproveitar a varanda. Torna-se muito incomodativo.

A localização é muito boa e a zona é segura. O apartamento tinha bastantes comodidades, como café, azeite, sal etc. para que se possam elaborar refeições. A relação qualidade-preço é boa. A insonorização não é boa e ouve-se bastante ruído da rua e dos vizinhos. O sofá cama não é de todo confortável e faz bastante ruído. A limpeza também poderia ser melhor (o sofá tem algumas manchas, as janelas não estavam muito limpas e alguns locais tinham muito pó).

Tudo impecável, limpeza e tudo Porta do quarto com vidro, epha n faz sentido nenhum. E depois um termoacumulador muito pequeno para 5 pessoas. Epha não. Se soubesse dessas coisas provavelmente não ia, mas pronto. De resto impecável.

The location near Forum and a private parking space were super convenient. The apartment was nice and cozy. Kitchen was equipped well enough and the balcony was a great plus as too.

Location: near bakery, local bar, grocery, playground, shopping mall, beach(not far away, but veery steeep, as everywhere in madeira), bus station in front of the door. Appartment looks smaller than provided size 90m2, but still is very nice! Issue with neighboors about parking space - a neighboor was really angry that i stayed on his place for just a while(without leaving the car). Then he decided even to call to owners - so looks like neighboorhods issues.
Garbage trucks arrives around 10-11pm, so might be little annoying at the beginning

Von der Unterkunft zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und ließ kaum Wünsche offen. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft absolut in Ordnung und solide, aber nicht überragend. Der Balkon war bei unserer Ankunft nicht geputzt, überall lagen Fußnägel des Vormieters - Dank der guten Ausstattung waren diese jedoch schnell mit Besen und Schaufel beseitigt.
Das Apartment ist für bis zu 5 Personen ausgeschrieben. Das fünfte Bett ist eine Klappcouch, die wackelig, unbequem und etwas dreckig ist - da keiner dort schlafen wollte, schliefen wir im Wechsel auf dem Boden.
Zuletzt waren immer wieder kleine Ameisen zu Gast. Auch tägliches leeren der Mülleimer änderte das nicht.

Świetny apartament z balkonem w spokojnej okolicy. Rzut beretem od galerii handlowej. Ogromnym plusem jest też parking w cenie. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, ładne pokoje, bardzo dużo przestrzeni. Dobry kontakt z personelem. Bardzo dobrze wspominam ten pobyt, i na następna wizytę na Maderze wybrałabym ponownie. minusem jest słabe wifi w różowej sypialni i brak mopa. Po tygodniowym pobycie podłogi były już bardzo brudne.

Nous sommes restés 10 jours dans ce logement, accueil en personne, logement très bien placé (Proche d’un centre commercial, d’un arrêt de bus… etc) à environ 15min en bus du centre de Funchal
Le logement est bien équipé, et propre.

We choose this apartment because of its location. As with most accommodation it had its good and bad points which I have tried to outline fairly below. It is reasonably priced, which is important if you are intending to stay for an extended period, as we were. The apartment is bright, well laid out and had all the usual kitchen aids you would expect but the crockery could do with a bit of an overhaul. We had one or two issues with appliances ‘tripping’ the electricity when turned on. Suspect they had been dropped and damaged and had not been reported prior to us getting there but they were replaced fairly swiftly when reported. We found it to be quite a warm apartment and never used the heaters provided. There was plenty of hot water and the towels and sheets were changed once a week by the cleaning staff. However, there were some negatives. The apartment looked ‘grubby’. I know you do not expect a rental property to be as clean as your home but you do expect a reasonable standard, especially as it displays the ‘safe and clean’ sticker on the rental booking form and you cannot gain access until 4 p.m. to allow for ‘extra cleaning’. All I can say is the cleaners must have missed this property out as our first task was to pop to the supermarket and buy cleaning products. Please don’t get me wrong, I am not some type of cleaning freak, I don’t have OCD but I do not expect dirty fingermarks on doors, walls and tables. The dining table was so filthy it took 4 times scrubbing it to get it clean enough to eat from. The cushion covers on the sofa were so dirty I could not bear to touch them, other than to remove them to wash them (I have photos of the water colour). Generally, the whole apartment is overdue for redecorating and soft furnishings need replacing. The weekly clean is hardly sufficient to do anything other than scratch the surface and it requires a good, deep clean. There are issues with building maintenance and the lifts. Sadly, I cannot recommend.

Зручне розташування. Поруч торгівельний центр, кав'ярні та пекарні. Квартира має паркомісце. Брали в оренду авто. Дуже зручно їздити на пляж - недалеко. В квартирі була посудомийна машина, але тільки 2 таблетки для неї. Посуд був грязний, перемивали його. Теж з пральною машиною - порошку було на одне прання. Ми приїхали на декілька днів, тож купувати це не було сенсу. Обладнання в квартирі та сама квартира має втомлений вид. За ті гроші наступного разу знімемо іншу квартиру.

Гарне розташування - через дорогу супермаркет та торгівельний центр. Поруч багато кафе та ресторанів. Підземний паркінг. П'ять хвилин на авто до чудового пляжу. Зручні ліжка. В квартирі все не нове - меблі, сантехніка, побутова техніка, але нормальної якості. Тверда четвірка по п'ятибальній системі.

Apartment is situated in the new part of Funchal. Close to the shopping mall, cinema, shops, restaurants and bakery. The apartment is very cosy, bright and well equipped. In the kitchen we found everything what we needed. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. WiFi is good but the signal in bedrooms could be better. What is the most important there is a private parking place in the building. We enjoy our stay very much.

I love it!! Apartment is in the middle of the great part of the Funchal. It's close to the shopping mall, shops, restaurants, bakery and highway. The apartment is very cosy, bright and clean. We spent there 3 weeks and we felt there like home. Apartment has everything what we needed, WiFi, washing machine and dishwasher and whats the most important in Funchal.. private parking place. I like everything but WiFi signal could be better in the bedrooms... And during the clean up soap, bath gel and washing up liquid could be refilled.

Ótima localização e cozinha muito bem equipada. O apartamento está mais deteriorado do que mostra nas fotos, isso foi bem decepcionante. Falta jogar uma lixívia no chão ou algo que tire o encardido, o sofá está bem sujo. O apartamento é muito quente, vale a pena investir em um ar condicionado ou até mesmo ventoinhas no tecto que funcionem bem. Havia apenas uma ventoinha no apartamento muito fraca, tínhamos que dormir com portas e janelas abertas.

Localização e conforto excecionais Termo acumulador deveria ter maior capacidade dado que a casa é para quatro pessoas e nem para três dava para tomar banho. Portadas deixam entrar luz nos quartos. Rede Wi-Fi muito fraca. Papel higiénico e sabonete para as mãos insuficientes.

Modern, spacious and very practical interior. The bedrooms are on the quiet side of the building, the beds are very comfortable. The living room is spacious, from the balcony you can observe the busy local life with a partial sea view in the background. A shopping centre is just on the corner with a lot of services, but also small local shops are around. The apartment has its own covered parking space, also frequent bus connections are available to the city centre. The property management is responsive and provides a full set of information. When four people take a shower after each other, the warm water temperature decreasing gradually.

Die Lage mit dem Tiefgaragenplatz fanden wir optimal. Nicht direkt im Zentrum, dadurch ruhiger. Zentrum und Autobahn schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die kleine Waschküche war eine tolle Ergänzung. Der nächtliche Besuch der Müllabfuhr hat uns aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Und die Matratzen in einem Schlafzimmer waren etwas weich, evt. Durchgelegen. Gibt aber auch Leute die weiche Matratzen mögen, daher kein echter Kritikpunkt.

A limpeza não foi feita durante as 2 semanas que estivemos alojados, supostamente devido ao covid-19. Houveram alugueres nesta fase de pandemia que fizeram limpeza... Não percebo! O comando da TV não estava bom e pedi durante as duas semanas para trocarem pilhas e nada foi feito. Boa localização mas na próxima escolho outro local.

We booked at short notice and were surprised by a great apartment. The location is perfect. Beach can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Shopping possibilities directly on site.
The four of us (two adults and two children) were very enthusiastic about the apartment and felt comfortable. The apartment is well equipped and you would book it again at any time. ❤️️

I can recommend this apartment to all! Nice, clean, well designed, beds and sofas are very comfortable. Bed sheets are soft and of good quality. Kitchen is equipped in everything you need, big fridge with freezer. Washing machine can save your life, when airline looses your bagagge... :P Apartment is located close to the shopping center (2 minutes by foot), some restaurants (1-2 minutes by foot), one of main roads - Monumental str. - few minutes by foot, bus station just on the other side of the street (like 30 seconds to get there! - we checked it several times :D ). There is possibility of early check-in, however it needs to be confirmed with the host before you come. If your flight is delayed or postponed there is no problem with check-in in very very late hours. The girl who met us was very nice and polite, we could reach her on Whatsapp, which was so convenient. Don't hesitate to ask for things (for example we asked for a new hairdryer, as the one in flat was dying, and it was provided the same day).

Apartamento equipado con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa.
Muy bien localizado, a pesar de no estar en el centro de Funchal cuenta con muchos servicios próximos de panadería, frutería, centro comercial, bares....
El tener aparcamiento propio es tambien un punto a favor pues toda la calle es zona azul para estacionar.
Volvería a repetir si de nuevo visitamos Madeira.

The apartment was everything you've promised and much more. It hat anything you could wish for in a regular home. Situated across the street from a shopping mall an many other restaurants and shops, at a very short driver from the city center, it had a very good location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

House location is great. Very close to water activities and Forum shopping center. House is full of everything you may need to cook, wash and entertain. Billiard and darts downstairs are great. But there are some minuses. The BED in main sleeping room is awful. It makes BIG noise every time you get up, lie or just turning from one side to another. This bed made us wake up early everyday. Pillows are too big, hard to sleep on them. We were bitten by masquitos (my son had 20 bites) on the first day. We had to buy raid and turn it on in every room. Anyway we liked this house a lot.

Well organised with taxi from the airport and the hand over of the keys! Clean and tidy apartment and were very kind letting us leave our bags until 5.30 in the evening on our last day. Having a washing machine was very handy.
