Outre les options les plus proches, vous pouvez également vous rendre au centre-ville de Funchal (à cinq minutes en voiture) où vous trouverez une plus grande variété de restaurants.
La plage de Praia Formosa se trouve à environ deux kilomètres de l'appartement, idéale pour nager et bronzer sur le sable noir.

Pour les départs et les arrivées de l'aéroport, il y a un arrêt d'aérobus à environ 2 minutes de la maison. Pour les départs et arrivées de l'aéroport, la meilleure option pour rejoindre l'appartement est le transfert. Demandez-nous d'en organiser un avec nos partenaires locaux. Ten apartament nie powinien być oferowany dla 5 osób. Sofa w salonie jest bardzo niekomfortowa i brudna. Jestem niemile zaskoczony tym faktem bo czytając inne komentarze już conajmniej dwa lata wstecz inni goście zwracają uwagę na ten fakt, ale właściciel nic z tym nie zrobil. Ta sofa absolutnie nie nadaje się aby spać na niej dłużej niż jedną noc. Zdjęcia na portalu są nieaktualne bo pokazują w salonie dwie sofy a jest jedna. Z czystością tak średnio. Z grubsza posprzątane, ale wnętrze muszli klozetowej wymaga dokładniejszego umycia bo jest po prostu mocno brudne. Drzwi do pokoi tez wymagają częstszego odkurzania bo też były niedomyte.

According to the description of the accommodation we expected a self-service check-in. I had to text the accommodation to find out more details and only then did I learn that someone would be waiting for us at the accommodation. A very annoying aspect was the very busy ongoing construction DIRECTLY across the street (the apartment is right on the first floor.). The noise started at 7am and ended at 7pm. It was very dusty everywhere and sitting on the balcony during the day was not possible. I know it's not the landlord's fault, but it was very uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the apartment was not what I would have expected. The toilet was very dirty. But the cleaning ladies that came during the stay were very thorough. We even encountered cockroaches in the hallway and the garbage room was literally disgusting. I've never seen anything like it. The covers on the chairs were dirty and the chairs were soiled. We were here just at the time when it was very hot and the island was on fire, but there is no air conditioning in the apartment and it was really warm even at night, so I had to sleep with the fans on.

Contudo temos a acrescentar alguns pontos negativos:
2 cadeiras partidas e necessidade de renovar alguns itens de cozinha são em número reduzido. A rua é muito barulhenta com muito movimento e obras nas redondezas. Como o apartamento é muito quente e não tem ar condicionado há a necessidade de manter as janelas abertas o que o torna muito barulhento. Tem no r/c um restaurante, com a televisão ligada e com a agitação normal dos clientes.
Apareceram baratas na varanda.

A localização é ótima.
A garagem é uma grande vantagem para quem tem carro.
A equipa foi bastante prestável e com resposta imediata.
Há uma área de construção enorme na rua, praticamente em frente ao apartamento. Com barulho constante e pó todo o dia durante a semana. É impossível aproveitar a varanda.

A insonorização não é boa e ouve-se bastante ruído da rua e dos vizinhos. O sofá cama não é de todo confortável e faz bastante ruído. A limpeza também poderia ser melhor (o sofá tem algumas manchas, as janelas não estavam muito limpas e alguns locais tinham muito pó).

Issue with neighboors about parking space - a neighboor was really angry that i stayed on his place for just a while(without leaving the car). Then he decided even to call to owners - so looks like neighboorhods issues.
Garbage trucks arrives around 10-11pm, so might be little annoying at the beginning

Der Balkon war bei unserer Ankunft nicht geputzt, überall lagen Fußnägel des Vormieters - Dank der guten Ausstattung waren diese jedoch schnell mit Besen und Schaufel beseitigt.
Das Apartment ist für bis zu 5 Personen ausgeschrieben. Das fünfte Bett ist eine Klappcouch, die wackelig, unbequem und etwas dreckig ist - da keiner dort schlafen wollte, schliefen wir im Wechsel auf dem Boden.
Zuletzt waren immer wieder kleine Ameisen zu Gast. Auch tägliches leeren der Mülleimer änderte das nicht.

В квартирі була посудомийна машина, але тільки 2 таблетки для неї. Посуд був грязний, перемивали його. Теж з пральною машиною - порошку було на одне прання. Ми приїхали на декілька днів, тож купувати це не було сенсу. Обладнання в квартирі та сама квартира має втомлений вид. За ті гроші наступного разу знімемо іншу квартиру.

O apartamento está mais deteriorado do que mostra nas fotos, isso foi bem decepcionante. Falta jogar uma lixívia no chão ou algo que tire o encardido, o sofá está bem sujo. O apartamento é muito quente, vale a pena investir em um ar condicionado ou até mesmo ventoinhas no tecto que funcionem bem. Havia apenas uma ventoinha no apartamento muito fraca, tínhamos que dormir com portas e janelas abertas.

Termo acumulador deveria ter maior capacidade dado que a casa é para quatro pessoas e nem para três dava para tomar banho. Portadas deixam entrar luz nos quartos. Rede Wi-Fi muito fraca. Papel higiénico e sabonete para as mãos insuficientes.

Nice, clean, well designed, beds and sofas are very comfortable. Bed sheets are soft and of good quality. Kitchen is equipped in everything you need, big fridge with freezer. Washing machine can save your life, when airline looses your bagagge... :P
Apartment is located close to the shopping center (2 minutes by foot), some restaurants (1-2 minutes by foot), one of main roads - Monumental str. - few minutes by foot, bus station just on the other side of the street (like 30 seconds to get there! - we checked it several times :D ).
There is possibility of early check-in, however it needs to be confirmed with the host before you come. If your flight is delayed or postponed there is no problem with check-in in very very late hours.
The girl who met us was very nice and polite, we could reach her on Whatsapp, which was so convenient. Don't hesitate to ask for things (for example we asked for a new hairdryer, as the one in flat was dying, and it was provided the same day).

Muy bien localizado, a pesar de no estar en el centro de Funchal cuenta con muchos servicios próximos de panadería, frutería, centro comercial, bares....
El tener aparcamiento propio es tambien un punto a favor pues toda la calle es zona azul para estacionar.
Volvería a repetir si de nuevo visitamos Madeira.

I loved the apartment; practical; cleanliness excellent; very well equipped; well located. I really enjoyed having a pot with coffee upon arrival. Very friendly and helpful staff.
