Lovely villa for a relaxing family vacation, with three bedrooms, private pool and hanging garden. Located in Ponta do Sol, in a quiet area with sea views, close to levadas and beaches.
Located in the charming village of Ponta do Sol, this three-storey villa is the perfect retreat for a family vacation. With a light, elegant and welcoming decor, it offers all the essential amenities.
On Level 0, you'll find a spacious garage, a complete bathroom with shower, a laundry room, an outdoor clothesline and a hanging garden.
Going up to Floor 1, the spacious living room welcomes you, in open-space, together with the kitchen area, two perfect environments for socializing and cooking delicious meals together. This floor also has a full bathroom for added convenience. The outdoor living area, together with the lounge by the private pool, is the ideal place to enjoy the good weather that this location enjoys throughout the year.
Floor 2 offers a touch of luxury with a shared full bathroom, a master bedroom that includes a walk-in closet, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with built-in closets.
In addition to the comfort and elegance of this villa, the unobstructed views provide a relaxing setting.

AREA
Villa located in the southwest of the island, in the municipality of Ponta do Sol. Property close to the center of Ponta do Sol, with easy access to local restaurants, beaches, stores and other essential services. It is also close to levadas and picturesque beaches.
In the municipality of Ribeira Brava, which is a 10-minute drive from the property, you'll find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, the beach, a market, the Ethnographic Museum and some local shops.
The airport is a 40-minute drive away and the city of Funchal is 20 minutes away.
GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.
INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Ponta do Sol. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

After that, guests may cancel up to 5 days prior to check-in and receive a refund of the price per night and the cleaning fee, but not of the service fee.

Prijeli jsme na ostrov v dobe, kdy hodne prselo, meli jsme problem s tim, aby nam uschlo obleceni. Hodila by se i susicka.

Lidt slidt visse steder (fugt ødelagte karme og paneler, løse dørhåndtag) men samlet meget fint.
Fantastisk udsigt ud over Atlanterhavet til den ene side og op ad klipperne til den anden, omgivet af bananpalmer.
Bil anbefales klart for at komme til indkøb, restauranter og rundt på øen.
Meget proaktiv vært som var hurtigt responderende og hjælpsom.
Super service med rengøring midtvejs. Masser af rene håndklæder mm.
Husk det er en selvforsynende bolig, ikke et hotel. Du skal selv sørge for det du skal bruge (toiletpapir, opvasketabs osv) hvilket for os er helt naturligt.
Ponta do Sol er et genialt spot på Madeira med flere solskinstimer og bedre vejr end resten af øen, hvilket var tydeligt for os i december.
Vi havde en skøn ferie og anbefaler kraftigt både hus og udlejer.

It’s great that the villa has a large garage to park in (two cars could easily fit) and the layout of the villa is great too!
The villa matches the photos perfectly.
There must be a hotel/night club close by as on Friday, Saturday and Monday (!) night the noise was VERY loud (to the point of no sleep) so I’d recommend taking ear plugs!
There’s no aircon in the villa but there are plenty of fans provided.
I’d definitely recommend staying here to those wanting to explore the island via car!

There is no lift and therefore could not take luggage up. The towels were stained. There was no AC and the fan barely worked. The pool is right on the road.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war auch einwandfrei. Da wir zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft waren, wurde sogar einmal die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher gewechselt. Es war alles sehr sauber.
Da das Haus direkt an einer Straße liegt, stört der Straßenlärm manchmal ein wenig, da minütlich Autos vorbeifahren.
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder! :)

Die Villa liegt oberhalb von Ponto do Sol. Erreichbar über z. T. Sehr steile Straßen. Ein Mietwagen ist auf jeden Fall notwendig, da der nächste Supermarkt 700m runter liegt. Kleine Abzüge bei der Innenausstattung (defekte Türklinke, Duschknauf etc.).

We would highly recommend the villa and we would 100% stay again if we returned.
Added tip - you can do a several point turn to turn the car around in the garage to avoid having to reverse out onto the road.

Overall the stay and home were fine, and no major issues, but was rubbed the wrong way for sure by being told toilet paper wasn’t included past the first two days

Der Pool war abends immer eine Abkühlung wert nach den Ausflügen und auch das Daybett bei Sonnenuntergang.
Das Haus liegt zwar an einer Straße, uns hat dies aber nicht weiter gestört. Es war nicht allzu viel Verkehr und bei geschlossenem Fenster auch nicht störend.

Das wirklich einzigste wäre, dass das Haus direkt an einer (kleinen) Straße steht und morgens etwas Verkehr herrscht. Ansonsten alles prima!

Ligt wel aan een drukke doorgaande weg en geen privacy op terras maar wel een prachtig uitzicht over de oceaan. Ligging in Ponta do Sol (tussen de bananen velden) is erg centraal en perfecte uitvalbasis voor het gehele eiland. We hebben er een prettige tijd gehad en mooie herinneringen aan overgehouden. Een Airco in de slaapkamer(s) is het enige wat ontbrak.
