Property in a pleasant area close to the center of Funchal, with beaches, gardens and services just a 5-minute walk away. Relax on the terrace, which you can use for al fresco dining. Capacity up to 6 people.
Modern two-bedroom apartment, with a suite with a double bed and a full bathroom with shower, and another bedroom with two single beds. The living room area is very well equipped with a dining table, access to the balcony, TV, and sofa bed to accommodate 2 people. WC with shower available. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and has an island for the living room. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room, with access to the large balcony with deck area, dining furniture and awning.

AREA
Located in a great and prestigious area of Funchal, this apartment is close to all your needs, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, stores, the Forum Madeira shopping center and several bars and restaurants with drinks and typical Madeiran dishes. About three kilometers from the apartment you'll find Praia Formosa, which is great for swimming and sunbathing on the pebbles and black sand. The city of Funchal is just a five-minute drive away. You should also know that in the center of Funchal there are various tourist attractions and information on cultural activities, radical activities and nature activities, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island.
GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to your accommodation is by transfer. Ask us to arrange one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the cabs you'll find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.
INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. If the reservation is made less than 14 days before check-in, the cancellation is free up to 48 hours after the reservation, up to a maximum of 5 days before check-in.
After that, guests may cancel up to 5 days prior to check-in and receive a refund of the price per night and the cleaning fee, but not of the service fee.

Being sent wrong address of apartment in email. We were given a phone number of agents representative but could not make contact.Barking dog next door for a long time at various times night and day.

Bywa głośno, zwłaszcza rano jak ludzie wyjeżdżają do pracy lub na zwiedzanie - obok okna w sypialni jest wyjazd z parkingu osiedlowego a to oznacza, że samochody jeżdżą 50cm od okna i 1m od łóżka. Przy otwartym oknie bywa głośno.

We apologise for what happened, but unfortunately we can't control people with malicious minds around the world that makes this terrible things.
The parking space outside the building is not illegal, and any resident or visitor can park there. We would just like to inform future guests that private parking space number 10 is now available for them to park their car safely.

Apenas a vizinhanca no andar do apartamento nao era a mais simpatica, mas quanto a isso o alojamento nao tem culpa.

Terras was erg kaal en grenst direct aan parkeerplaats. De afscheiding is maar 1 meter hoog. Niet echt gezellig.
Appartement in bewoond complex. Veel last gehad van luid keffende hondjes. Op alle tijden van de dag en daar word je niet vrolijk van.

Apartment is lovely, great location, very clean and great for kids. There are lots of shops and restaurants all in easy walking distance and a lovely Lido close by.

O estacionamento não é garantido. Pode estar ocupado por carros de outros visitantes do prédio. Faltou um kit completo de primeiros socorros.
A chave da porta de entrada é muito difícil de acertar com a posição para abrir.

There were issues with ants, but we managed to spray and clean it up. the house is big, comfortable and in a perfect location. easy to get general ameneties or reach center or travel points.
