Property in a pleasant area close to the center of Funchal, with beaches, gardens and services just a 5-minute walk away. Relax on the terrace, which you can use for al fresco dining. Capacity up to 6 people.
Modern two-bedroom apartment, with a suite with a double bed and a full bathroom with shower, and another bedroom with two single beds. The living room area is very well equipped with a dining table, access to the balcony, TV, and sofa bed to accommodate 2 people. WC with shower available. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and has an island for the living room. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room, with access to the large balcony with deck area, dining furniture and awning.

AREA
Located in a great and prestigious area of Funchal, this apartment is close to all your needs, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, stores, the Forum Madeira shopping center and several bars and restaurants with drinks and typical Madeiran dishes. About three kilometers from the apartment you'll find Praia Formosa, which is great for swimming and sunbathing on the pebbles and black sand. The city of Funchal is just a five-minute drive away. You should also know that in the center of Funchal there are various tourist attractions and information on cultural activities, radical activities and nature activities, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island.
GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to your accommodation is by transfer. Ask us to arrange one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the cabs you'll find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.
INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 weeks and loved it. The flat was clean and tidy and had everything that we needed for our stay. The location is excellent and there are several excellent restaurants nearby. We worked out there for a week and the wifi was excellent and neither of us had any issues with internet connectivity or video call quality. There is a car-park in the building that you can use but it is quite narrow so I recommend a smaller car if possible

Świetna lokalizacja, dostępny parking, wokół pełno restauracji i sklepów, basen 5 min spacerem. Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania całej wyspy. Bardzo wygodne mieszkanie. Dużo miejsca, taras. Świetne dla rodzin z 2 dzieci. Czysto. Wyposażone we wszystko - należy traktować to dosłownie. Niech najlepszą rekomendacją będzie to, że z chęcią wrócimy :).
Bywa głośno, zwłaszcza rano jak ludzie wyjeżdżają do pracy lub na zwiedzanie - obok okna w sypialni jest wyjazd z parkingu osiedlowego a to oznacza, że samochody jeżdżą 50cm od okna i 1m od łóżka. Przy otwartym oknie bywa głośno.

La résidence est bien située à juste 20/25 minutes de l'aéroport et pas trop loin du centre ville. L'appartement est bien renové et très pratique pour notre famille de 4 ( 2 adultes+ 2 ados) très animé le soir proche des axes pour visiter.Dans l'annonce il est spécifié qu'il y a un stationnement prévu et nous avons malheureusement vu après plusieurs jours d'occupation d'un emplacement visiteur notre voiture de location vandalisé au sein de la résidence ( 2 portières rayées "affectueusement") mais au abord c'est complètement impossible de stationner. Malgré un geste commercial cela n'a couvert nos frais débités par la compagnie de location :-( Alors vigilance!!!

El piso estaba impecable y con buena limpieza. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue correcta pero la plaza de aparcamiento que me dieron era ilegal. Si tú publicas que tiene plaza de alojamiento gratuito no me puedes invitar a irme de la urbanización para evitar un conflicto con los vecinos. Uno de ellos me amenazó con romperme el coche si aparcaba allí el primer día. El anfitrión me dijo que aparcase fuera de las plazas que tenía líneas amarillas y eso es una ilegalidad. Otros vecinos, una portuguesa y otra de origen argentina me dijo que todos los pisos de la urbanización tienen una plaza asegurada y en propiedad, que lo que me dijo la agencia es un engaño. Tengo capturas de teléfono de todo lo que digo y fotos para el que lo quiera comprobar. Imagínese el que llegue a la urbanización en una de las zonas más turísticas y que te inviten a aparcar en otro sitio cuando fuera aparcar es imposible. Al final aparqué en el sitio ilegal subido al bordillo y dañando el coche de alquiler.

Apesar de alguma confusao no check in e alguma demora para obter o berco que tinha sido pedido atempadamente, o espaco correspondeu as expectativas e estava muito bem equipado com todos os utensilios necessarios.
A localizacao e limpeza eram optimos!
Apenas a vizinhanca no andar do apartamento nao era a mais simpatica, mas quanto a isso o alojamento nao tem culpa.
Alojamento recomendado e a repetir numa proxima visita a madeira!

Prima bedden, badkamers, keuken Eigen parkeerplaats voor de deur op afgesloten terrein. 35 minuten lopen van centrum Funchal. Diverse restaurants in de directe omgeving. Ook klein supermarktje.
Terras was erg kaal en grenst direct aan parkeerplaats. De afscheiding is maar 1 meter hoog. Niet echt gezellig.
Appartement in bewoond complex. Veel last gehad van luid keffende hondjes. Op alle tijden van de dag en daar word je niet vrolijk van.

We had initial difficulties getting in, be reassured this is now fixed! Worth requesting an in-person check in.

The house is beautiful, safe and secure.
There were issues with ants, but we managed to spray and clean it up. the house is big, comfortable and in a perfect location. easy to get general ameneties or reach center or travel points.
