Located in the parish of São Martinho, in the Ajuda area, with swimming pool in the condominium, close to promenades, beaches, restaurants and cafes.
This apartment is in a building in the parish of São Martinho. It is on the 7th floor and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two people, and a bedroom with a double bed. Both rooms have access to the balcony. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub, a pantry, and a well-equipped kitchen with a laundry area.
Outside there is a children's playground and a shared swimming pool.
Private parking inside the building, floor -1, nº 119.
Free Wi-Fi in all areas.
AREA
The Ajuda area is close to one of the most frequented beaches on the island, Praia Formosa, and one of the largest shopping centers on the island, Fórum Madeira. In this parish is concentrated a large part of the hotel units of Madeira, and is undoubtedly a busy location for tourism, due to easy access to various attractions such as cafes and restaurants. Within a 15-minute walk from the property you can find, in different directions, Praia Formosa, a promenade, a garden, two beaches of Lido, the Natural Pools of Doca do Cavacas, and the Bathing Complex of Ponta Gorda. If you opt for a longer walk of about 45 minutes, you can walk to the center of Funchal.
GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.
INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

From the moment we entered the apartment, things took a turn for the worse. While everything initially appeared fine, we were quickly overwhelmed by an unbearable stench, resembling the smell of vomit. The host, sent by the agency, met us briefly but seemed eager to leave, without addressing any concerns.
Within an hour of our arrival, we reached out to inform them about the horrendous smell. However, we received no response whatsoever. Left with no choice, we immediately started searching for alternative accommodation. It was only after we messaged them to say we were leaving that they suddenly responded, claiming someone was on the way, yet no one ever showed up.
The lack of communication and complete disregard for our comfort was shocking. We couldn’t get out of this apartment fast enough, and I highly recommend avoiding this property if you value decent service and a clean environment.

pleasent place to stay with all the aminities you require on a day to day basis
having a swimming pool is a bonus, specially if you have little ones like we do.
would highly recommend, close to local supermarkets, forum ( shopping centre), coffee shops and town centre within 10mins drive or 25mins walk to town. lovely flat and spacious.

La piscine et le parking souterrain sont des points positifs.
147 euros la nuit est un tarif un peu élevé car pas de climatisation (seulement 2 ventilateurs) et canapé lit dans le séjour au lieu d'une deuxième chambre. Dommage !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Joana. Le logement est propre et très bien équipé, le canapé lit est confortable. Il y a même un bac pour nettoyer ses chaussures, bien pratique après les randos!
La localisation est parfaite, il y a plein de commerce en bas et à 5min de voiture de Funchal. La piscine est propre et nous avions une place de parking.
Le seul bémol c'est le ballon d'eau chaude, trop petit pour 4 personnes. Après deux douches il était vide.

We recently stayed at this apartment and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is fantastic, putting us close to all the main attractions and conveniences. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals during our stay.
We did encounter a couple of minor issues. There was a bit of a strange smell that didn't dissipate over time, which we were informed about by our host Beatrice beforehand. Additionally, the cleanliness could have been improved a bit.

Great place with a nice view, spacious with big balcony, comfortable beds, has everything you need for a longer stay, access to the swimming pool, super close to the supermarket and the beach, big plus for a parking slot in garage.
Hot water lasts for two normal showers or three really quick ones so sometimes it's necessary to wait for the water to heat. Also there's loud construction works close by, didn't bother us but for someone who likes to sleep longer it might be an issue. Even with these two, I would recommend the flat anyways! :)

Good place, nice balcony with good view, underground parking. Cafes, markets is very close, what’s good, swimming pool we didn’t use, because its November, but it was and playground also.
No frying pan, what’s not convenient, dishwasher has broken door, no sheet for sofa, another things is OK.

Very good location + parking spot in the underground garage. Clean flat, has all that you need in the kitchen and bathroom, very close to Pingo Doce, cheap supernarket in Forum Madera shopping mall (7min walking distance).
We had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend the place to others! Great value for money!
Note: Hot water lasts for 3 short showers, then needs time to heat up again. Also, very loud construction works outside the flat, can wake you up if you're not an early bird, consider getting ear plugs. But who comes to Madera to sleep until noon? Let's be honest, you'll be on the trail already in the mornings :)

Szuper, jól felszerelt, tiszta, világos apartman. Minden megtalálható volt, amire szüksége lehet az embernek. Remek az óceánra néző terasz és a medence. Az apartman tiszta volt, kellemes berendezéssel, az ágyak kimondottan kényelmesek (a kanapé is alkalmas alvásra, ami ritka). Wifivel sem volt gond.
Az elhelyezkedés jó, az óceánpart sétatávolságra (bár az út kissé meredek), számos étterem, Pingo Doce, Continente a közelben. Busszal jól megközelíthető, sok járat a város felé, reptéri busszal is elérhető, de a Bolt-tal is nagyon olcsó a közlekedés (5-6 euro a városközpont).
A szolgáltatás remek volt, könnyű a kommunikáció, rugalmas az iroda, a munkatársak gyorsan válaszolnak, tökéletes kiszolgálást kaptunk.
Az autóbérlésből is kaptunk rajtuk keresztül kedvezményt.
Összességében mindenkinek ajánlom, remek apartman!

Small bed. Noise from the construction nearby during the work week, so we did not use the balcony at all. No cloth for dishes.
