This property offers bright, functional spaces and a modern decoration. It includes free Wi-Fi access, a living area, sofa bed, a TV with cable channels, air conditioning, a well-equipped open-space kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower cabin.

Building located in the city center of Funchal. From this building, you can get to know and visit on foot the main points of interest of the capital of Madeira Island. It is close to restaurants, shopping centers, supermarkets, bars, museums, the Cathedral of Funchal, Funchal Municipal Garden, Funchal Marina and Municipal Theater.
In the city center there is a lot of information about all kinds of activities you can do during your vacations: cultural activities, radical activities, nature activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island!
GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.
INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

I’d like to say that this was a great apartment with brilliant hosts. I’m giving it a four star rather than a five due to some minor cosmetic issues and appliance issues (although these didn’t overshadow the stay they’re worth mentioning). However, for the price and location it was a fantastic rental. I’ll definitely look to book there for future trips and highly recommend others do the same!

Dit appartement kunnen we echt aanbevelen. Het voldeed helemaal aan onze verwachtingen en de ligging is ideaal. Overal dichtbij. Je miste een balkon niet, want aan de boulevard staan overal bankjes en is het heerlijk toeven.
Als er iets is, wordt er ontzettend snel gereageerd, ook ‘s avonds.
De douche is echt super fijn.
Het enige kleine puntje, als we dan toch iets negatiefs moeten zeggen, is dat er weinig bestek en glazen, kopjes aanwezig zijn, maar iets anders kunnen we echt niet verzinnen.
Het is zeker een appartement om voor langere tijd te verblijven en je thuis te voelen.

This apartment had everything we needed for our 2 weeks stay, it was comfortable, clean, well equipped, in the city center near cafes, restaurants and everything else plus super close to the beach and supermarkets. We felt like home & would return here any time!

Die Lage ist ein Traum! Wenn man es komplett ruhig haben möchte, ist es durch die Nähe zum Zentrum (2 Minuten von der Kathedrale) nicht geeignet aber die Fenster haben gut isoliert und wir konnten auch problemlos bei Bedarf ausschlafen.
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und wenn was Spezielles fehlen sollte, kann man es im „Bazar do Povo“ nebenan für wenig Geld finden. Supermärkte sind schnell zu erreichen, ein Mietauto kann man für 4,50€ pro Tag im Parking Santa Luzia abstellen. Das Bett war sehr bequem, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine funktionieren tadellos und der Kühlschrank ist schön groß.
Die Klimaanlage ist göttlich, besonders nach den 3 Stockwerken ohne Aufzug (das stimmt aber auf die vielen Stufen in der Stadt schön ein ;)
Bei Fragen oder Problemen ist schnell jemand erreichbar und das Team ist sehr freundlich.
Wir hatten wunderschöne 2 Wochen!

The flat was easy to find and on a clean pedestrian road. Inside was modern and clean! We especially loved the rainfall shower head. Great walkable location and was about a 5 minute walk to the closest parking deck.

A casa era ótima, nova, muito limpa e tudo com muito bom aspeto! 5*
Algo barulhenta, pois está localizada em ruas de comércio e, logo cedo, ouve-se tudo.
A casa também é muito quente, aquece um bocado e, temos de usar o ar condicionado para que arrefeça. Desligamos o ar condicionado, passado uma hora, está de novo quente... Mas de resto adoramos. Localização bem central.
Algo barulhenta, pois está localizada em ruas de comércio e, logo cedo, ouve-se tudo.
A casa também é muito quente, aquece um bocado e, temos de usar o ar condicionado para que arrefeça. Desligamos o ar condicionado, passado uma hora, está de novo quente... Mas de resto adoramos. Localização bem central.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay there :) it’s right in the city centre of Funchal which made it very easy and convenient to walk around and explore the city right outside the door! The apartment itself was very clean and the amenities really modern - we felt at home right away. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and can think of.
Please be aware that there isn’t any private parking available, so we parked at Santa Luzia parking garage which is a 5-10min walk to the apartment and costs around 4.50€/day.

We really liked our stay at this apartment! We had a pleasure to enjoy sunrise right from the kitchen 🌅 And it is well equipped with an oven and washing machine with a drier. The bed is comfy! Uaucacau is very close to the apartment, make sure to visit it for local chocolate and great coffee!

Stayed in this place for a long weekend. Absolutely perfect location for anyone visiting Funchal. Walkable distance to restaurants, great cafes on the doorstep. Marina within 5 minutes.

For me, I was here on business, if you are looking for a clean, quiet modern apartment when you walk out the door everything is there and can walk to anything in Funchal, Madeira. The apartment is well equipped, modern new furniture but no clutter, the way I like it....nice scene out the windows too.

L'alloggio è esattamente come nelle foto. E' tutto in ordine, pulito, An Iland è all'altezza delle aspettative. Offre diversi servizi e opportunità di esperienza sul territorio. Beatrice è stata molto dedicata nella risoluzione di un mio piccolo problema. L'appartamento è proprio in centro, in zona tranquilla ma vicina a tutte le principali attrattive, che sono raggiungibili a piedi. La casa è assolutamente assortita dei generi di comfort e i materiali sono di ottima qualità.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment sur Funchal et l'appartement y était pour beaucoup. Très bien situé dans un quartier très agréable, nous avons pu profiter de notre séjour en nous déplaçant à pieds. Au pied de l'appartement, vous avez des restaurants qui vous permettront de vous nourrir a prix très abordables selon votre choix. L'apaisement est fonctionnel et décoré avec goût.
Une petit (-) ATTENTION cependant, il est annoncé 3 couchages, hors dans le séjour, le canapé , n'est pas un lit a proprement dit, il ne se déplie pas, c'est juste un canapé.

The flat is lovely and a good size. Excellent location 5 minute walk to pretty much anything you'll need and the sea! Really easy to find and convenient. Check in was super easy and staff are helpful over the phone. Really great value for money especially when compared with the hotel prices. Great find! Super niedliche und modern eingerichtete kleine Wohnung mitten in Funchal. Leider gab es keinen Balkon, dafür sind aber Cafés, Restaurants und auch der Strand mitten in der Stadt ganz einfach und schnell fussläufig erreichbar.
Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht.
Der Check in und check out waren super unkompliziert.
Früh morgens ist es draußen immer etwas laut, wenn die ersten Lieferwagen die Geschäfte beliefern. Wir haben aber auch bei offenem Fenster geschlafen, das ist dank einer super Klimaanlage in der Wohnung jeweils im Schlaf-und Wohnbereich jedoch gar nicht zwingend notwendig ;)

Everything was great. We got a quick response even though we booked the Airbnb on the same evening. The flat was perfectly located in the inner city with a lot of nice restaurants and stores nearby. It looked exactly like the photos and was very clean and tidy 👍
