Apartment in a luxury private condominium with swimming pool and jacuzzi. This property has three bedrooms, air conditioning and other facilities that provide a pleasant stay. The fantastic sea view offers peaceful and memorable afternoons, all thanks to the wonderful sunsets, with Praia Formosa and Cabo Girão as a backdrop.
Spacious apartment, with a modern and minimalist style, composed of three bedrooms and two complete WC's with bath, one of them in the suite. Property with great natural light, a spacious living room with a living area and a dining area, giving access to the balcony that offers a pleasant leisure area and an incredible view of the ocean, worthy of a picture of a tourist postcard. Finally, the fully equipped kitchen with dining table completes the space of this apartment that can accommodate a maximum of six people.
The apartment is fully equipped with all amenities and has a free parking space.
Wi-Fi is available in all areas.
AREA
Situated in one of the most prestigious tourist areas of Funchal, this apartment is close to a pleasant seafront promenade, beaches, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and the Forum Madeira shopping center, which has several international renowned venues and movie theaters.
Nearby there are several bars and restaurants where you can delight in our gastronomy or international cuisine. In addition to the nearby options, you can go to the city center (seven minutes by car) where you will find a wider variety of restaurants.
About a half kilometer from the apartment is the Formosa Beach, suggestive for diving and sunbathing on the pebble and black sand.
GETTING AROUND
For departures and arrivals from the airport, there is an aerobus stop about 5 minutes from the house, although the best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport!
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to all areas of the flat.
INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

Hyvä rauhallinen sijainti, upea maisema, uima -allas oli puhdas. Hyvin varusteltu asunto , erityisesti keittiö, kuten kaasuliesi.. Pesukone hajosi , joka tultiin heti korjaamaan .
Kehittämisideana tulee mieleen että parvekkeelle olisi voinut olla lisävilttejä illan viileyteen, kun siellä tuli vietettyä paljon aikaa.
Osa sangyistä jo hieman ikääntyneitä, tyynyjen koko vaihtoehtoja olisi voinut olla jokin lisää. Pihan porttiin vain yksi sahköavain , joka tuotti kuudelle, eri aikaan liikkuvalle henkilölle väliin haasteita.
Poreamme ei toiminut . Parvekkeen rottinkikalusteet mukavat, mutta osin jo rikki.

Przestronny apartament, z pięknym widokiem na ocean. ma dobry układ pomieszczeń tj. strefa dzienna z salonem i kuchnią oddzielona drzwiami i korytarzem od strefy nocnej, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, dużo mebli, pralka i suszarka. z apartamentu. 5 minut spacerem nad ocean i 2 minuty do sklepu spożywczego i dobrej kawiarni. jest parking z przydzielonym miejscem. firma zarządzająca bardzo pomocna, zawsze odpowiadała gdy o coś pytałem. Doskonały pobyt.

Przestronny apartament, 3 sypialnie 2 łazienki, parking podziemny, taras z widokiem na morze, zejście na plażę kawałek po schodach. W pobliżu sklep Continente 3 min, kawiarnie po drugiej stronie ulicy, pod bramą przystanek autobusu do Centrum i aerobusu na lotnisko. Spacer promenadą do Funchal ok. 5km, w drugą stronę do Camara de Lobos. Taxi Bolt do centrum ok. 6 euro.

Grate localization if you have a car to travel.
Amazing view of the sunset from the terrace.
Lots of space in the apartment for 4-6 people.
Although we had a parking spot it was very narrow and it was a bit difficult to park a small suv. Bigger cars might not fit there.

1. On the promo photos you can't see the fact that there's a building site on the land below the pool which spoils the view!
2. On arrival we had no towels in the apartment. Despite chasing for ages they didn't arrive until very late so it ruined our first night as we couldn't clean up. I was promised compensation but they have not provided any since.
3. The air con units are a nightmare and make loud noises all night even when switched off.

Het appartement is ruim en groot. De buurt is in principe prima en vrij rustig.
wel zijn er een aantal mankementen in het appartement. Veel dingen waren wat verouderd en stuk, maar we hebben er geen "last" van gehad.
Het appartement is niet aan te raden als je wat slechter ter been bent, wil je naar het strand san is het echt een flinke klim.
Ook de parkeerplek die bij het appartement zit is zeer smal!
Het zwembad was echter heerlijk, de bedden prima maar wat hard. Maar dat is persoonlijk. Voor het bedrag dat je betaald zijn er denk ik echter betere plekken te boeken.

This appartment was really perfect as our base on Madeira. Location couldn't be better, private, kalm but very close to restaurants, supermarket and city center. We would 100% book the stay again and we can surely recommend it to everyone planning to stay at Madeira.

Really nice accomodation with see view. Appartment is even bigger than in the pictures, really spacious, perfectly clean.
We arrived during night because of difficult landing at Madeira but the staff were waiting for us! So friendly, nothing was a problem. I highly recommend this accomodation to everyone.

Lot of ants in the kitchen, not sparkling clean.
Also, the parking space is indeed very tight, you can park only a little car properly, otherwise, we just left the car a bit in the front so that the driver can exit and all was good.

This Airbnb is livable, but the posting is misleading and overall we were disappointed.
Pros: huge space, nice balcony & kitchen, washer and dryer, there's a grocery store, good cafe and amazing pizza nearby (Lume)
Cons:
The host arrived 40 minutes late, but didn't communicate that, so we sat in the street with our luggage. The bathrooms hadn't been cleaned properly - there was pink scum all over the bathtubs.
There's no gym.
There's also no real parking space as claimed- the host tried to tell us there wasn't one until we showed him the posting, then he showed us a spot with the rental company's sign above it.
Except, it was clearly for a motorcycle and could not fit our Ford Focus. After trying and failing, we asked if there was another place to park - he told us to park in the driveway. Some nights we came home to no parking and had to pay to park across the street. On the last day, we got a note on our windshield, saying we can't park in the driveway.

Hello Emma thank you for your feedback. Improving is always our aim, and we're swiftly addressing the mentioned issues. We would also like to clarify that the Gym is clearly described on the listing as being part of the amenities of the building and it is still an amenity on the ground floor that our guests can enjoy freely, same goes for the pool. The parking space is indeed narrow as are most parking spaces in Madeira usually meant for smaller cars, we did on the other hand offer an alternative for this. This said alternative works on a first come first served basis. We hope you enjoyed your time in Madeira and are looking forward to return.

The stay didn’t start off well, as the person who was responsible for meeting us to check us in and get us the keys was two hours later than the stated check-in time. Overall the place is very large and spacious and is well-equipped with great views and good amenities on site. The value was solid and hopefully the check-in issues don’t occur in the future.

This could be a really great VRBO with attention to a few things. We waited for a half hour at the property to be checked in. The property was not prepared for our rental - covers still on furniture, AC not on, no pool towels or instructions, and no basic items like shower soap/shampoo, dish towels and dish soap, toaster, and only 4 water glasses. It was too late by the time some of these items were finally provided. The pool is not heated, and the spa is not working.
