Casa da Moagem is a spacious four-bedroom house, ideal for large families or groups of up to 10 guests seeking comfort, modern living, and tranquility during their stay. The modern and clean décor creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere designed for relaxation and well-being. On the ground floor, guests will find one bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower, a large open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom, and a laundry room with washing and drying machines. The first floor features three additional bedrooms: one double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower, another double bedroom, and a twin bedroom with two single beds. A shared bathroom with shower is also available on this level, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. Located just a 5-minute drive from the beach, Casa da Moagem combines space, practicality, and a relaxing atmosphere, making it perfect for family holidays, extended stays, or getaways with friends. AREA Situated in a quiet area, Casa da Moagem offers a peaceful environment while remaining close to the beach and essential services. Restaurants, supermarkets, and local shops are only a few minutes away, making daily life easy and convenient during your stay. The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area while returning to a modern, spacious, and welcoming home after a day out. Perfect for guests who value comfort, privacy, and proximity to the sea. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. ATTENTION We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Porto Santo. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nights stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee. HOUSE RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. • Parties or events are not permitted. • We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration. A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights). Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee. Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee. By making a booking, the guest accepts the house rules and terms of stay.
