On the west side of the island, this beautiful house offers a pool, jacuzzi and barbecue in a perfect, secluded setting.

Located in an agricultural area, this house had a complete renovation in 2020 transforming it into a contemporary property, with above average materials, in an architectural intervention of excellence.
Privileging natural light, the whole interior offers comfort. But you will most likely want to be outside all the time. Surrounded by the sea and the mountains, the leisure area has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, lawn and solar.
With two bedrooms on the 1st floor, both with double bed, and a sofa bed, this property hosts a maximum of 6 adults. It has three bathrooms, with one service bathroom on the first floor.

AREA
The site of Maloeira, in Fajã da Ovelha, offers peace and quiet. The country air is perfect to release all stress and enjoy moments of calm and peace, in a kind of city 'reset'.
With a great sun exposure all year round, the municipality of Calheta is also inviting to set off to discover the island of Madeira.
About 20 minutes by car you are in the center of Calheta where you will find the yellow sandy beach, several restaurants, a supermarket and the fantastic Museum of Contemporary Art.
Jardim do Mar and Paul do Mar are about 10 minutes away by car. These two small villages offer their own beach, entertainment and beauty.
About 200 meters from the house there is a small grocery store with fresh produce.

HOW TO GET TO
The best option to get to the property is by transfer. Ask us to arrange one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the cabs you'll find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address.

ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available for help or questions. We will do our best to accommodate all requests. We also have a guest application with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER REMARKS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid identification document (e.g. passport, identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If not booked within a maximum of 48 hours, guests will be subject to our staff's availability.
- All bed linens and towels are provided. We can also place a crib, high chair, and baby bathtub if needed. There is a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and fire blanket at all properties.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Calheta. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

Super Lage, schöne Unterkunft, einfache Kommunikation.
Die Betten sind leider alle katastrophal und nicht der Unterkufnt würdig. Die Schlafcouch war von Anfang an gebrochen. Leider keine Geschirrwaschmaschine. Der Whirlpool hat leider nur 3 Tage funktioniert.

A fantastic villa with amazing views. The log fire kept us warm on the chillier evenings. There was no air conditioning, but it wasn’t needed in February.
The kitchen was well equipped and the outside log bbq was great for barbecuing.
Sitting in the hot tub of an evening watching the stars was a highlight.

Das Haus liegt recht ländlich und abgeschieden, aber genau das haben wir gesucht und waren dankbar für die Ruhe und den fantastischen Ausblick über die angrenzenden Täler und das Meer. Wenn das Wetter mitspielt, eine hervorragende destination, um Sonnenuntergänge zu bewundern. Das Haus selbst ist angenehm groß, mit allem ausgestattet, was für 14 Tage Urlaub nötig ist. Es hat keinen Geschirrspüler, aber für uns kein Problem. Pool & Yacuzzi auf Grund des Wetters nicht wirklich eine Option. Dafür gibt es einen Kamin, der einfach bedienbar ist.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war etwas holprig: wir hatten Stromausfälle (nach Gewitter & auch einfach mal so), durch das Fenster im Schlafzimmer kam der Regen, die Informationen hatten wir übermittelt, die Antworten darauf empfanden wir als sparsam. Vielleicht alles bekannt, aber wir wären gerne ein wenig mehr abgeholt worden. Alles kein Drama, aber in dem Moment waren wir doch immer etwas überrascht. Als alte Madeira-Hasen ist uns Vergleichbares bislang nicht begegnet.

This Airbnb is great. It is central to a lot of sightseeing spots on the island and still near enough to get to Funchal quickly. Furthermore it does provide a very private space. The hosts are professional and they make everything very hygene and clean. Definetly worth it.

Wir waren absolut zufrieden. Beide Pools waren wahnsinnig schön und sauber. Zwischendurch war einmal unangekündigt der Poolservice da, der aber sehr freundlich war. Die Terrasse und der Grill sind herrlich und wurde wirklich viel von uns genutzt. Würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen, auch wenn das Bett im „kleinen“ Schlafzimmer recht unbequem war.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, die Lage für weitere Ausflüge gut. Abseits und ruhig gelegen. Zuerst hab ich gedacht, dass man einen Whirlpool doch nicht braucht, war aber super abends dort zu entspannen und in die Sterne zu schauen .
Für meinen Komfort hat eine Spülmaschine gefehlt. Der Sonnenschirm war zu klein für die Fläche oben am Pool . Pool nicht zum schwimmen geeignet.

Wir haben die Zeit in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Die Villa ist Abseits vom Tourismus gelegen und dadurch sehr ruhig.
In der Nähe gibt es schöne kleine Orte und Wanderungen durch die Natur.
Einzige Kritik wären die Betten - diese sind verhältnismäßig klein.

Ruime woning op een rustige, landelijke locatie met mooi, panoramische uitzicht. Alles was proper en goed verzorgd. Tuin met zwembad (onverwarmd) ook goed verzorgd. Hosts staan je graag te woord bij eventuele vragen.
De directe omgeving doet een beetje somber en levenloos aan. Veel bouwvallige, slooppanden in de buurt. Een vaatwasser heb ik echt gemist, evenals een kapstok. Tijdens onze eerste rit naar het adres, gaf de navigatie een verkeerde richting aan. Vraag daarom vooraf naar de gps coördinaten aan de host.

We waarderen uw feedback over de directe omgeving en begrijpen dat bepaalde aspecten van de locatie voor verbetering vatbaar zijn. Grundsätzlich ist das Haus inkl. Pool und Whirlpool sehr schön. Einziger Minuspunkt war für uns die direkte Umgebung: Hier sind doch einige, sehr runtergekommene Häuser und baufällige Häuser / Scheunen. Das betrifft wirklich nur die direkte Straße und irritiert etwas, wenn man am Ende der Straße an dieser tollen Unterkunft ankommt. Wir waren zuvor in Ponta do Sol, was von der Lage einfach deutlich mehr bieten kann.

Ein zweiter kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Alarmanlage hat leider nirgends eine Bedienungsanleitung und so hatten wir leider zwei Mal Schwierigkeiten, diese wieder aus zu bekommen. Etwas unglücklich, diese unerklärt den Gästen zu überlassen und im Kontext von Punkt eins einfach etwas fraglich, wozu es diese Anlage auf Madeira braucht?

In Summe aber eine Top Villa / Unterkunft, die beiden Kritikpunkte haben unseren Aufenthalt nicht geschmälert!

Das Haus liegt sehr schön abgelegen in der Nähe von Calheta. Der Host hat sich am Tag bei uns nach der Ankunft erkundigt und letztlich den Schlüssel in der Box hinterlassen, da wir flugbedingt später ankamen. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben es sauber vorgefunden. Der Whirlpool und der Pool sind ideal um nach Wanderungen zu entspannen. Lediglich die Betten entsprechen nicht dem restlichen Niveau des Hauses - diese knarzen bei jeglicher Bewegung sodass man seinen Schlafpartner durch die Geräusche weckt und selbst schlechter zur Ruhe findet. Ebenfalls fanden wir es etwas schade, dass am Freitag unangekündigten der Whirlpool gereinigt und neu aufgefüllt wurde. Dadurch war der Whirlpool zu kalt um ihn noch am letzen Urlaubstag nutzen zu können - dies gönnte man gegebenenfalls durch eine Nachricht lösen. Durch die Lage bedingt, bietet es den idealen Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten im Norden, Süden und Westen. In den Osten bzw. nach Funchal braucht man etwas mehr als 1h.

Alle Bereiche, vor allem der Sanitärbereich, waren sehr sauber. Viele Handtücher vorhanden. Stellplatz für Mietwagen vorhanden. Ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen, da die Lage sehr ruhig und abseits ist. Toller Whirlpool. Wir haben es sehr genossen, die Abende im Whirlpool ausklingen zu lassen. Für den normalen Pool war es uns im März noch etwas zu kühl. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Such a gorgeous home with beautiful views. In a stunning location but not too far away from Funchal with plenty to do and see.
Can’t recommend this property enough even if it is a rainy day with such big windows you can still feel like you are outside. Loved having the hot tub to sit under the stars when our daughter went to bed. There is a lovely pool too but a bit cold for me but my husband loved going for a cold swim. The property looks exactly like the pictures it is just wow.
Very accommodating with having a baby even left us with a baby towel so that can be one less thing to pack and there was also a high chair.
Dmitry met us at the property when we checked in. He was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had during our stay thank you very much!
Don’t hesitate to book was such a lovely stay thank you. Missing it already!

The house and Jacuzzi and BBQ were fantastic. I would recommend the owners install a dishwasher and provide a bbq grill tongs and bbq grill spatula as well as a better bbq grill grate over the fire.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle maison fidèle aux photos.
Les points positifs: maison spacieuse, au calme, équipements bébé, espace extérieur bien entretenu et aménagé, chambres spacieuses, environnement très sécurisé, communication facile et réactive.
Les points à améliorer: literie inconfortable, jacuzzi vieillissant, absence de lave vaisselle, interventions régulières du personnel sur la propriété sans communication préalable, logement un peu ex centré pour visiter les centres d’intérêts majeurs de l’île.

A nossa experiência começou logo de uma forma muito boa da maneira como fomos recebidos pela equipa da An Island. Ficámos 4 pessoas e as expectativas foram superadas, a casa muito bem equipada e tudo muito limpo e arrumado. A localização apesar de estarmos a 35 minutos do Funchal não sentimos que seja assim tão longe porque a viagem de carro parecia bastante rápida, sobre a paisagem envolvente da casa foi um ponto bastante positivo que nos deixou completamente rendidos e que se tornou perfeito enquanto estávamos na piscina ou jacuzzi.

Wir waren insgesamt 10 Tage in der Unterkunft und waren rundum sehr zufrieden! Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig mit einer tollen Aussicht auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Die Unterkunft, Pool, Whirlpool und der Außenbereich waen sehr sauber als wir dort ankamen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter:innen hat sehr gut funktioniert und bei Problemen wurde direkt geholfen. Eine Zwischenreinigung wurde ebenfalls durchgeführt. Wir können insgesamt nur 5 Sterne vergeben und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen!

superbe villa avec une vue magnifique mer et montagne, décorée avec gout, très tendance, de beaux materiaux, et de très beaux espaces interieurs. Piscine et spa très agréable et au soleil toute la journée. Endroit très calme et ressourçant.
Hôte très réactif, problème électrique réglé en 1/2 heure.
Seuls inconvénients le manque de climatisation ou au moins ventilateur, chaleur étouffante dans les chambres ; et problème de fonctionnement des stores et volets, tout électriques, qui ne fonctionnaient pas régulièrement.
Villa que nous recommandons vivement pour des vacances paisibles, proche de la voie rapide pour accéder rapidement à toutes les excursions, visites et randonnées à faire dans l'Est et le centre de l'Ile.

Me and my family spent a week at this property! It’s was perfect, the house is exactly what we expected, appliances and everything around the house was well kept and neat.
the location could be questionable for some but we love it! The city (Funchal) is not too far. The jacuzzi had the right temperature and easy to use. Overall great location and great property.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in tolle Lage. Leider wurde bei der Reinigung vor unserer Ankunft im Bad Schmutz übersehen. Was etwas schade war, dafür war die zwischen Reinigung 100% Perfekt. Die Betten waren uns etwas zu klein man war sehr gequetscht und mit 1,80m Körpergröße waren sie auch sehr knapp in der Länge. In der Unterkunft hatte man aber wirklich alles was man braucht und konnte super kochen, wobei ein paar mehr Handtücher und eine Spülmaschine ganz praktisch wären. Als Fazit kann ich nur sagen das ich sie wieder buchen würde.

The house was a fantastic place for our family of four to base out of.

Situated in a lovely rural setting but close to a main road for quick access to other parts of the island.

The home was really comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s a beautiful house.

We had a couple of minor issues with the plumbing and the electric gate when we were there, but Dimitry (from An Island Apart) responded immediately to our messages and took care of the problems as fast as was possible. Prior to, during and after we left, Dimitry’s communication and service was excellent.

We highly recommend this property and the services of An Island Apart. Thank you for a great holiday!

Wir waren im Februar 10 Tage in diesem tollen Haus.
Leider war es zu kalt für den Pool und teilweise auch zum Sonnenbaden. Aber wenn es ein paar Grad wärmer ist, kann man hier herrlich in der Sonne bruzzeln, den Tag genießen und den Stress hinter sich lassen.

Man kann hier wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten!

Die Unterkunft ist GENAU wie angegeben.
Eine Grundausstattung an Verbrauchsmittel (Toilettenpapier, Shampoo, Salz, Pfeffer etc) ist vorhanden.

Wir waren hier zu viert und hatten ausreichend Platz um uns nicht auf die Pelle zu rücken.

Leider kamen unangemeldet Angestellte aufs Grundstück. Was einem ein etwas mulmiges Gefühl gibt und es ja ein Leichtes wäre, schnell eine Nachricht zu schicken um sich anzumelden.
Das Personal ist aber sehr nett und eine schnelle Antwort ist garantiert!

Nichtsdestotrotz war es rundum ein toller Urlaub. Uns fehlte es an nichts.

Tipp: wenn man was von Madeira sehen will braucht man wirklich ein Auto! Und es lohnt sich! 😍😍

Perfect house for a family. Quiet area and private. You will need a car to get from the house the the cities but totally worth it
The jacuzzi was ideal for the weather we had in December the pool in the other hand was a little cold but if you brave enough you can enjoy it.
Beautiful views from all the windows either with the ocean or the hills

Das alleinstehende Ferienhaus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und Bilder. Wir (2 Erwachsene) haben fast drei Wochen darin unsere Ferien verbracht und es ist uns sehr ans Herz gewachsen. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.
Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir den guten Ausbaustandard des Hauses (es dehlt eignemtich nur ein Geschirrspühler), die schöne Lage mit Blick über die Landschaft bis zum Meer (inkl. Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang, im Okt./Nov.), der beheitze Whirlpool, den Kamin mit welchem das gesamte Haus beheitzt werden kann und die aufmerksame und sehr geschätzte Zwischenreinigung (bei unserem Mehrwöchigen Aufenthalt) sowie die unkomplizierte und hilfsbereite Kommunikation. Wir (2 Familien mit zwei 1 Jährigen und einer 3 Jährigen) haben wunderschöne 2 Wochen in Caletha verbracht. Das Haus liegt wunderschön ruhig mit toller Aussicht und lädt ein einfach auch den ein oder anderen Tag dort zu verbringen. Es ist super ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Sogar Feuerholz und Grillkohle liegen bereit und für unsere Kleinen wurden extra 2 Hochstühle und Babybetten bereitgestellt. Großes Highlight war natürlich der Pool und der Whirlpool. :-) Auch die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und bei Problemen wurde uns schnell geholfen. Wir können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Nur wenn die Kinder größer sind, wird es vom Schlafen her mit zwei Familien dann leider zu klein. ;-)

From the title of this review you can already tell how amazed we were by this stay at Casa da Maloeira. We spent our first days in Madeira here and we wish we never left. This house had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay and the photos didn't disappoint. When we checked-in we were surprised by a tote bag welcoming us and fresh flowers - felt immediately like home. Talking about the view: you can actually see the ocean and the landscape is absolutely stunning. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, all the amenities were in perfect condition and it felt like all the details were well thought out. 10/10 would stay here again and for a longer period of time, so we can fully enjoy.

We spent an amazing week at Casa Maloeira. The house is beautifully and calm located, the local supermarket offered everything you need until the night. Especially the jacuzzi and the fireplace were wonderful, the pool was too cold to use this time of the year. We felt really sheltered and comfortable. André was a very friendly and reliable contact to An Island. We can absolutely recommend this house, the location and the island itself. One week isn’t enough to explore, so we’ll return!

We had a great time staying at this house. Everything is very modern and clean, the sunset view is amazing as is the night sky where you can even spot the milky way ever so slightly. Since we visited Madeira in November we did not really use the pool but spent quite a bit of time in the Jacuzzi which was the highlight for me personally. It's also in a very quiet and rural area which was appreciated.

There is one thing we did not like though: When checking in we were told that after about half of our stay the house would be cleaned and that we would be informed when this would take place. However, this information never reached us and one afternoon there were people outside the living room who wanted to clean the property. We sent them away since a cleanup was not needed and we did not have any time to put our valuables away. The justification on their end was "Tourists usually don't stay at the property during the day", make of that what you want. A few days later there were again strangers on the property, apparently it was somebody taking care of the garden. This is a no-go in my opinion and should definitely be improved on, especially since they didn't even ring the doorbell, they simply entered.

All in all we had a great time and did not view this as bad as it may sound but it still left a bad taste in my mouth and should be improved on. Still: If you're looking for a calm, modern and clean house when visiting Madeira I recommend this AirBnb!

Unfortunately, we can't recommend this place to anyone. We've even had health issues due to poor maintenance of the whirlpool!

Positive:
- The property and the house itself are beautiful, the view is great and there is a pool as well as a whirlpool - that's it!
Negative: This is going to be a rather long list...
- The whirlpool caused a hot tub folliculitis among all guests. While some only experienced minor issues my fiancé had severe symptoms. It happened around the 4th day of our stay. While scrolling through the reviews on booking we found that we weren't the only guests that experienced this. Quite shocking that the agency did not properly take care of this issue.
- Cleanliness upon arrival was poor. We took off our shoes and after walking around the house for only a few minutes our white socks were brown. Really?
- There were insects everywhere in the house. Only two windows had fly screens which made it impossible to let windows open during the day or night without inviting all types of insects from the outside
- The bigger bathroom upstairs had two major issues: The shower screen had very poor waterproofing. After every shower half of the bathroom was flooded. The toilet was very prone to clogging. Only a few tissues too much and it was clogged.
- Equipment: For such a modern house the equipment was dissatisfying. There was no dishwasher and only one trash bin for three lavatories. No vacuum cleaner, no AC
- The storage room suffered from a very bad smell and the washing machine made the laundry smell like a wet dog
- WiFi connection was ok in the living room, but poor as soon as you were upstairs or outside in-front of the house (no WiFi at all)

The list goes on... But I don't have enough characters left to fully write my review. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. The house is also located fairly remote and apparently built in a wind corridor with a temperature drop of around 4-5 degrees compared to e.g. Arco da Calheta.

We traveled as a family of 4 with a 3 and 1 year old. The house is lovely and spacious inside and we all slept comfortably. The pool and hot tub were brilliant. The pool kept the kids entertained throughout the day. Tfhe property is completely secure with no fear of letting them run free. The views are incredible, location is slightly remote but with a car the nearest shop is 2 mins away, and the next one 5 mins away. Calheta beach is maximum 15 mins if you need a sandy beach for a change of scene.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Whirlpool was the icing on the cake!
The place is kind of remote, but everything you need is just a 5min walk or 5min drive by car.
The view is amazing.
If we designed the place, we would have changed small things to even make it better. But this is just critics on a very high level.
What could have been better is cleanliness, in the details. Floor was kind of dirty when you wear white socks, the corners were not so well cleaned than other parts and toilets looked super clean on first view, but also had some issues on a close view.
But all in all we highly recommend this place!

Beautiful house with everything you need and a perfect view down the hill to the sea.
We stayed for two weeks and there were just three little things. At first a summarized instruction for the alarm system, the heaters etc. Would be perfect. At the first night the alarm system turned on and we had no clue how to stop it, also that the heaters are connected with the fireplace was new for us.
The second little problem is that if you use all the hotplates for cooking, all lights in the house start to flicker.
The last little thing is that you just have Wifi in the ground-floor. When you go upstairs or in the garden you immediately lose the connection.

These are all small points. All in all it is a very nice house and we had great two weeks there that we all will not forget.
I can definitely recommend this house.

What a sensational villa in a stunning location!
The COVID stars aligned for us and we spent a relaxing week enjoying the delights of well-organised Madeira, as well as the villa itself. The property is in a semi-rural location towards the western end of the island - about an hour's drive from the airport and Funchal - with lovely views over hills, countryside and the sea. There's a small bar and local shop within a kilometre that provided us with great local bread and other essentials, and a well-stocked small supermarket a 10 minute drive away. Our main interests lie outdoors, and we found a great variety of well-maintained trails on the island, from leisurely strolls along the levadas (irrigation channels that criss-cross the island) to a challenging hike above the clouds to the highest peak - Pico Ruivo.
The villa itself is really stylish as well as practical in its design, making best use of space inside and out. As well as the mostly open-plan downstairs there's a small lounge area upstairs where you look out through a huge picture window onto the beautiful landscape. The villa is light and airy in the day, cozy in the evenings thanks to a log-burner, and has a well equipped kitchen for mealtimes.
Outside there is plenty of space to sit and relax, with the same great views of hills and sea. It wasn't really swimming pool weather (being December), but we made full use of the hot tub for relaxation after our hikes. Check-in and out processes were well-organised and hassle-free, with good communications from Fabio from the 'Island Apart' team.
In summary, we had a great week at Casa da Maloeira, and would recommend it for anyone looking for some quiet luxury and access to the great outdoors.

The house is as nice as on the pictures ! The View from the terrace is amazing. As seen that it was end of november, the pool was too cold, but we really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the fireplace ! The design in the house is amazing and the house is really modern with a lot of connected technologie inside. Moreover, if you want to do an amazing hike from the villa, you can just leave the house and do the PR19 straight from there to reach Paul Do Mar by feet ! Amazing hike but really physical to come back with the elevation.

Das Haus selbst und der Garten ist sehr schön, sauber, architektonisch ansprechend und gut ausgestattet (bis auf die fehlende Spülmaschine) Für kleine Kinder wegen der offenen Treppe sicher nicht geeignet.
1. Ankunft
Trotz vereinbahrter Ankunftszeit mussten wir 1h darauf warten ins Haus zu gelangen, da der Keysafe defekt war.
2. Gesundheitsschädlicher Whirlpool
Die Whirlpool-Pflege ist mangelhaft. Bei Ankunft war der Jacuzzi nicht vorbereitet, das Wasser grün und trüb mit braunen Ablagerung. Einen Tag später kam auf unsere Aufforderung hin der Pool-Mann und hat das Wasser getauscht, Chemie zugesetzt und die Oberflächen gereinigt. So konnte der W-Pool erst 2 Tage nach Ankunft genutzt werden. Nach zwei weiteren Tagen kippte das Wasser aber bereits wieder und verursachte bei der ganzen Familie einen Tag später einen schmerzhaften Ausschlag, auch Whirlpool-Dermatitis genannt. Dieser entsteht durch Bakterien in ungepflegten Pools. Die Schläuche, Filter etc. müssten dazu 72h behandelt werden. Die Agentur veranlasste zwar den Wasserwechsel und die Reinigung, jedoch wurde das Problem des Bakterienbefalls nur kurzfristig behoben. Auf weitere Anfragen und Hinweise wurde eher unhöflich reagiert, die Schuld abgewiesen. Es sei eben ein Fehler passiert hieß es erst, dann sei der Ausschlag wohl woanders her. Die Nutzung des Whirlpools ist ein Gesundheitsrisiko, das man aber erst nach der Nutzung zu spüren bekommt. Die Kundenzufriedenheit und eine Entschuldigung hält die Agentur wohl nicht für nötig.

Wir sind hier sehr enttäuscht von der Art wie mit dem Problem umgegangen wurde und würden eine Anmietung trotz des schönen Hauses in einer tollen Umgebung nicht weiterempfehlen.
