With a capacity for up to 8 people, the house has four bedrooms: three with double beds and one with two single beds. There are three bathrooms, one of which is en suite and another located outside, near the laundry area, ideal for poolside use. The fully equipped kitchen has direct access to the exterior, allowing guests to enjoy outdoor meals in a pleasant, relaxed setting. The outdoor area is perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, or spending quality time with family. This villa is the ideal choice for those seeking tranquility without sacrificing comfort, offering a spacious home with all the amenities needed for a memorable stay. The parking lot is located at the entrance to the house, with direct access from the main street. Note: The side garage, located on the left side of the property, is for the exclusive use of the owner. It may occasionally be used by the owner during your stay, always with prior notice. AREA The villa is ideally located, about a 20-minute walk from the center of Funchal, in a quiet area with easy access. Nearby, you'll find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and various services that make for a practical and comfortable stay. Praia Formosa and the Fórum Madeira shopping center are also just a few minutes away, perfect for leisure moments by the sea or for shopping. The privileged location allows you to easily explore the center of Funchal, where you can enjoy cultural activities, city walks, and visits to museums. This is the ideal base for those looking to experience the best of Madeira, combining tranquility and comfort in one place. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - We inform that a Municipal Tourist Ecotax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All guests staying in tourist developments and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nights stay/€14 per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee. - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. HOUSE RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. • Parties or events are not permitted. • We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration. A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights). Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee. Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
