The villa is perfect for hosting your family for a break, whether on holiday or to create new memories on this very special island. With all the comfort, well-being and good natural light, the house has a pleasant decor. Starting with the living room, ready to welcome you at any time, it has a direct connection to the fully equipped kitchen, ready for you to cook your meals. There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The outdoor area has a dining area and a barbecue area, perfect for family gatherings. There is also a solarium area, equipped with sun loungers, where you can take advantage of the island's good weather to sunbathe in privacy. For long days at the beach, you can use the outdoor shower to rinse off any traces of sand after a day at the beach. This accommodation has a maximum capacity of 6 people. There is a car parking outside. AREA Porto Santo is a beautiful island located in the archipelago of Madeira, Portugal. Another must-see attraction is Pico do Castelo, the highest point on the island. Climbing to the top of this mountain offers an incredible panoramic view. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Porto Santo. All guests staying in tourist developments and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nights stay/14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee. - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. HOUSE RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. • Parties or events are not permitted. • We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration. A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights). Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee. Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
