With a simple, contemporary décor designed for comfort and well-being, this flat offers all the facilities you need for a great holiday on Madeira Island, whether for work or leisure. The flat features a living room with a sofa bed and air conditioning, a TV with cable channels, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony with an interior view, plus a private bathroom with a shower cubicle. Maximum capacity: three people. The building has a common entrance, is located on Rua 31 de Janeiro (one of Funchal’s main streets), and offers Wi-Fi throughout. The flat is on the 1st floor, with lift access, but no private parking. AREA Located in the city centre of Funchal, you can visit the main attractions on foot: restaurants, Farmers' Market, Funchal Cathedral, public gardens, Baltazar Dias Theatre, cable car, CR7 Museum, Cruzes Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, Funchal Marina, shopping centres, supermarkets, beaches, bars, and museums. The city centre offers information on all kinds of activities: cultural, extreme, nature, and more. GETTING AROUND Transfer is the best option to reach the property—ask us to book with our local partners for a better rate than airport taxis. If you rent a car, navigation apps will easily find the address. There are also bus stops nearby. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions and do our best to reply to all requests. We also provide an app for guests with important property and local information. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law. - Check-in must be scheduled in advance; if not scheduled within 48 hours, it is subject to team availability. - Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket are on the property. ATTENTION A Tourist Fee of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13+), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), will be charged. You will receive a link to pay this municipal tax upon arrival. HOUSE RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Please be considerate of neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration. A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights). Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and a fee. Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.
