Apartment with two floors, up to 8 people, next to the promenade, in Reis Magos area.

Close to the sea and restaurants, this completely renovated duplex is ideal for a family or group of friends who want to spend a good season in Madeira.
A fifteen minute drive from the centre of Funchal and ten minutes from the airport, this property is recommended for those who prefer to be relatively close to the city but in a quiet place with good access.
With two floors, the apartment has four bedrooms, three with double bed, one with two single beds. It has three bathrooms, one with bathtub.
You can also use the barbecue area on one of the balconies for an outdoor meal.

AREA
The 'Reis Magos' area is known for its quietness and beautiful promenade, which connects the sea and the land in perfect harmony. The building is situated five hundred meters away from this fantastic walk, ideal for a walk in the summer evenings and winter afternoons or go swimming during the hottest days.
Nearby there are several bars and restaurants where you can enjoy our gastronomy or international dishes. Besides the closest options, you can also go to the centre of Caniço (five minutes by car) where you will find a greater variety of restaurants, a pharmacy and a shopping centre with a medium-sized supermarket.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
To get to Funchal, there are bus stops nearby.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
We inform that a Municipal Tourist Ecotax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Santa Cruz.
All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.

Die Einrichtung ist optisch sehr ansprechend, entsprechend den Bildern. Sehr gute Betten. Die Lage ist super, mit Blick auf das Meer. Es gibt eine sehr gute Bäckerei in der Nähe, gute Restaurants.
Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Es gab z.B. nur 2 kleine Löffel bei 7 Personen. Die Bäder müssten renoviert werden, eine Dusche war undicht.

We were 8 people, 4 adults and 4 kids we all loved. Beds were comfy ,and all the facilities were available .
We made BBQ very nice and relaxing .View amazing from all 3 balconies.
Car park was very tight ,hard to get out .
Shower first floor had a leak out of the shower on the floor and was plodding.

very large and comfortable apartment. all furniture in decent condition and beds in every room have good mattresses. the apartment is located very close to a really unusual and interesting beach.

The staff gives very detailed instructions on how to get there and all the necessary information

When we arrived our rooms were not completely cleaned and therefore the whole cleaning took less time than it should have. When I wrote to the hotel staff and asked to repeat the cleaning the next day, they responded very politely to my request and our room was cleaned a second time. For this I give the highest score for service

Ładne widoki. Trzy balkony, Pralka na balkonie. Miejsce parkingowe. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko węzła autostradowego. Dostępne sklepy, restauracje i piekarnia w pobliżu.

Stayed here with family and friends. Apartment was in a good location, with ample parking outside; we had 2 small cars and didn’t bother parking inside.

Apartment looked as described, however there were lots of ants in the kitchen and master bedroom throughout the stay.

Air conditioning in all the bedrooms, however the living room can get quite hot.

One of the air conditioning machines in one of the bedroom was dripping the whole stay, we advised this to the host, however nothing was done about it.

The apartment was advertised to have a washing machine, we looked everywhere and there was no machine, we queried the host multiple times, but no solution was provided.

Overall comfortable stay, beautiful and quiet part of the island.

Appartement exceptionnel! Récemment rénové, propre, confortable, bien équipé et très bien situé pour visiter l'île.Nous y avons séjourné 9 nuits, nous avons pu en profiter pleinement. La vue depuis les terrasses est magnifique, quelques restos à quelques minutes à pied, petit marché, belle plage à quelques mètres. Personnel très courtois et serviable. Nous recommandons, n'hésitez pas!

El precio es excelente para 4 habitaciones con cama doble, todo muy nuevo y cómodo. Las múltiples terrazas son un puntazo para la vuelta de cualquier trekking! La ubicación es muy buena, a escasos 12 minutos en coche de Funchal y accesible para cualquier punto de la isla. Hay supermercados próximos y algunos comercios.

Die Lage war optimal, in der Nähe eines Supermarktes, gutes Restaurant gegenüber und Strand war zu Fuß erreichbar. Die helle und moderne Wohnung bietet einen wunderschönen Meerblick mit Sonnenaufgang und befindet sich im letzten Stock, somit hat man eine freie Sicht. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und eine Garage ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Un super sejour dans cet appartement très cosy. Nous nous sommes senti très bien dans ce logement très spacieux et à la décoration agréable. Les équipements sont bons, notamment la tv connecté, Clim réversibles, la cuisine bien équipée ou la literie très confortable. Les 3 terrasses sont superbes et le réveil avec le levé du soleil sur la mer est magique !
Emplacement au calme avec la plage à 5 min à pied, les commerces dont supérette et restaurant à 5 min également. Nous conseillons d’ailleurs le restaurant A Gosto, à 2 pas. Le logement était propre, et la place de parking au sous sol est un + non négligeable. Le propriétaire a fait preuve de beaucoup de réactivité lorsque nous lui avons signalé que l’aspirateur était hs ou la pile de la télécommande du portail ko.
Je recommande ce logement qui nous a permis de passer de bonnes vacances.

The apartman itself was really nice, and near a beautiful beach and looking at the ocean. The house was big enough for 8 people, 3 bathrooms, huge Kitchen and living room, 3 terraces, well furnished and there was a lot of equipment. The problem started with the parking space. First the garage didnt open, took us 20 minutes opening it from the inside. It is extremely small, in the corner of a parking garage. I told them we will have a van and no warning that it wont fit. It was an hour for us at night to try fit it in, and other 20 minutes in the morning trying to get out, never used it again. Then the vacuum cleaners didnt work, the brought us a new one. The dishwasher didnt work, the shower was broken, the microwave didnt work, we were out of toilet paper and stuff on the 3rd day. No respond or repairing these equipments. There were bugs and spiders upstairs, and the towels were filthy. We washed them. It was a little disappointing, but maybe we just got unlucky with the service.

Large apartment in a great quiet location within 10min min to Funchal. All rooms had A/C except the main living area which was very warm. Breathtaking views from balcony and 7min walk to the beach across the street. Highly recommend this property.

Jsme nadšeni! Bylo nás celkem pět a ubytování předčilo naše očekávání. Byt byl velmi čistý, kuchyň plně vybavená. V přízemí budovy byl obchod, otevřen od 9:00 do 21:00 hodin. Nic nám tu nechybělo, cítili jsme se jako doma. Po celodenních výletech bylo velmi příjemné sedět na jedné z teras s velmi pěkným výhledem. Ubytování je vhodné pro 6-8 lidí a pokud budete cestovat po párech, oceníte v bytě tři koupelny s toaletou. Je to velmi klidná lokalita se strategickou polohou k výletům po celém ostrově - dojezd k dálnici je blízko. Toto ubytování budeme doporučovat našim přátelům, kteří se na Madeiru chystají.

We are excited. Exceptional accommodation! The apartment is located on the top floor with an amazing view in all directions. Everything very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, we didn't miss anything. The location is very quiet, at the same time close to the highway, a strategic location for trips around the island. Restaurants and shops nearby. We highly recommend staying here.

The place is really nice and matches photos and descriptions. Nice bedrooms and super nice balconies. It’s also very clean.
I had a problem with cleaning staff that was there when I arrived. when I asked when can I come back they asked for more than an hour. Also wrote about this to my host whose number I got but there was no response. In the end I left and came back later, but it wasnt a nice first impression.
The parking in the building is super tight so of you have a bigger car I dont recommend using it.
Overall a nice place, I think ot’s worth the money.

Do conforto, da limpeza, da vista sobre o mar.
Fácil acesso, boas áreas de quartos, sala, cozinha e terraço.
Do sossego. De ter um mini mercado á porta do alojamento.
Pouco a comentar, talvez do acesso á garagem por ser de um espaço reduzido o que tornava difícil as manobras de entrar e sair, tendo optado por parquear no exterior.

Fantastic place to stay, we loved being on the top floor, with balconies looking out onto the ocean.
The place was very clean and had everything we needed.
There is an elevator which is super handy.
Right next to the entrance, is a supermarket which has mostly everything you might need, and the owner is super helpful and friendly too.
a few feet further is an absolutely amazing restaurant, a little bit on the high end price-wise, but it's absolutely worth the money. Delicious food.
overall, I'd absolutely recommend this apartment 👌 ☺️

Localização era muito boa, com boas acessibilidades e tranquila. A casa é excepcional, com uma vista muito boa, com muito espaço e muito bem equipada. Tinhamos de tudo para estar confortáveis, e para nos sentirmos em casa.
Não se trata de ser uma critica, mas o estacionamento privado, para quem tiver um carro grande é apertado, como era o nosso caso (carrinha de 7 lugares) mas de resto, para um carro normal é bom, e dá muito jeito ter um estacionamento privativo.

Appartement bien situé et très agréable. Une des 4 chambres était fermée mais notre hote a été tres reactif et le souci fut résolu en moins de 2h.
Je recommande sans hésiter.

From the apartment it’s a 5 minute walk to the ocean and all three balconies have ocean views. If you haven’t been to Madeira my advice is to choose a property, like this, that is close to the seafront. The terrain rises steeply from the ocean and will be difficult for older people to navigate. The apartment itself is spacious and clean. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you will need during a stay. My only disappointment was that the 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom were not available due to renovations.

Appartement spacieux adapté pour une grande famille , très clair avec une vue sur la mer et de belles terrasses . Idéalement situé avec de petites superettes autour et un très bon restaurant aux pieds de l'immeuble . Je recommande pour découvrir cette magnifique ile .

Adorámos a casa! Extremamente bem decorada, bem equipado, mobília e camas (em particular) de boa qualidade e confortáveis. Facilmente nós faz sentir em casa. Só tivemos um problema com formigas, mas que facilmente resolvemos. Voltaria, sem sombra de dúvidas!

The apartment was exactly as advertised; beautiful, sunny and with breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains!! All said amenities were provided. The location was excellent and has a Convenience store below the building and restaurants within walking distance. Madeira is a must see island for everyone. A decision you will never regret!!

Great ocean view from 3 terraces, well equiped kitchen, 4 separate rooms (two with bathrooms + one bathroom in the hallway), check-in using a keybox, private parking space (although we parked along the road, there were many available spots), mini-market downstairs, a beach and good restaurants nearby.

Ótima estadia! Apartamento limpo, organizado e super bem decorado! A internet é ótima e a casa providência todas as utilidades necessárias especialmente na cozinha. A 3 min a pé da praia e com um mini mercado na porta ao lado, ajuda sempre. Super recomendo
