AREA Located in the city centre, about 600 metres from Funchal Marina, a 2-minute walk from Quinta das Cruzes Museum, Santa Clara’s Church and Convent, Frederico de Freitas House-Museum, and a 5-minute walk from Pico Fortress and the Cathedral. Funchal's Ecological Park is 5 km away, and Madeira International Airport is 14 km away. Close to La Vie shopping centre, restaurants, bars, pastry shops, pharmacies, and other services. The city centre offers various tourist attractions and information about cultural, nature, and adventure activities. GETTING AROUND Transfers can be arranged with local partners (cheaper than airport taxis). If renting a car, navigation apps can easily find the address. ACCESS TO PROPERTY Full access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION Support available at all times. An app is provided for guests with property and local information. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law. - Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior); otherwise, it is subject to team availability. - Bed linen and towels provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket on site. ATTENTION A municipal tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13+), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), will be charged. A payment link will be provided upon arrival. HOUSE RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. • Parties or events are not permitted. • We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration. A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights). Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee. Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
