Moderne Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Balkon mit Blick auf den Platz, ideal für einen Urlaub auf der Insel Madeira. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Santa Cruz, in der Nähe des Flughafens, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand, Restaurants, Bäckereien und anderen Dienstleistungen.
Eine moderne Wohnung im Herzen von Santa Cruz, die bis zu vier Personen beherbergen kann. Diese Unterkunft verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, ein Wohnzimmer und eine gut ausgestattete offene Küche. Neben dem geräumigen Wohnzimmer mit zwei getrennten Bereichen, einer Sitzecke und einem Essbereich, verfügt diese freundliche Unterkunft auch über einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Platz. Wi-Fi ist in allen Bereichen verfügbar.
Diese Wohnung verfügt nicht über einen privaten Parkplatz. Ein Parkplatz ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt.
AREA
Diese Wohnung im Zentrum von Santa Cruz liegt auf der Ostseite der Insel und ist nur vier Autominuten vom Flughafen (1,8 km), einem Wasserpark und fünf Minuten von der Gemeinde Machico entfernt, die für ihre Bucht mit dem künstlichen gelben Sandstrand, die fantastische Aussicht von der Ponta de São Lourenço, Penha D'Águia oder dem Aussichtspunkt Portela bekannt ist. Nur wenige Gehminuten von dieser Wohnung entfernt finden Sie den Markt, Restaurants mit typisch madeirensischer Küche, Bäckereien und Lebensmittelgeschäfte, einen Kinderspielplatz, die Pfarrkirche und den Praia das Palmeiras.
Von hier aus haben Sie schnellen Zugang zur Autobahn, die die Westseite mit der Ostseite verbindet, was Ihnen die Planung Ihrer Ausflüge auf der Insel erleichtert.
Funchal ist 15 Autominuten entfernt. Wenn Sie sich für das Zentrum von Funchal entscheiden, nutzen Sie die Gelegenheit, die Stadt zu erkunden (Museen, Gärten, Aktivitäten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Aussichtspunkte) und erfahren Sie mehr über alle Arten von Aktivitäten, die Sie während Ihres Urlaubs unternehmen können: kulturelle Aktivitäten, extreme Aktivitäten, Aktivitäten in der Natur... was auch immer der Zweck Ihres Besuchs auf der Insel Madeira sein mag!

- Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei Bedarf können wir auch ein Babybett, einen Hochstuhl und eine Babywanne bereitstellen, aber Sie sollten dies anfragen. Im Haus befinden sich ein Erste-Hilfe-Kasten, Feuerlöscher und eine Feuerlöschdecke.
ACHTUNG
Wir weisen darauf hin, dass für Personen, die in der Gemeinde Santa Cruz übernachten, eine städtische Ökosteuer erhoben wird. Alle Gäste, die in touristischen Anlagen und/oder Beherbergungsbetrieben übernachten und mindestens 13 Jahre alt sind, zahlen 2,00€ pro Person/Nacht, bis zu einem Höchstaufenthalt von 7 Nächten/ 14€ pro Person. Kurz vor Ihrer Ankunft erhalten Sie den Link zur Zahlung dieser Gebühr.

We spent two wonderful weeks in the apartment with our two young children. The location is fantastic, offering a lovely view from the small balcony. There are convenient shopping options, charming local restaurants, and good, affordable parking nearby.
We particularly appreciated some details, such as the high-quality induction stove, the rainforest shower, and the option to receive fresh towels and bed linens after a week.

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt in Santa Cruz. Vom Flughafen sind es nur 10 min, nach Funchal 20, zu vielen Wanderungen und auf die andere Inselseite ist es auch nicht weit. In Laufweite ist die schöne Promenade, Cafés, Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt.
Vom Balkon sieht man das Meer. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Zum Kochen ist alles da. Wir waren mit Baby unterwegs und zum krabbeln war der große Teppich im Wohnzimmer ideal.
Alles war sauber und richtig geschmackvoll.
Der Check-in war etwas umständlich. Viele Mails vorher und vor Ort unklar, ob jemand kommt oder man einen Code bekommt. Wir haben dann angerufen und 30 mins später konnten wir einchecken.
Das Parken in der Umgebung ist nicht kostenlos, aber sehr günstig.

Гостиница расположена в центре города, 5 минут, до автобусных остановок, и 25 минут, до аэропорта, пешком. Рядом, очень много кафе и ресторанчиков. Наш номер был с видом на океан😊 и центральную площадь, очень красиво украшенную, к Рождеству. Aпартаменты новые, красиво, со вкусом, оформлены, продумано абсолютно всё. Кровати удобные, зеркал много (это редкость) Если захотите готовить самостоятельно, кухня=посуда, приборы, техника, есть всё!
Джоана сделала наше заселение быстрым и простым.

Lovely place to stay - close to the airport. Ideal for travelers with car as there is free parking close by. We were pleasantly surprised that owners came in to change fresh bedding and towels during our stay. If we were to return we would definitely stay here again. All our recommendations!

In general it’s a nice snd modern apartment with a tiny view to the sea from the balcony. Keep in mind that especially in one of two bedrooms it can be quite loud due to it being in the city center.
Nice we got a cleaning after the first week. That was a nice surprise.
But communication with hosts was really bad, They promised a fan during checkin but it was never delivered, I also asked multiple times about the keys (because ours wouldn’t work) to dispose the garbage. But never got an answer for it.
Also there’s constructions in the same building, so it’s better to not stay to much in the apartment during the day.
Also keep in mind if you want to explore the island with a car, that there’s not much parking space available in Santa Cruz. Most of the time the only available option is the car park close to the apt, but they charge 1.2€ per hour after the latest increase (which is like 10-15€ per night) , and they only accept cash.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben: gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt.
Ein paar Anmerkungen zur Umgebung: Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas mäßig. Es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe, nur einen kleinen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz (nicht teuer). Manchmal muss man etwas warten, aber wir haben trotzdem immer einen Platz bekommen.
Am Wochenende kann es abends auf dem Marktplatz etwas lauter werden, vor allem durch die Restaurants. Die Flugzeuge haben wir kaum wahrgenommen.
Ein kleiner Tipp für zukünftige Gäste: Am Steinstrand gibt es eine kleine Markthalle, in der man frisches Obst, Gemüse und andere Dinge kaufen kann – definitiv einen Besuch wert!
Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön, und wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Leuk en ruim appartement, down-town St Cruz!
Uitzicht op het dorpspleintje met leuke terrasjes en doorkijkje naar zee (in 1 minuut loop je naar het kiezelstrand).
Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Heerlijke douche en bedden.
Geluid van de vliegtuigen (2km van het vliegveld) viel ons ontzettend mee. Het had ook wel wat, de overvliegende vliegtuigen. ‘s Avonds wel geluid vanaf de terrassen en ‘s ochtends van lossende auto’s, kan iets zijn waar je rekening mee moet houden (wij sliepen met openstaande ramen, omdat het warm weer was). Parkeren is betaald en kon om de hoek op een parkeerterreintje (maar staat ook vaak vol).
Mooie locatie als je van het strand houdt en de reuring van een klein stadje. Op het strand zijn houten vlonders en parasols geplaatst waar je vrij gebruik van kunt maken. Er zijn korte pieren gemaakt met een trap, zodat je makkelijk de zee in kunt om te zwemmen.

Расположение отличное в самом центре города. из окна эти расы виден океан. рядом маленькие магазинчики аптека детская площадка и променад. внутри на кухне есть всё необходимое блендер посудомоечная машина кофеварка.Во время праздника сложно было найти парковочное место. В итоге муж нашел в 7 мин ходьбы в гору большая парковка. Нас это вполне устроило.
Соседи из соседней квартиры затеяли ремонт. Было очень громко.

Bardzo czyste i przestronne mieszkanie w spokojnej okolicy Santa Cruz, która jest super miejscem wypadowym w każdą część wyspy. Dwie duże sypialnie, duża łazienka i salon z kuchnią. W salonie duza wygodna kanapa oraz smart TV. Mały balkon z widokiem na patio i restauracje. Blisko do oceanu. Szybki dojazd z lotniska i widok na lądujące nad Santa Cruz samoloty, które nie przeszkadzały w nocy. Jedynym minusem był brak szaf lub szafek na przechowywanie rzeczy w sypialniach.

Идеальное жилье! Все только после ремонта, новая мебель, посуда, сантехника. Абсолютно все необходимое даже для длительного проживания . Отличный интернет. Расположение квартиры фантастическое . До океана 3 минуты пешком, до ресторанов 1 минута. Квартира очень тихая и чистая. Очень удобные матрасы, для меня это очень важно. Очень рекомендую данное жилье. С удовольствием остановимся еще раз

The apartment was lovely.
No issues except for the water got turned off by the local council over 2 days.
Host did not say anything about this at all, despite other guests complaining, so they did know. Their only suggestion was that we buy water at the supey.
I would score this place 10/10 except for the construction noise in the building.
Trying to work online or sleep in, was not a possibility for us.

tudo como mas fotos, cozinha toda equipada e com electrodomésticos novos.
Casa de banho com poliva com um pequeno problema de escoamento mas prontamente o anfitrião tomou nota para reparar.

The appartment had plenty of room for the two of us, it wad very bright and had a warm atmosphere that we deeply enjoyed. We felt warm and comfortable. It's located only a few stepsto the beach, good restaurants and a beautiful square with a big tree in the middle. Apart from the reception, everything worked really smoothly. We couldn't be happier with our choice.

We had a perfect stay in this apartments.
Absolutely fresh stylish interior, comfortable beds, all facilities and recommendations from the host made our vacation amazing.
The location is nice for island exploring and close to the airport. We had a late flight and the road took only 7minutes;)
