Diese Wohnung befindet sich in einem Gebäude in der Gemeinde São Martinho. Sie befindet sich im 7. Stock und besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa für zwei Personen und einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Beide Zimmer haben Zugang zum Balkon. Außerdem gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, eine Speisekammer und eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Waschküche.
Im Außenbereich gibt es einen Kinderspielplatz und einen gemeinsamen Swimmingpool.

Die Gegend um Ajuda liegt in der Nähe eines der meistbesuchten Strände der Insel, Praia Formosa, und eines der größten Einkaufszentren der Insel, Fórum Madeira. In dieser Gemeinde ist ein großer Teil der Hotelanlagen Madeiras konzentriert, und es ist zweifellos ein belebter Ort für den Tourismus, da verschiedene Attraktionen wie Cafés und Restaurants leicht zu erreichen sind. Innerhalb eines 15-minütigen Spaziergangs von der Immobilie aus können Sie in verschiedenen Richtungen Praia Formosa, eine Promenade, einen Garten, zwei Strände von Lido, die Naturbäder von Doca do Cavacas und den Badekomplex von Ponta Gorda erreichen. Wenn Sie sich für einen längeren Spaziergang von ca. 45 Minuten entscheiden, können Sie das Zentrum von Funchal zu Fuß erreichen.

Die beste Möglichkeit, die Wohnung zu erreichen, ist der Transfer. Bitten Sie uns, einen bei unseren lokalen Partnern zu buchen. Er ist billiger als die Taxis, die Sie am Flughafen finden.
Wenn Sie ein Auto mieten, kann jede Navigations-App die Adresse leicht finden.

ACHTUNG
Bitte beachten Sie, dass für alle Personen, die in der Gemeinde Funchal übernachten, eine Touristengebühr erhoben wird. So werden allen Kunden, die in touristischen Einrichtungen und/oder Unterkünften übernachten und mindestens 13 Jahre alt sind, 2,00 € pro Person/Nacht berechnet, bis zu einem Maximum von 7 Nächten und einem Maximum von 14,00 € pro Person/Aufenthalt. Bei Ihrer Ankunft erhalten Sie einen Link zur Zahlung dieser Kommunalsteuer.

From the moment we entered the apartment, things took a turn for the worse. While everything initially appeared fine, we were quickly overwhelmed by an unbearable stench, resembling the smell of vomit. The host, sent by the agency, met us briefly but seemed eager to leave, without addressing any concerns.
Within an hour of our arrival, we reached out to inform them about the horrendous smell. However, we received no response whatsoever. Left with no choice, we immediately started searching for alternative accommodation. It was only after we messaged them to say we were leaving that they suddenly responded, claiming someone was on the way, yet no one ever showed up.
The lack of communication and complete disregard for our comfort was shocking. We couldn’t get out of this apartment fast enough, and I highly recommend avoiding this property if you value decent service and a clean environment.

would highly recommend, close to local supermarkets, forum ( shopping centre), coffee shops and town centre within 10mins drive or 25mins walk to town. lovely flat and spacious.

Un peu bruyant.
La piscine et le parking souterrain sont des points positifs.
147 euros la nuit est un tarif un peu élevé car pas de climatisation (seulement 2 ventilateurs) et canapé lit dans le séjour au lieu d'une deuxième chambre. Dommage !

La localisation est parfaite, il y a plein de commerce en bas et à 5min de voiture de Funchal. La piscine est propre et nous avions une place de parking.
Le seul bémol c'est le ballon d'eau chaude, trop petit pour 4 personnes. Après deux douches il était vide.

We did encounter a couple of minor issues. There was a bit of a strange smell that didn't dissipate over time, which we were informed about by our host Beatrice beforehand. Additionally, the cleanliness could have been improved a bit.

No extra blanket, no frying pan, getting to the pool was vague and the comm lag with our hosts left a lot to be desired.

Hot water lasts for two normal showers or three really quick ones so sometimes it's necessary to wait for the water to heat. Also there's loud construction works close by, didn't bother us but for someone who likes to sleep longer it might be an issue. Even with these two, I would recommend the flat anyways! :)

We had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend the place to others! Great value for money!
Note: Hot water lasts for 3 short showers, then needs time to heat up again. Also, very loud construction works outside the flat, can wake you up if you're not an early bird, consider getting ear plugs. But who comes to Madera to sleep until noon? Let's be honest, you'll be on the trail already in the mornings :)

Az elhelyezkedés jó, az óceánpart sétatávolságra (bár az út kissé meredek), számos étterem, Pingo Doce, Continente a közelben. Busszal jól megközelíthető, sok járat a város felé, reptéri busszal is elérhető, de a Bolt-tal is nagyon olcsó a közlekedés (5-6 euro a városközpont).
A szolgáltatás remek volt, könnyű a kommunikáció, rugalmas az iroda, a munkatársak gyorsan válaszolnak, tökéletes kiszolgálást kaptunk.
Az autóbérlésből is kaptunk rajtuk keresztül kedvezményt.
Összességében mindenkinek ajánlom, remek apartman!
