Das Gebäude hat einen gemeinsamen Eingang für alle Immobilien und befindet sich in der Rua da Carreira, einer der Hauptverkehrsadern von Funchal. Von dieser Immobilie aus können Sie die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Hauptstadt der Insel Madeira zu Fuß erreichen. In der Nähe befinden sich Restaurants, Einkaufszentren, Bars, Museen, die Kathedrale von Funchal, der Stadtgarten von Funchal, der Jachthafen von Funchal und das Stadttheater.
Im Stadtzentrum gibt es viele Informationen über alle möglichen Aktivitäten, die Sie während Ihres Urlaubs unternehmen können: kulturelle Aktivitäten, radikale Aktivitäten, Aktivitäten in der Natur... was auch immer der Zweck Ihres Besuchs auf der Insel Madeira ist!

Die beste Möglichkeit, um zum Haus zu gelangen, ist der Transfer. Bitten Sie uns, einen bei unseren lokalen Partnern zu buchen. Er ist billiger als die Taxis, die Sie am Flughafen finden.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass für alle Personen, die in der Gemeinde Funchal übernachten, eine Touristengebühr erhoben wird. So werden allen Kunden, die in touristischen Einrichtungen und/oder Unterkünften übernachten und mindestens 13 Jahre alt sind, 2,00 € pro Person/Nacht berechnet, bis zu einem Maximum von 7 Nächten und einem Maximum von 14,00 € pro Person/Aufenthalt. The bright and spotlessly clean apartment is in a great location - minutes from restaurants, shops, bus stops etc. (We took the public bus to and from the airport. The closest bus stop to the apartment is just a 5 minute walk away outside the Palácio de São Lourenço which is the large white fort in the centre of Funchal facing the harbour.)
One thing that we really appreciated was just how quiet the apartment was.
Please note that this apartment is one of many short-term holiday rental apartments in this block and it is managed by a rental company so you don't get the personal touch associated with private hosts but that didn't stop us enjoying our stay there.

Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock eines sehr gepflegten Wohnhauses mitten im Zentrum von Funchal. (Aufzug sehr angenehm !) So erreicht man schnell alle
in Funchal angestrebten Ziele gut zu Fuß. Bei Fragen zur Wohnung wurde immer schnell und hilfreich reagiert, sodass die Probleme schnellstens erledigt wurden. Sehr angenehm war auch, dass Bettwäsche und Handtuch nach einer Woche getauscht wurden. Nachdem es auch (trotz zentrales Lage !) sehr ruhig war, haben wir uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt.

Can't imagine a better place to stay in Funchal - very city center, a lot of places around.
It's an apartment for a longer stay where you can find everything for a comfy living (a washer-dryer was a game changer!)
Important note: no free parking lot is available nearby, so be prepared to pay or go quite a way for a free spot :)

Dieses Apartment in Funchal war ein Traum. Groß, sauber und super Lage. Wir waren insgesamt 13 Tage in diesem Apartment. Besonders gut fand ich, dass einmal dazwischen gereinigt wurde. Ich kann jedem diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und würde auch immer wieder nochmal dort übernachten!

Het is centraal gelegen, mooi gerenoveerd gebouw, compleet voorzien, rustige buurt. Men communiceert wel met een bedrijf en niet met iemand specifiek, maar het was prima. Airconditioning was niet zo praktisch te bedienen. Overigens is het positief meegevallen.

Apartment had a great location, very safe, easy walkable to bars, shops and coast etc.
Pictures as it looks, very clean, great bed etc. Would be helpful to have more than one T towel and scissors, guide book rather than just digital, provide at least a bottle of water for your guests.
Great little Bar 100 metres to your right as exit called 'O Giro' and opposite the photographic museum (3euro to view) has a fab courtyard café/light food with free entry.
Down sides
The digital door lock would not lock and waited 24 hours
The air con unit in the bedroom would switch on randomly with no control, buttons on it did nothing.
Bathroom fan didn't work, i addressed problems with Jessica who i found unhelpful, shame as she represented the company. Apart from that we loved Funchal and our stay

The apartment was fantastic! It was located in a fabulous central area, yet it was peaceful inside and totally quiet at night.
The facilities were great - the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans, and everything you would need to be able to cook a full meal.
The bed was huge and super comfortable, and there was a nice sofa area with TV in the living/ dining area.
The building itself was beautiful and restored very nicely. It was secure, clean, and there was a lift.
I would definitely stay here again, I thought it was excellent value for money and a lovely place to stay. I would recommend it highly :)
The facilities were great - the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans, and everything you would need to be able to cook a full meal.
The bed was huge and super comfortable, and there was a nice sofa area with TV in the living/ dining area.

Top notch location. Clean and cozy space. The washing machine + dryer combo is very useful. You won’t get much street noise in the main room, only if sleeping on the sofa. Would recommend, especially on the Christmas season.

Apartament bardzo przyjemny, nie było problemu z zakwaterowaniem w godzinach nocnych (około północy). Syn zostawił w apartamencie telefon, właściciel zadzwonił do nas że znalazł telefon w pokoju i zaproponował odesłanie - tak też zrobił. Duża uprzejmość ze strony gospodarza.

Only issue is as mentioned by another reviewer, there is no cutting board. We were cooking for ourselves during our stay and had to cut everything on a plate.

Não tinha todas as comodidades à nossa chegada e o ar condicionado estava programado para "quente" sendo este o factor que incomodou mais na primeira noite. Mas após contacto telefónico na manhã seguinte foi tudo rapidamente resolvido e assegurado pelo que considero que foi uma boa estadia.

We were lucky to get the third floor apartment in this nicely and carefully renovated one bedroom flat. Apartment 11 is facing the street but it is concealed from the street and it is surprisingly quiet - even with open windows at night. Very central - everything is a stone's throw. The apartment has a sophisticated heating/AC/dehumidifier system - and it does work. Electronic lock requires attentive approach and patience, but it is OK when you practice.

Overall I think the stay was fantastic. The place was marvelously located, very clean, with nice views and surprisingly good kitchen. Washing machine WITH DRYER was a life changer! You can pack less and stay for longer. There were minor quirks, like lack of cutting board (this is why knives need sharpening...), and baby equipment was not delivered until I reminded them about it, but all the issues were immediately and quickly resolved, so I can only recommend this place.

Great property in the heart of Funchal. Easy to get around many cafe are nearby as well as big shopping mall, if needed. Completely seamless online checkin. There is no parking on-site or on the street, but there is a great 24h parking garage Santa Luzia in 5 minutes walking from the property, just for 3.40€.

Das Apartment befindet sich in einem historischen Haus, dass mit Liebe zum Detail und luxuriös renoviert wurde. Unser Apartment war sehr freundlich und hell eingerichtet. Das Gesamte Gebäude ist sehr einladend, gepflegt und absolut sauber. Mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem ruhig. Ein Parkhaus befindet in ca 300m Entfernung für 5€ je 24h. Der Service ist absolut erstklassig und zuverlässig. Wir haben den Shuttle vom Flughafen und früh am Morgen zurück gebucht. Würde ich absolut empfehlen.
