Mit einer einfachen und modernen Einrichtung befindet sich diese Wohnung in einem sehr zentralen Bereich, direkt am Eingang des Stadtzentrums und ganz in der Nähe von vielen Touristenattraktionen, Museen, Restaurants und Geschäften.
Mit einem komfortablen Wohnzimmer und einem Außenbalkon bietet sie einen schönen Blick auf die Bucht, das Meer und die Hügel von Funchal. Diese Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Schlafsofa für zwei Personen, so dass die Wohnung für maximal 6 Personen geeignet ist. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, so dass Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten gemeinsam und in aller Ruhe einnehmen können.
Wenn Sie ein Auto mieten, steht Ihnen ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung.
DIE WOHNUNG ÜBERBLICK
Diese Wohnung liegt in einer der angesehensten Gegenden von Funchal, in der Nähe von Supermärkten, Apotheken, Geschäften, Bars, Theatern und dem Casino da Madeira.
Neben dem Casino befindet sich der wunderschöne Santa Catarina Park mit großen Grünflächen, die zum Joggen, Entspannen oder Picknicken mit Blick auf die herrliche Bucht von Funchal einladen.
Die Lage ist ideal, um die Stadt zu Fuß (zehn Minuten zu Fuß von der Kathedrale, dem Yachthafen und dem Stadtzentrum entfernt) oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (die Bushaltestelle ist nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt) zu erkunden.
ANREISE
Obwohl eine Aerobus-Haltestelle für An- und Abflüge zum Flughafen nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt ist, empfehlen wir den privaten Transferservice als beste Option, um dorthin zu gelangen. Kontaktieren Sie uns im Voraus, um einen privaten Transfer mit unseren lokalen Partnern zu vereinbaren. Es ist billiger als ein Taxi am Flughafen zu nehmen!

SONSTIGE BEMERKUNGEN
- Nach portugiesischem Recht müssen alle Gäste einen gültigen Ausweis vorlegen. (z.B. Reisepass, Personalausweis).
- Der Check-in muss im Voraus geplant werden. Falls der Check-in nicht innerhalb von 48 Stunden vor der Ankunft geplant wird, müssen die Gäste die Verfügbarkeit unseres Teams abwarten.
- Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Bei Bedarf können wir auch ein Kinderbett, einen Hochstuhl und eine Babybadewanne zur Verfügung stellen. Ein Erste-Hilfe-Kasten, ein Feuerlöscher und eine Feuerlöschdecke sind in allen Wohnungen vorhanden.

Rue très passante et bruyante donc impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. Chaleur suffocante dans le logis malgré les ventilateurs électriques. L’air climatisé serait préférable.

Some of the equipment needs renovation - in the smaller bathroom was leaking shower hose and the toilet seat was not attached well enough so it was sliding around the toilet bowl. In the middle of our visit started the noisy reconstruction of one of the apartment in the same floor as we stayed. We were little bit surprised that nobody point out the inconvenience before our arrival. There were also some issues with the ants - according to ant traps in the kitchen, the hosts knew about this problem. But in general we had nice stay in the apartment.

Las fotos mejoran la realidad, el apartamento no está mal pero baño cocina y dormitorios antiguos, pasamos calor porque no se abría el balcón del dormitorio.

Виден океан, но немного мешают соседние дома для обзора на ночной Фуншал.
Была обещана уборка, прислано время, но никто не пришел. Через два дня, на мой вопрос, а где уборка, тогда пришли и поменяли полотенца и постельное белье, эта вся уборка и вынесен мусор. Который мы и так сами выносили за собой
Мусорных пакетов не хватило, бумажных полотенец и туалетной бумаги тоже. Нам пришлись купить самим, как и средство для мытья посуды. Нет кружек для чая.
Гель для душа и мыло лучше своё.
Очень шумная улица. Даже, если закрыть окна, слышен шум с улицы. Если хотите тишины, то не сюда. Тихого или спокойного утра не будет.

The apartment: An island provided us with everything we needed for the kids. The balcony is save for children. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equiped. Your hear the neighbours a little bit, but it was really quiet at night. There is Netflix and amazon prime and a big TV, that we enjoyed during lockdown evenings. It was a pleasure to see the sun rising from the living room. Even if there are heaters for every room, the apartment is quiet cold in the winter.
Location: The apartment is located in a really nice neighbourhood in walking distance to the old town. Anyway, you need to walk quiet steep roads to get to the harbour but you reach it in 10 minutes maximum. We enjoyed the bakery and the restaurants which are in three minutes walking distance.
We would recommend the apartment for a family that wants to stay in a nice neighbourhood in Funchal!
