Ganz in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums von Funchal und nehmen Sie ein Bad in der fantastischen Pool in dieser Wohnung zur Verfügung.
Das Stadtzentrum ist gleich nebenan. Diese geräumige und komfortable Wohnung befindet sich ganz in der Nähe des Bauernmarktes (Mercado dos Lavradores) und anderer touristischer Attraktionen, was sie für diejenigen, die die Stadt auf einer Tour entdecken wollen, wünschenswert macht.
Das Anwesen hat eine maximale Kapazität von vier Personen, in einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung. In den Gemeinschaftsräumen des Gebäudes gibt es einen Swimmingpool, der von der Wohnanlage geteilt wird, wo Sie das gute Wetter genießen und sich in der Gesellschaft von Freunden und Familie sonnen können!
Vom Schlafzimmer aus haben Sie Zugang zu einem schönen Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool, wo Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten essen oder ein Buch in einer entspannten Zeit lesen können.
Das Haus verfügt über ein Badezimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche.
Wenn Sie ein Auto mieten möchten, verfügt das Gebäude über eine Garage, in der Sie parken können.
DIE NACHBARSCHAFT ÜBERBLICK
In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Cafés. Die meisten Geschäfte, Einkaufszentren und Supermärkte sind in zehn Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Diese Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Bauernmarktes, der Altstadt von Funchal und der Kathedrale. Von hier aus können Sie zu Fuß die verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten unserer schönen Stadt erkunden. (z.B. Seilbahn, Jachthafen von Funchal, CR7 Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc ...)
ANREISE
Für Abflüge und Ankünfte vom Flughafen ist die beste Option, um zur Wohnung zu gelangen, der Transfer. Kontaktieren Sie uns im Voraus, um einen privaten Transfer mit unseren lokalen Partnern zu vereinbaren. Es ist billiger als ein Taxi auf eigene Faust am Flughafen zu nehmen!
Es gibt Bushaltestellen in der Nähe, um Sie ins Zentrum von Funchal zu bringen.

- Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Bei Bedarf können wir auch ein Kinderbett, einen Hochstuhl und eine Babybadewanne zur Verfügung stellen. Ein Erste-Hilfe-Kasten, ein Feuerlöscher und eine Feuerlöschdecke sind in allen Unterkünften vorhanden.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass für alle Personen, die in der Gemeinde Funchal übernachten, eine Touristengebühr erhoben wird. Für alle Gäste, die in Ferienanlagen und/oder Unterkünften übernachten und mindestens 13 Jahre alt sind, wird eine Gebühr von 2,00 € pro Person/Nacht erhoben, bis zu einem Maximum von 7 Nächten und einem Maximum von 14,00 € pro Person/Aufenthalt. Bei Ihrer Ankunft erhalten Sie einen Link zur Zahlung dieser Kommunalsteuer.

Shower flooded the bathroom floor: it took us several phone calls (send us the video/we'll take care of it) and e-mails (ignored) and management 3 days to come and fix it.
Would stay again but wish management to do a much better job!

We're a bit confused because we received a five stars review from this guest on the day before of his check-out. About the cockroaches, it's kind usual here in the summer season, mainly, however the guests should avoid to keep the doors and windows open during the night. About the cleaning service, this guest never complaint during the stay.. we're bit surprised with this issues.
We respect all opinions and we try to improve with them. So we'll talk to the cleaning team to try to understand and improve the service in the future.

Egyetlen dolog okozott nehézséget. Mivel gyalog közlekedtünk, nem béreltünk autót, az apartman előtti emelkedővel nem számoltunk.

The apartment didn't meet the expectations, it looked very old, with stains of smashed moscitos on doors, walls and ceiling. There were plenty of ants in the kitchen. The tab in the bathroom barely coul be opened. The door lock in the guestroom that goes to the terrace was broken and could not be locked.

Durante a estadia tiveram dias muito quentes e a casa aquece muito porque não podemos ter nada aberto devido às melgas, deviam ter um ar condicionado ou pelo menos ventoinhas.
Na minha opinião deviam prezar mais pelo conforto dos hóspedes.

Levaremos em consideração os problemas que você mencionou, como pode entender, estamos numa ilha tropical em que os insectos nas alturas mais quentes são mais numerosos.
A propriedade está publicada sem ar de condicionado mas tinha e tem ventoinhas na mesma. O conforto dos hóspedes é a nossa prioridade.
Esperemos vê-lo no futuro. :)

Concernant l’appartement, il se trouve à bonne distance de tous les quartiers attractifs de Funchal (10/15min). La présence du parking souterrain est un avantage. En revanche il était plus vétuste que sur les photos, et nous avons malheureusement découvert la présence de cafards dans la résidence et dans l’appartement au bout de quelques jours, Hugo a été prévenu pour qu’une potentielle désinfection ait lieu.
Dans la globalité notre séjour s’est bien passé.

Per via di lavori in corso nel modulo di appartamenti centrale ci è stato offerto un rimborso parziale sul costo totale del soggiorno, che abbiamo apprezzato molto. I lavori comunque sono eseguiti con attenzione ai condomini.
Il ragazzo che ci ha accolti è stato cordiale e disponibile, ci ha dato molte informazioni in modo chiaro e preciso, e si è reso disponibile a rispondere ad ulteriori domande tramite SMS.
Unica pecca la breve ma ripida salita per raggiungere il condominio se ci si muove a piedi, ma dopo qualche giorno si diventa allenati.

We were informed 4 days before we were due to leave that some repair works (painting of the building facade) will be carried out during our stay and we would have limited use of the balcony. This was misleading as the balcony was totally unusable for the duration of our stay (2 weeks). However, we did received fair compensation for the loss of this facility. Despite all of this we would still consider going again.

We just had bad luck with some construction workers working on the building while our stay. We were not able to use the balcony, as there were falling dirt and stones on it due to the work. They also started at 8am, so we had no chance to sleep a little bit longer.
Nevertheless, I would book it again, as the appartment itself was a great stay.

Pool is really good, apartament is spacy and nice. Kitchen is quite well equipped.
I really enjoy the place.
Paper walls. The apartament is just by the entrance to the building - The door slams every single time somebody opens them - not many times - but its really annoying especially at night.

Leider war es am Pool in der Regel gar nicht ruhig wie in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben.
Die Wohnung ist recht verwohnt, es gab einige Mängel angefangen bei Lichtschaltern, die nicht fest waren/nicht funktionierten und in der zweiten Woche aus der Wand fielen über Lampenstecker, bei denen Kabel frei lagen und eine Steckdose in der Küche, die aus der Wand hing. Die Lichtschalter wurden repariert, allerdings funktioniert einer nun nicht mehr. Der Herd ist alt und die Drehknöpfe fallen heraus. Der Kühlschrank verlor Wasser und kühlte nicht, die Waschmaschine verlor ebenfalls Wasser, wir standen 2 x nachmittags in einer Pfütze. Der TV konnte nicht auf HMDI eingestellt werden, da die falsche Fernbedienung vorlag usw. Das trübte die Entspannung im Urlaub, da regelmäßig neue Probleme auftraten - teils wurden sie behoben.
Wir würden die Wohnung im aktuellen Zustand nicht empfehlen.

Apartment was pretty well equipped although kitchen could do with some plastic cups for around the pool and also perhaps some plastic pots for storage.
Lounge and balcony very nice and comfy, bedroom had loads of storage space and the mattress was comfy but bed was horribly creaky which affected our sleep quite a lot. It was dreadful! But If there was a new bed we would definitely stay again as it was peaceful and great location!

Vybydlený apartmán na kterém jsou viditelné známky únavy. Polštářky na gauči zapáchaly a bylo evidentní, že se v apartmánu kouřilo. Spotřebiče zastaralé a speciálně fén a jeho použití bylo na vlastní nebezpečí - spíše kousek do muzea. V okolí je spousta koček, které se přez balkón dotírají do apartmánu a gauč byl plný kočičích chloupků.
