Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, beide mit Doppelbett und bis ins Detail eingerichtet, wo die klassische und die moderne Einrichtung im Einklang sind und eine angenehme Atmosphäre bieten! Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und verfügt über viel natürliches Licht, das vom Balkon kommt, der einen schönen Blick auf das Meer bietet und zu einer ruhigen Mahlzeit einlädt. Das Wohnzimmer hat auch ein Schlafsofa, so dass die Wohnung maximal sieben Personen aufnehmen kann.
Neben einer voll ausgestatteten Küche gibt es auch zwei Badezimmer.

ÜBERBLICK ÜBER DIE WOHNUNG
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer der angesehensten touristischen Gegenden von Funchal und liegt in der Nähe einer angenehmen Strandpromenade, Stränden, Supermärkten, Apotheken, Geschäften und dem Einkaufszentrum Forum Madeira mit mehreren international bekannten Marken und Kinos.
Außerdem finden Sie in Laufnähe zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants, in denen Sie unsere köstliche Gastronomie oder internationale Küche genießen können. Zusätzlich zu den nahegelegenen Möglichkeiten finden Sie eine größere Auswahl an Restaurants im Stadtzentrum, das Sie innerhalb von fünf Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen können.
In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung befindet sich ein Strand mit einem Naturschwimmbad, wo Sie Ihre morgendlichen Tauchgänge genießen können.

GETTING AROUND
Eine Aerobus-Haltestelle für An- und Abflüge zum Flughafen ist nur eine Gehminute von der Wohnung entfernt. Dennoch empfehlen wir den privaten Transferservice als die beste Option, um zur Wohnung zu gelangen. Kontaktieren Sie uns im Voraus, um einen privaten Transfer mit unseren lokalen Partnern zu vereinbaren. Es ist billiger als ein Taxi am Flughafen zu nehmen!

SONSTIGE BEMERKUNGEN
- Nach portugiesischem Recht müssen alle Gäste einen gültigen Ausweis vorlegen. (z.B. Reisepass, Personalausweis).
- Der Check-in muss im Voraus geplant werden. Falls der Check-in nicht innerhalb von 48 Stunden vor der Ankunft geplant wird, müssen die Gäste die Verfügbarkeit unseres Teams abwarten.
- Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Bei Bedarf können wir auch ein Kinderbett, einen Hochstuhl und eine Babybadewanne zur Verfügung stellen. Ein Erste-Hilfe-Kasten, ein Feuerlöscher und eine Feuerlöschdecke sind in allen Unterkünften vorhanden.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass für alle Personen, die in der Gemeinde Funchal übernachten, eine Touristengebühr erhoben wird. Für alle Gäste, die in Ferienanlagen und/oder Unterkünften übernachten und mindestens 13 Jahre alt sind, wird eine Gebühr von 2,00 € pro Person/Nacht erhoben, bis zu einem Maximum von 7 Nächten und einem Maximum von 14,00 € pro Person/Aufenthalt. Bei Ihrer Ankunft erhalten Sie einen Link zur Zahlung dieser Kommunalsteuer.

Insgesamt eine tolle große Wohnung in schöner Lage mit Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Leider ist der Gasherd sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Flammen schlagen hoch. Die Tür für den barrierefreien Eingang war nicht zu öffnen,sodass wir mit unserem Buggy ein paar Stufen überwinden mussten. Das war okay, würde aber z.b. mit einem Rollstuhl nicht funktionieren. Es gab einen Handtuch-und Bettwäsche Wechsel. Das war sehr komfortabel.Die Sauberkeit war nicht perfekt aber OK. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist sehr eng,mit einem Kleinwagen und etwas Übung aber händelbar. Einige Umgebungsinfos und Ausflugstipps wären noch schön gewesen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The apartment was in a perfect location, well equipped and decorated beautifully. I’ve stayed in a few different air bnb’s and this is by far my favourite.

The only feed back is that we felt the floor was quite dirty as our feet would be extremely dirty after walking around.

Overall i’d recommend this apartment to everyone and we’ve decided that we will use it when we come back to Madeira.

Bien situé au calme mais proche de funchal centre, vue océan.
Bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine, chambre spacieuse et confortable, lit un peu étroit (140 de large)

Mais, appartement vieillissant, nous entendions les voisins de l’étage supérieur, manque clairement une place de parking gratuit
Nous nous sommes garé dans la rue mais n’avons pas pris d’amende…
Table extérieur en mauvais état, l’immeuble reste accessible en poussette, mais pas très simple…

Ruim appartement op een heel mooie locatie. Aan zee. Jammer van de vloer die niet netjes was, hier en daar vlekken. Toilet van de grote slaapkamer liet een rioolgeurtje achter, de andere wc bleef lekken, de kleinste slaapkamer kwam uit op de berging waar de boiler staat niet gezellig. Het grootste probleem was de lawaai hinder, appartement naast ons zijn ze volledig aan het renoveren, boren en drillen. Voor volgende keer een hotel, waar ik witte en geen grauwe handdoeken kan krijgen. Bedgoed waren niet fris.

We came here for 2 weeks in November. The apartment is 30m from the promenade and offers a sea view from the balcony. There is everything you need in the apartment, including a buggy to transport groceries. The bus stop is very close and brings you to the city center in 15-20 min.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, Kommunikation war einfach und freundlich, gute Lage. Nur für die Sauberkeit muss ich ein paar Punkte Abzug geben, der Boden war sehr schmutzig und staubig (am besten keine weißen Socken anziehen)

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und die Lage unschlagbar! Zwar nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber dafür eine wunderschöne Umgebung, tolle Restaurants und Lava-Natur-Pools direkt vor der Tür. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

In our opinion, the apartment has some outstanding merits and several defects. Our chief disappointment was that the apartment was not as pictured on the website.

The location, by the sea, at a bus stop, and near excellent food stores, is ideal. The view of the sea from the balcony is splendid. The housekeeping staff were efficient in attending to the bedroom, bathrooms, and to the kitchen. The maintenance crew arrived promptly and, at our request, effectively made some repairs to the furniture, the floor lamp, and the kitchen stove.

However, the very sparsely furnished apartment was not as shown on the website: the pictured dining room table, the glass patio table, and the comfortable patio chairs were missing, replaced by less attractive pieces; the living-room rug was gone, rolled up with other junk in a storage area off the kitchen; the coffee table was broken, and, at our request, was replaced by one that was not; the damaged floor-lamp, and the broken arm of the very uncomfortable couch had to be repaired; the main burner on the kitchen stove (adjacent to the charred countertop) never did work, but the maintenance crew did manage to get the stove's other burners to function more reliably. The floors, which we swept every morning, needed a thorough cleaning, which they had not had before we arrived, and did not receive during our six-week stay. Our chief disappointment was that the rather costly apartment was not as pictured on the VRBO website.

Alles ist gut verlaufen, von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise. Garage fürs Auto ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Restaurants & Supermärkte inmerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

We had a few issues with this stay. They use their own app for communication and it was very difficult to navigate and understand. Additionally check in required us to call the host but we did not have service at the time. We ended up waiting over an hour to check in. Parking was provided but it was very tight spot. Other issues we noticed was a cockroach issue and we could easily hear what was going on in neighbors apartment. The location was nice for walking to the beach and a few good restaurants.

Informo que o ralo da base de duche intopiu e inundou a casa de banho e Hall de entrada. Usei as toalhas para recolher a água.
Tem ratos e baratas no apartamento que é inacreditável.
O Mobiliario e principalmente o sofá está em mau estado é muito sujo.
Fiquei insatisfeito com o vosso serviço.

Wir können das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen. Die Unterkunft ist prima für Gruppen geeignet und man hat alles um sich herum. Mit dem Service und Taxis die vom betreiber bereitgestellt wurden hat alles super funktioniert (auch zu späteren Stunden :))

This apartment is terrific. It is large, clean, and comfortable. The views are incredible. The location is fantastic—5 minutes walk from the beach, and less to a number of great restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend.

The apartment is well located near services and not far away from the city center either. We were three couples in the apartment and the apartment was just perfect size for us. Everything was just as good as it looks in the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay in Madeira and in the Island apartment. Hope to come back another time!

localização, a limpeza em geral, as toalhas de casa banho, roupa de cama, os 3 quartos, a varanda muito agradável. É um apartamento espaçoso para o efeito. Com alguns dos problemas abaixo descritos seria um apartamento *****
havia pouquíssimo papel higiénico, não havia fósforos para uma placa a gás, muitas das louças estão rachadas e engorduraras, só 2 panos de cozinha muito finos, a torradeira avariada, as almofadas umas são muito boas e algumas deveriam ser substituídas, o sofá já está muito usado e desconfortável para ser cobrado como uma cama, tampas de sanita a precisar de substituição

Great location - close to the beach, restaurants, public transport. We had a rental car and was provided a parking space in the garage; a little tricky to find, but we managed.

A bit noisy at times, you can occasionally hear the upstairs neighbors. Overall, we enjoyed our time.

Светлая солнечная и просторная квартира. Отличный напор в душе. Много посуды. Из минусов только сильная слышимость соседей сверху (вечером слышно когти собак по полу). Интернет хороший, но в дальних комнатах плохо работает не смотря на то, что WiFi сеть ловится и есть усилитель, причина не ясна.

Our stay in this appartement was absolutely perfect everything was as pictured and described. The bonus was that the beach is less than 5 minutes away by foot. As for the host, An Island has an amazing customer service : they were really nice and very quick to answer to our questions and needs. I highly recommend this appartement.

A splendid apartment very close to the ocean and to a natural volcanic-sand beach. Cosy bedrooms, a spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen. Perfect for those who want to live at the ocean, but the same time have access to supermarkets and car rental services right nearby.

A very nice apartment located very close to the ocean. It has three bedrooms one of which has a great balcony with an ocean view. The shopping centre and supermarkets are in the neighbourhood, and the latter is quiet. A volcanic sand beach is 5 minutes walking away.

The location is great, right on the Promenade and close to the Forum. The flat is nice and the sea view is great. The only problem is that the walls are extremely thin so we could even hear the upstairs neighbor’s dog when he was walking in the flat. The internet is not the fastest but we were 3 people working from home so if you just need it for ‘normal’ use it’s enough.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment a lot - the location is just fantastic. You have a partial view from the terrace over the ocean and in no time you are on the promenade on the seafront or at the Forum Madeira. While you are close enough to the center, you are still away from the daily hustle and bustle of Funchal. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you can think of. The Island Team is very responsive and although they seemingly manage a larger portfolio of apartments in Madeira, they make sure you have everything at hand what you need for your pleasant stay. A particular highlight has been the transfer to and from the airport which worked hassle-free and at an extremely reasonable price - you get VIP service at a discount. We'll be back, for sure!

The apartment is in a good and a little bit quiet area close to a big shopping mall, some restaurant's and few lido's. It's easy to take a bus or walk few kilometers by the sea to the city center. The apartment was clean and really well equipped. Thank you for amazing stay :)

Красивый вид на океан,очень много кухонных принадлежностей и кухонной техники.
Каждую неделю нам меняли белье и делали уборку.
Спасибо за гостеприимство.
We were on the island for the fourth time, and this apartment was the best of all.
A beautiful view of the ocean, a lot of kitchen utensils and kitchen appliances.
Every week we were changed underwear and cleaned.

Very good localization. Nice view. Large. There were everything we needed- sugar, salt, coffee, cooking oil, washing liquids, etc.
Bad sound isolation, but neighbors were very quit. Cooking smells come through ventilation in kitchen from other apartements.

Espaço corresponde a 100% ao ilustrado nas fotos. Apartamento totalmente equipado, bonito e espaçoso e muito bem localizado. O único ponto negativo é ter apenas 1 lugar de garagem e haver pouca opção de estacionamento gratuito próximo.

Great location with all you need at your doorstep like supermarket, tidal pools, restaurants and great seaside walks to the centre of Funchal. Will definitely stay in that location again. We were 3 adults and two children 11 and 7 years old. The flat is superb and has everything you could wish for and very clean and well stocked.
