Diese Wohnung befindet sich in einer der angesehensten Gegenden von Funchal, in der Nähe von Supermärkten, Apotheken, Geschäften, Bars, Theatern und dem Casino von Madeira.
Neben dem Casino befindet sich der schöne Santa Catarina Park mit großen Grünflächen, die zum Joggen, Entspannen oder Picknicken mit Blick auf die herrliche Bucht von Funchal einladen.
Die Lage ist ideal, um die Stadt zu Fuß (innerhalb von zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichen Sie die Kathedrale, den Yachthafen und das Stadtzentrum) oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bushaltestelle ist nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt) zu erkunden.

Obwohl die Haltestelle des Aerobus für An- und Abflüge zum Flughafen nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt ist, empfehlen wir den privaten Transferservice als beste Option, um dorthin zu gelangen. Great apartment, looks just like the photos. The host was very accommodating as our flight was delayed. Coffee / oil/ salt etc. in kitchen is a nice touch, and there was also spare towels provided. Sea view slightly obscured by the trees would be our only critique. Walking distance to old town, with some restaurants and bars just a few minutes away. Overall, an excellent apartment and would definitely recommend!

A nossa estadia foi, no geral, agradável, sobretudo pelas condições do apartamento. O espaço é moderno, bem localizado, espaçoso o suficiente para acomodar confortavelmente seis pessoas, e a piscina foi um dos pontos altos para todos nós.
No entanto, sentimos que a experiência ficou comprometida pela forma como fomos recebidos. O anfitrião chegou com 1h45 de atraso, sem demonstrar qualquer humildade ou empatia pela situação. Durante a curta visita guiada ao apartamento, falou de forma apressada e atribuiu constantemente a responsabilidade do atraso ao número elevado de check-ins que teve nesse dia. Compreendemos que possa ter tido um dia agitado, mas como hóspedes, também merecemos respeito pelo nosso tempo, especialmente quando estamos a pagar pelo alojamento. Além disso, foi-nos dito repetidamente que o atraso seria de apenas 20 minutos, o que não se verificou.

Em relação ao apartamento, apesar de ser funcional e confortável, encontramos algumas limitações: a quantidade de loiça disponível era mínima (exatamente o número de pessoas), o que nos obrigou a lavá-la constantemente ao longo do dia, resultando num gasto excessivo de água. Só havia um pano de cozinha, o aspirador estava entupido (tivemos de o desentupir para poder usá-lo), e sentimos falta de uma máquina de café, que hoje em dia é quase um básico em qualquer alojamento.

Como sugestão construtiva, acreditamos que faria toda a diferença oferecer um pequeno cabaz de boas-vindas com o mínimo essencial — água, chá, café, açúcar, azeite ou até um pacote de massa. No nosso caso, chegámos tarde e sem saber se conseguiríamos jantar, e esse gesto teria sido bastante útil e acolhedor.

Host met us to check in and explained everything we needed to know. Really convenient having 2 parking spots and the location is just a few minutes walk into the center of town. Lovely terrace with great views, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Modern and well equipped. Good security. Close to town, restaurants, shops etc. kitchen facilities were great. Big enough for two couples with plenty of space. Booking and check-in were all very smooth. We requested early check-in and late check-out, which were approved efficiently.
North East facing balcony, so slightly dark and gloomy at times. Lighting was not really adequate. Baths and showers were bordering on dangerous, as shower screens are fixed and no shower mats provided. When stepping out of shower there are no easy handholds, hence very easy to slip and fall. Beds were a bit soft for our taste, but bedding was fine. Electricity sockets were a little sparse.

We used the huge kitchen and the terrace a lot. The bedrooms were a decent size, so we were very pleased with the apartment. We also loved Madeira!

The service provider geeted us at the door and gave all instructions we needed to settle in - showed parking space, entrances and our apartment.
The location was rather good as we could simply walk to the city centre and there were also plenty of restaurants nearby as well.
The apartment is a bit outdated and needs some kind of renewing - changing carpets, towels or kitchen furniture.
Apartemend had no air conditioning and the pool was freezing (even though the air was +24C)

Lokalizacja i tylko lokalizacja
Obiekt był bardzo brudny i zaniedbany. Zamiecione i odkurzone podłogi to nie jest czystość. Materace wyglądają jakby były zanieczyszczone fekaliami i z całą pewnością nie były prane od lat. Właściciel, albo menadżer o tajemniczym imieniu Felipe po dwóch dniach stwierdził, że brudne jak smoła materace to efekt naszego nieporządku. Był absolutnie bezczelny, impertynencki. Poprosił o zdjęcia zanieczyszczeń i po ich wysłaniu nie odniósł się w żaden sposób do dramatycznego brudu. Nie polecam i przestrzegam przed nocowaniem w tym strasznie brudnym miejscu!

We spent 1 week in Funchal in the end of October. A family with two adults 47 years old, 1 grandmother 82 years old and two children 11 and 13 years old.

The apartment was really big and everything was clean. Two bathrooms with shower and one bathroom with toilet. There were toilet paper that lasted the first 5 days, clean towels and separate towels for the pool.

The kitchen had everything we needed including dishwasher, washing machine, and a coffee machine. Also we found the essentials in form of salt, pepper, oil, coffee, filters for coffee and tablets for the dishwasher and even washing powder.

The location was perfect, it took us less than a 5 minute walk to reach the nearest restaurants, it was really easy to park our car in the garage.

Our kids used the swimming pool a few times but there was a lot of leaves in the water and some dirt on the floor of the pool. That’s our only complaint.

In total a really nice apartment!

the apartment was very clean and spacious and had everything that we needed for a week's stay for 4 people: 2.5 bathrooms which was very comfortable, a washing machine, a functional kitchen, 2 private parking spots and a nice living room with a terrace. definitely worth the price.
the location was superb, it wasn't central so it was quiet and peaceful and far from traffic, but it's still close to fhe center.

Die Wohnung ist schön - gut für eine Familie mit Kindern geeignet. Die Einrichtung ist gut, alle Geräte vorhanden. Die Kommunikation war gut. Die Lage ist zentral in der Stadt - zu Fuß ist man schnell im Einkaufsbereich oder am Hafen. Die Straßen sind etwas laut, was aber in einer Stadt, bei der man ins Tal sehen kann, normal. Vielleicht wären anstatt 1 Geschirrspül-Tab 3-4 davon ganz gut gewesen oder 1-2 Müllbeutel mehr, damit man nicht selbst eine 50er Box kaufen muss, aber das sind Kleinigkeiten.

Un apartamento muy bien situado, con unas vistas muy bonitas. Es una gran ventaja disponer de parking privado. Está en una zona céntrica, en una comunidad tranquila, si bien hay ruido externo de la ciudad que dificulta el sueño. Por lo demás es una ubicación genial. Le falta algo de manutención y el menaje de cocina es escaso. La empresa respondió con rapidez y de manera satisfactoria. Como nuestra estancia fue larga, a mitad de ella vinieron a cambiar las sábanas y limpiar. Fue de agradecer!!

TV remote didn’t work but speedily replaced.
Wi-Fi didn’t reach the 3 bedrooms & only fixed on our last day.
The mechanism to let us out of the pedestrian gate didn’t work but the management company didn’t understand the issue.
Whilst the apartment looked clean the floors & carpets were really dirty.
A man was sent to fix the shower & we’d been assured we’d be notified & that he’d be accompanied but he walked in, through my bedroom when I was sleeping, to the en-suite. It was really shocking & we asked the manager of Island Apart to contact us but he did not bother.
Whilst Island Apart had been quick to respond at first, their service quickly tailed off. We did jot get the service we paid for.

We believe that these guests had some unexpected problems with the internet, which we quickly resolved by purchasing and installing a signal repeater. Regarding the plumber's problem, there really was a miscommunication because the guest knew that there was going to be an intervention and the plumber didn't know that the guest was inside the property. We apologise in writing and regret what happened and our reservations department was in constant contact with the guest throughout the stay. We don't understand why the guest blamed us for the lack of communication and contact.

However, we will be always welcome to our properties!

Great location, spacious apartment- very good pre holiday information from the company and contact during our stay. Sheets and linen changed during our 2 week stay which was great and unexpected, lots of extras like toilet rolls, basic toiletries, washing up liquid etc which just made everything easier. The rep contacted us on arrival and we were able to drop our bags off before we could fully access the property which made our 1st day (after travelling since 2am) so much nicer

Our group really enjoyed our stay here! It's in a great neighborhood, walking distance to the city center and several good restaurants. We rented a car so free parking was a big plus. To be honest, we wouldn’t book it again. The pool was completely dirty and not usable. The shower heads in the bathroom were very old and no longer worked properly. In the kitchen there are ants at the sink and in two kitchen cupboards which is just super disgusting and made sure that we never used the kitchen. In general, the flat looks much fresher in the pictures than it is now. The couch is just worn out and doesn't look very nice anymore. You can definitely find better for the price you pay here

Nära staden även om det är lite backigt. Finns dock mycket restauranger på relativt nära håll.
Bra träning blev det med tanke på alla promenader vi tog.
Lägenheten innehåller det mesta som behövs. Det är gott om plats alla sovrum har eget WC.
Det ingår privat P-garage med plats för 2 bilar.
Poolen prövade vi inte, kändes lite kall.

Everything we needed in the kitchen was provided. Location within walking distance of centre and ideal for exploring Funchal. Parking in secure garage was good for us using a hire car for a few days.
We were there for a very hot spell and the apartment did get very warm at night with no air conditioning - however we do appreciate the temperature was extreme

Absolutely nothing was missing, the apartment has everything you could need - from kitchen appliances (dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, toaster, even blender), dishes and tools to a washing machine, clothes dryer and electric heaters and fans for each room. Easy and clear check in and check out, beautiful view of the city of Funchal from the windows and balcony. An outdoor swimming pool and a spacious underground garage are the perfect additions to this wonderful apartment
We found olive oil, vinegar, salt, coffee in the kitchen, but there was no sugar and we ran out of trash bags. The living room and dining room could use better lighting.
But all these are just comments, not defects by any means and the stay in the apartment was great!

beautiful apartment, very spacious with an amazing view! if there was AC (I can't remember if it's listed or not) we didn't find it but opened the windows at night and it cooled down beautifully. very close to some great restaurants and easy to use Bolt to book a taxi/ride share around the island! They provided a baby cot and high chair to use and the apartment was spacious enough for 5 adults and one 9 month old to feel comfortable in. We would definitely rebook if we come back to Madeira!

This apartment was a real joy to stay in. So often rented apartments are a bit off with basic things missing. It really made a difference to a pleasant stay having decent drawers and shelves in the rooms, decent tasteful furnishings and a properly furnished kitchen. Felt like were staying in a proper home rather than a rented holiday apartment. Communication with manager was very good. Everything was clean on arrival and we really appreciated the mid-stay clean. The location is good with restaurants 5 min walk, a lovely park 5-10 min walk and centre of town 15 mins walk. Finally great balcony with view of the sea!

Cicho, gdy w parku brak koncertów, co nas akurat bawiło, nie przeszkadzało - w weekendy trwał letni festiwal.
Spacerem do centrum turystycznego - starego miasta, targu owocowego, kolejki linowej do Monte 20-25 min, centrum handlowe z dużym supermarketem spacerem 10-15 min.
Należy wymienić deskę do prasowania, i fajnie byłoby dawać znać mieszkańcom kiedy jest planowane sprzątanie.

Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment, not new but maintained ok. Properly equiped with all small things but necesary, like washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, oil+ vinegar or shopping eco bags (no welcome wine thougt;-)
Very silent if no summer festival in the Santa Catarina Park that might be an attraction or disadventage depends on your preferences. We liked the music on weekends' nights.
Nice balcony to enjoy morning coffee, dining or night glass of wine with a view of mountains, Fortaleza de São João Baptista do Pico, Funchal and the ocean in the right corner ;-)
Parking is a huge adition, pivotal if you plan to rent a car.
Clean swiming pool, no people!
Good location but be prepared for 20-25 min walk to the old town/ fruit market. Shoping mall for serious groceries is a 10-15min walk .
Cleaning onece per week.
Nice host, who wasn't informed about our earlier arrival but came in 10 min, apologised and arrange cleaning quickly, so we left our stuff and came back in 3 hrs.

This is a well equipped and spacious apartment. We really felt happy here. We extended our stay during New Year and were delighted. We hadn’t realised that the pool would be too cold to swim in but there is so much to do in Funchal that our sons didn’t complain. Brilliant location too. All in all a great apartment. Towels and sheets pristine plus there are extra blankets and plug in radiators so it can also be cosy in the cooler months. Highly recommend.

The apartment supplied all you could need for a nice relaxing stay. comfortable beds, swimming pool, lovely views. central location to get to shops, bars, and restaurants. you could go to a burger joint or a plush nouveau cuisine restaurant within walking distance.
The why not resaurant at the bottom of the hill were really nice, menu wasn't large. but the food excellent.
this apartment, W on level 2 was actually on the ground with no stairs to enter. I would definitely go back there again.

The property is a non-descript six floor apartment block in a residential area about 15 mins uphill walk from the main Street in Funchal. The apartment is on the ground floor, which is floor 2. Security is very good, gated entry etc. The pool is one floor down which you can access by walking or by lift. The apartment was just the right size for our group of 4 Adults an 2 kids, large enough so as not to be on top of one another, yet not sprawling.The view from the balcony was exceptional. Views of Funchal from the mountains to the sea. The decor was functional, modern and pleasantly neutral. The kitchen was very well equipped. If I were super critical then I would say that the soft seating in the lounge was limited for six and all other chairs became a bit hard when you been sitting for a while e.g. on the balcony or at the table. Surprisingly there is no AC. Not a problem when we traveled, but it could be a problem in hotter months. We spent a lovely week exploring Funchal and would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a wonderful time staying here in Funchal. The views from the balcony were amazing and the apartment was super spacious and well decorated. The location is good - a short walk to most of the tourist activities and restaurants we wanted to visit, but still a quiet street.

The apartment was spacious, clean, with a fantastic view of the city and mountains and a very hard to beat location! Was a flawless stay for a family of 6. They supported us with lugagge and airport transfers as well. I strongly recommend staying here if travelling to Madeira!

We are a family of four two adults and two teenagers 13 and 15. The flight was 2 hours delayed but our transfer was there waiting. The lovely lady who met us filipa was really busy but didn’t keep us waiting.
The flat is spotless, the beds comfortable with brilliant white sheets.
We had enough space for teenage down time and it’s in a great location. Can’t recommend it highly enough!!!!

Great check in. We were delayed 2 hours the transfer was waiting. Filipa was running around and didn’t even keep us waiting.
The flat is large and ideal for 2 adults and two teenagers (13 & 15). It gave us space and the dining and sitting room was great to sit and chat. The kitchen would be great for cooking and a few light washes. The pool is easily accessible but we didn’t use it. The place is spotless with clean white bed linen and towels.
Great location walking distance to everything. One must is the basket rides hilarious!

Appartement tres agréable ...bien placé dans Funchal...avec place de parking privé et piscine....
3 chambres dont une parentale...2 salle de bain et 3 toilettes....cuisine équipée....tout est neuf..propre...et une vue de la terrasse extraordinaire..surtout de nuit quand tous est éclairé.....sur qu'on redemandera cette apparemment si nous retournons à Madere....

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and huge! We absolutely loved it
The decoration is lovely and modern
The cleaning was 5 Stars it was absolutely spotless
We made good use of the large swimming pool
There are plenty of restaurants near by as well as mini groceries markets
Every time I tried to communicate with management they responded promptly and quickly

We highly recommend and I would definitely comeback to jasmineiro || again !

The apartment was spotless and in a great location. The views from the balcony and the bedrooms across Funchal, the mountains and the sea were awesome. My children want to move in.
A great place to stay and can’t wait to book another stay. We will be back.

Отличные апартаменты. Благоустроенные, чистые. Кухня полностью оборудована. Есть вся необходимая посуда. Хорошее место расположения. Есть подземный паркинг на 2 машины. Территория закрытая. Пять минут до порта и магазинов. Рекомендую

Estive 4 dias na Madeira com a minha família e a escolha do apartamento não poderia ter sido melhor.
Começando pela atenção do André até à estadia, foi tudo impecável.
O apartamento tem uma vista espectacular para a montanha e para o mar o que nos faz perder bastante tempo na varanda a apreciar a paisagem. É confortável e está bem equipado para as necessidades pessoais.
A localização é excelente, consegue-se ir a pé até à Zona Velha.
Recomendo vivamente!
