VERKEHRSMITTEL
Mit Bushaltestelle praktisch vor der Haustür, Transport wird kein Problem für unsere Gäste sein. Für Abflüge und Ankünfte am Flughafen ist die nächste Aerobus-Haltestelle nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
Sie können uns auch nach einem Taxitransfer mit unseren lokalen Partnern fragen. Billiger als die Taxis am Flughafen!

SONSTIGE BEMERKUNGEN
- Nach portugiesischem Recht müssen alle Gäste einen gültigen Ausweis vorlegen. (z.B. Reisepass, Personalausweis).
- Der Check-in muss im Voraus geplant werden. Falls der Check-in nicht innerhalb von 48 Stunden vor der Ankunft geplant wird, müssen die Gäste die Verfügbarkeit unseres Teams abwarten.
- Alle notwendigen Wäschestücke und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Ein Kinderbett, ein Hochstuhl und eine Babywanne können bei Bedarf zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Wir verfügen über einen Erste-Hilfe-Kasten, Feuerlöscher und eine Brandschutzdecke in allen Häusern.
ACHTUNG
Bitte beachten Sie, dass für alle Personen, die in der Gemeinde Funchal übernachten, eine Touristengebühr erhoben wird. Für alle Gäste, die in Ferienanlagen und/oder Unterkünften übernachten und mindestens 13 Jahre alt sind, wird eine Gebühr von 2,00 € pro Person/Nacht erhoben, bis zu einem Maximum von 7 Nächten und einem Maximum von 14,00 € pro Person/Aufenthalt. Bei Ihrer Ankunft erhalten Sie einen Link zur Zahlung dieser Kommunalsteuer.

Расположение в городе не идеальное, но можно было спокойно пройтись около 1,5 километра до центра, город маленький, поэтому нормально. Рядом шумел канал, но ночью слышно не было. Кровать очень скрипит

bardzo mi było ciężko zerozumieć przesłaną instrukcję dotycząca odbioru kluczy, przez co proces zameldowania był długi. Apartament o bardzo prostym wyposażeniu, mało funkcjonalny i mało przytulny - na zdjeciach wygląda bardzo zachęcająco w rzeczywistości juz teochę mniej. Brak wieszaków, nasze kurtki leżały po prostu na podłodze, bo nie było ich gdzie powiesić. Kanapa w salonie składa się jedna częśc z całego materaca a druga cześć to są użożone podychy widoczne na zdejciach kanapy - to się nie nadaje do spania na kilka nocy. Odór z łazienki był cięzki do wytrzymania.

Der Boden war nicht richtig geputzt. Ist uns mit Kind aufgefallen. Die Betten haben geknackt und die Matratze war nicht gut.

Para el sofá cama dejaron sólo un edredón, no dejaron sábana, y con el calor que hace estaría bien dejar proporcionar una sábana, lo dijimos pero no trajeron, en la sala se estar hacía mucho calor.

Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht besonders gegeben.
So gut wie alle Möbel sowie die Wände sind vermackt und beschmutzt.
Das Bett und das Sofa sind ziemlich unbequem und durchgelegen.
Der Kühlschrank war leider überhaupt nicht sauber. Als wir mit Küchenpapier etwas vom Boden aufgewischt haben war das Tuch danach schwarz, der Boden war demnach auch nicht sauber.
In der Wohnung gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler (war unter Ausstattung so angegeben), dafür haben wir eine Rückerstattung von 10% erhalten.
Im Badezimmer riecht der Abfluss ziemlich streng. Der Geruch ging auch nicht weg durch die Benutzung. Ebenfalls war die Duschwand sehr schmutzig und in der Badewanne/Dusche waren noch fremde Haare.
Das Warmwasser hat kaum zum Duschen für zwei Personen bei normaler Länge gehalten. Einer von uns musste leider meistens kalt duschen.
Insg. könnte die Wohnung eine Renovierung gebrauchen

A személyzet rossz kódot adott meg üzenetben, így nem tudtunk bejutni a lakásba, amikor jeleztük nekik akkor úgy éreztük, hogy mi vagyunk hülyének nézve, hogy a rossz kóddal nem jutunk be…
Illetve jó lett volna ha előzetesen tájékoztatnak, hogy működik a parkolás, stb., mert csak a lakásba volt kiírva, ahova ugye nem jutottunk be eleinte.
4 főre foglaltuk a szállást, egy szoba volt franciaággyal, illetve egy kanapéágy, amivel nem is lett volna baj, de az a kanapé még egy főnek is nagyon kicsi és kényelmetlen, nem hogy kettőnek. Számomra érthetetlen, hogyha már kiadják 4 főre akkor miért nem lehet normális kanapéágyat berakni. 6 napig nagyon kényelmetlen volt így aludni…

Nonostante l'appartamento affacci su rua de 5 otubro e non manchino i rumori del traffico, la notte era piacevole dormire col rumore del ruscello e la mattina all'alba leggere sul terrazzino
Unica pecca, che comunque non influenza la valutazione finale, è la moka il cui fondo era molto incrostato. Capita, mi rendo conto che nel lavaggio di tutti gli utensili qualcosa possa scappare.

L’alloggio si trova in una posizione tranquilla abbastanza comoda per visitare la città anche a piedi e molto comodo anche per visitare delle cantine.
Ottimo il servizio di consegna chiavi e la velocità nelle risposte da parte dell’host. Molto comodo il fatto di avere un garage con posto riservato.
Grazie alla posizione non troppo in centro città è risultato molto comodo anche poter utilizzare l’auto per visitare l’isola ed effettuare delle camminate.
La vicinanza al centro città invece è comoda al fine di visitarla e di poter andare al mercato del pesce per acquistare il pescato fresco.
Alloggio pulito e il letto dispone di topper!
Fondamentale la presenza del climatizzatore!

Гладильная доска удобно встроена на балконе, но не продумано как гладить если в это время над ней висят постиранные вещи 😂.
В первый день был неприятный запах в ванной комнате, видимо некоторое время не пользовались.

- Very tight car park with instructions unclear on where car park buzzer would be. Was told beforehand that all keys would be in lock box but this wasn't the case - car park entrance gate stopped working so had to use exit half way through stay
- Bedding and matress topper loose so constantly had to fix it during stay.
Nothing wrong with the apartment and host was very responsive. Had a great time in Madeira

Mit der Kommunikation war ich nicht zufrieden. In der Wochenmitte wurde eine Reinigung durchgeführt die am Vortag angekündigt wurde, jedoch nicht wann genau. Somit kamen wir gehen 16:30 zurück und es wurde noch immer geputzt. Weiters funktionierte kurzzeitig die Therme nicht und wir hatten kein Warmwasser. Nachdem meiner Freundin nicht geantwortet wurde habe ich mich noch einmal gemeldet. Das Problem wurde schnell behoben jedoch ohne unsere Zustimmung, dass jemand Fremder in unsere Wohnung darf während wir nicht anwesend waren.
Check-Out und Check-In haben aber hervorragend funktioniert!
Alles in Allem eine gute Wohnung in guter Lage (Parkplatz inbegriffen -top!). Als Paar mit Kind empfehlenswert, jedoch als Gruppe wie wir es waren würde ich die Finger davon lassen.

Des Weiteren hätte man die Möglichkeit gehabt, seine Kleidung in einer Waschmaschine zu waschen, was auch sehr praktisch ist, wenn man mit wenig Gepäck verreist. Auch der vorhandene Balkon war ein Pluspunkt. Die Aussicht auf die gegenüberliegende Hausfassade war zwar nicht sehr schön, aber auch nicht tragisch. Auch erwähnenswert ist natürlich der vorhandene Parkplatz im Parkhaus, in das wir nach einem Anruf auch direkt geführt wurden. Super praktisch, wenn man sich vor Ort ein Auto mietet und es geschützt abstellen möchte.
Der Abfluss im Bad hat ab und an stark gestunken und die Bettdecke im Schlafzimmer war nicht ganz sauber. Ich denke jedoch, dass das übersehen wurde.

Bett, es hat sich angefühlt, als wäre Plastik über der Matratze, wodurch man viel geschwitzt hat und sehr laute Geräusche beim sich drehen im Bett gemacht hat. Unangenehm für den Partner, der vielleicht geschlafen hat.
Die Mitarbeiterin kannte die Ausstattung der Wohnung nicht sehr gut und wirkte unbeholfen. Auf Abfrage wo es einen Wäscheständer gebe, wusste sie keine Antwort. Wir haben später einen gefunden.
Das Klopapier war zu wenig, wurde aber auf Nachfrage nachgeliefert.

There is the air conditioning in the bedroom which is a big plus.
Parking space in the underground garage also quite useful.
One negative note the matterasse was not up to our standard

Propreté parfaite, équipement très complet, parfait pour 3 personnes (à quatre, c'est un peu juste).
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le parking souterrain privé.
Inconvénients:
Ne se trouve pas dans un quartier très agréable
Bruit important (circulation et rivière) nous obligeant à garder les fenêtres fermées.

The welcome was great and made sure we had everything we needed, the apartment itself is located about a 10/15 min walk from the centre of the town which doesn’t feel like too long to walk. Would highly recommend

It is just a few minutes walk from the town and the parking space was a bonus for us. Apartment is also located in a very convenient place if you have a car and you want to travel around the island (just few minutes from entrance/exit to the motorway).
It was a great choice and we really enjoyed our stay!!!

Wir haben uns dafür aber mit anderen Gastgebern anderer Jahre getroffen.
Alle Sitzgelegenheiten sind aus Plaste und sehr hart. Der kleine Sessel ist etwas für Kinder. Sehr kleiner Kühlschrank und nur im bücken zu bestücken . Für den Preis sollte ein Geschirrspüler und eine ordentliche Kaffeemaschine mit mehr als 2 Tassen drin sein. Dann auch etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck.TV nicht einen deutschen Sender. Am Abend hatten wir dann einen regelmäßigen Besuch von Massen von Ameisen in der Küche. Keine Schallschutzfenster , aber Straße und Fluss. Aber sehr sauber und alle 7 Tage Reinigungsservice
Wohnung gut ,Möbel aber nur für Junge Leute und kurz Urlauber . Nicht wie wir für 5 Wochen

The only thing I would mension is that the bed in the livingroom is quite small for 2 people. For a couple or 2 children, it would be probably fine, but for friends or older siblings it's just not enough. But besides that I have nothing to complain about. :) Big thanks to André and Carolina once again!

Carolina checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very hot but she provided a fan when we asked which helped. It is still hot though!
We would recommend this place for your visit to Madeira.

Andre's apartment was absolutely as described on the website. Very clean, central and well equipped. We loved the fact that there was safe underground car parking, that we could go out for the day and then come back and walk into Funchal in the evening. This is a residential area of Funchal - the tourist area is set away from the town. That is what we wanted - when we are on holiday we try to be 'locals' not tourists.
Check in was easy - Marta met us at the apartment and showed us everything.
We hope to come back in the not too distant future and would absolutely stay in the flat again.
