Es ist in einem gemütlichen, modernen Stil eingerichtet, liegt direkt am Markt und ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Es könnte nicht einfacher sein, diese schöne Stadt zu erkunden.

Dieses moderne Studio mit großen Fenstern verfügt über ein Doppelbett, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, eine Kochnische und ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Doppelschlafsofa. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit Fernseher, Mikrowelle, kostenlosem WLAN und Klimaanlage.

DIE NACHBARSCHAFT ÜBERBLICK
Die Gäste haben einfachen Zugang zu mehreren Restaurants (es gibt ein kleines Café vor der Haustür), Geschäften und Lebensmittelläden in der Umgebung.
Innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen Sie den schönen Markt (Mercado dos Lavradores) mit tropischen Pflanzen, Früchten und Blumen, direkt neben der Altstadt und dem Yachthafen.

Um vom/zum Flughafen zu gelangen, gibt es eine Aerobus-Haltestelle innerhalb von 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt oder Sie können uns bitten, einen Taxitransfer mit unseren lokalen und vertrauenswürdigen Partnern zu arrangieren. Billiger als die Flughafentaxis!

Perfect location in town along and between cobble stone alleyways, fun and quirky bars downstairs yet still very quiet.
The space is lovely with glass windows all around. There were signs of general wear and tear, and while one of the staff assisting us with communication at the start was helpful. When we arrived an were trying to locate and understand parking options, prices and parking regulations the staff member, Filip, was incredibly unhelpful directing us to the logbook where no information was found other than no parking on site. Found this inconsiderate and unhelpful. There are parking houses close by for 15euro a day and on weekends you can park at no charge on, but please confirm this.

Wir waren zu dritt im Apartment, dafür hatte es eine gute Größe, zu viert wird es wohl etwas eng. Die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern und der Beschreibung, allerdings trafen auch die Kommentare zur lauten Tür, zum lange geöffneten Restaurant im Erdgeschoss und zur Baustelle vor dem Fenster zu.
Die Mitarbeitenden von An Island waren extrem gut zu erreichen und tauschten den kaputten Herd sofort aus. Außerdem wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes das Zimmer gereinigt und neue Handtücher etc. gebracht.
Die Lage war hervorragend. Nah an der Fußgängerzone und einem Einkaufsladen (continente, 1 min), und durch die Lage in der Nachbargasse nicht ganz so laut. Alles in der Stadt war von dort zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen (Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, Promenade, Gondelstation, Busstation, ...)
(Einziges Problem: Parkmöglichkeiten, haben jedoch nach etwas Suchen ein (enges) Parkhaus für 5€ pro Tag gefunden: Espaço Insular in der Tv. da Infância.)

Das Zimmer war schön, jedoch nicht wirklich sauber. Es gab einen ca. 4 cm großen schmierigen Fleck auf meinem Bettlaken und ich habe 2x verfilzte Haare mit Staub vermischt gefunden.
Die Steckdose neben dem Bett fiel einfach aus der Wand. Die Handseife war stark verdünnt mit Wasser.
Anfangs stand ein unerträglicher Geruch in der Luft, der mit viel Lüften jedoch verzogen ist.
Unter dem Airbnb ist ein Restaurant, welches jeden Abend um ungefähr 23 Uhr sehr laut war, durch Tische und Stühle verrücken.
Auch die Haustür ist wirklich sehr laut. Jedes Mal, wenn sie zu schlug, war ich wach.
Die Klobrille im Bad ist viel zu klein für die Toilette, was wirklich sehr unangenehm war.
Es ist wirklich schade, weil die Lage an sich echt spitze ist, aber es fühlte sich für mich so an, als würde die Wohnung wirklich sehr vernachlässigt werden. Ich glaube sie wurde zu Beginn einmal schön gemacht und seit her ist keine Liebe mehr dort rein geflossen.

Overall the property has some good features and some less positive ones. It’s located in the old part of the city that is good for walking around but the parking options The place is good for a short stay but in mai opinion more than 2-3 days will get you frustrated because the extremely small bathroom and the absence of a proper kitchen. The kitchen is nothing more than a sink and a cabinet (no oven or stove and not even a proper fridge) anything more than a tea is impossible to do. So if you’re the cooking kind of person I would recommend getting something else. The property also needs a thorough cleaning.

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage. Man ist Mitten in der Stadt und hat direkt vor der Tür gute Restaurants. Auch der eigenständige Check-in hat sehr gut geklappt.
Die Bilder der Unterkunft sahen für uns ansprechender aus als die Unterkunft in Wirklichkeit auf uns wirkte.
Für uns das größte Problem an der Unterkunft war jedoch der Baulärm, welcher direkt vor einer der Fensterfronten stattfand und sehr laut zu hören war, weshalb wir unseren Aufenthalt verkürzt haben.
Auch ein negativer Aspekt war, dass wir für 3 Personen gebucht hatten und wir erst Bettwäsche suchen und den dritten Schlafplatz herrichten mussten.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bezüglich des verkürzten Aufenthalts erfolgte schnell.

The location is good
There were a number of issues

The Wi-Fi did not work for the entire trip because the hosts gave us the incorrect Wi-Fi password till the day before we left… They still insist that the Wi-Fi worked even though we didn’t have the right password to use it

The shower leaked every time we used it… It was brought to their attention and they said they could not fix it until we left

The seat was extremely loose… Came to fix it, but it was extremely loose again so the hardware needs to be replaced

There was mould in the shower mould on the walls… I’ve sent the host pictures, but they refused to respond

We called their support line 2 days in a row, and they never picked up the phone

Overall, a very, very bad experience which they are not taking accountability for

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Funchal avec les transports en commun et à pied.
Pas de draps prévus dans le logement pour le canapé lit. J'ai du attendre le lendemain que quelqu'un en apporte. J'ai demandé à quitter le logement plus tard et j'ai eu la confirmation de Booking mais a priori le personnel n'a pas été prévenu car ils sont rentrés 2 fois dans le logement alors que j'y étais ! Très désagréable pour moi et pour le personnel aussi !

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten bis zur Markthalle, der Santa Maria und der Seilbahn von Funchal.
Die Wohnung entsprach leider nicht ganz den angegebenen Bildern, sehr in die Jahre gekommen, sind beim Betreten kurz erschrocken.
Das Wasser der Dusche läuft sehr schlecht ab, das Bad & die Toilette sehr eng und klein.

De airbnb was gezellig van binnen en gezellig gelegen in Funchal old town. Het was makkelijk om binnen te komen en er was duidelijke communicatie met de host. Toen we aankwamen was de airbnb echter nog niet schoongemaakt na de vorige gasten. Dat was even balen, maar de host reageerde snel en het schoonmaakteam had de ruimte hierna vrij snel schoon. We kregen ook een flesje wijn en de schoonmaakfee terug, als goedmaker! Al met al, prima te gedijen in deze airbnb!

Daarnaast doet het ons goed om te horen dat onze communicatie duidelijk en snel was. We betreuren het echter dat de schoonmaak niet op orde was bij aankomst. We waarderen dat je ons hierop hebt gewezen en we hebben direct actie ondernomen om het probleem op te lossen. L’appartement est correcte pour un court séjour comme le nôtre qui a été de 4 nuits. L’appartement est à proximité d’une rue où se trouvent des magasins et des restaurants ce qui est très pratique. Il fait 30m2 ce qui est suffisant pour deux personnes. La boîte où se trouvait les clés était facilement trouvable.

Je dirai que si vous êtes plus de deux personnes cela est trop petit. Le lit est personnellement pas confortable mais c’est à titre personnel car cela dépend des matelas qu’on utilise. L’eau ne s’écoulait pas très bien dans la douche mais si vous prenez de courtes douches ça va. L’appartement n’est pas très isolé, il se trouve juste en dessus d’un bar donc si vous êtes des couche-tôt vous risquez de ne pas apprécier. On entendait aussi des fois les voisins du dessus. Le wifi ne marchait pas.

Dans la globalité je dirai que c’était bien pour notre court séjour et pratique.

The host was very nice and the place was clean and very similar on what is shown on the pictures (which isn’t always the case). The only things I would have to criticize would be the fridge, which was fairly small and not working properly and the car parking recommendations. The host might not know this but we found a 4€/night parking garage 5 min from the place which is much cheaper than the 15€/night garages he recommended. I was also not a fan of the late check-in time :D. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and I can highly recommend the place.

Appartement très bien placé, proche des transports en communs et des principaux centres d'intérêts de la ville. Idéal pour les personnes n'ayant pas de véhicule. Quelques travaux à prévoir dans l'appartement mais qui ne posent pas de problèmes pour le séjour. Étant situé dans une rue commerçante, il faut s'attendre à avoir du bruit tôt le matin et en soirée. Bars et restaurants au pied du logement, ce qui est pratique. Appartement très lumineux et climatisé, agréable à vivre.

Уютная небольшая квартира, в тихом переулке. До центра 7-10 мин пешком. Мебель и интерьер не новые, но все в нормальном состоянии, удобная большая кровать. Хозяину рекомендую обработать душевую, в углах есть плесень. Из плюсов: рядом торговый центр Anadia, где можно купить все необходимое, а также много кафе поблизости.

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű, mindenhez közel van. Az előzetes tájékoztatás alapján könnyen felvettük a kulcsot. Kényelmes volt az ágy, és a fürdőszobában nagyon jó a víznyomás és a tusfürdő. A konyha pont elég jól felszerelt, csak a kiskanalak hiányoztak. Az utolsó nap nagyon rugalmasak és segítőkészek voltak a szállásadók a csomagokkal (12 óra után).
Ahogy beléptünk a házba, sok meredek lépcső vitt fel az apartmanig. A helyre nagyon ráfér a felújítás, főképp a fürdőszobában, ahol jó lett volna legalább egy kis polc a dolgainknak. Fogas csak a WC-ben volt, törölközőtartó csak a zuhanyfülkében. 1 hétre 4 vékony tekercs, egyrétegű wcpapírt hagytak kettőnknek. A vasárnap kivételével nagyon hangos a környék, az apartman alatt egy kávézó, előtte egy vendéglő. Az utcai lámpa szinte nappali fényt "varázsol" a hálóba. Két elektromos eszközt (hajszárító, kenyérpirító) nem lehet egyszerre használni, mert leveri a biztosítékot.

Great apartment!! Was very clean and tidy, matching the photos and descriptions. The host responded extremely quickly to any questions and queries we had providing useful information and solutions. The apartment is located perfectly with restaurants below and across the street with the beach, supermarkets and city centre only a short walk away.

top position! the apartment is small but nice, easy to retrieve the keys from the keyboxes. Excellent cleaning, only that you would expect more from an apartment described and photographed. living area and where to sleep as in the photo, we had studio flat 2 with parrots. excellent remote management for problems inside the apartment, he would replace the apartment for us, but we told us to avoid it, which was not an insurmountable problem (there was a leak from the shower which flooded the bathroom and consequently the tiles moved, so it's probably been going on for a while).
The bathroom is really small, not even the door that beats in the toilet opens, the size of the sides is about 60x40 cm, really mini. the shower narrow but definitely better than the toilet, mini sink. for such a well-kept apartment, perhaps the bathroom could have been better. the mini kitchen is facing the bed, so we didn't use it and it has two flying plates.

posizione top! l'appartamento è piccolo ma carino, facile recuperare le chiavi dalle keybox. Pulizia eccellente, solo che da un appartamento descritto e fotografato ti aspetteresti di più. zona soggiorno e dove dormire come da foto, noi avevamo il monolocale 2 con i pappagalli. ottima gestione da remoto per problemi interni all'appartamento, ci avrebbero sostituito l'appartamento, ma abbiamo detto noi di evitare, che nn era un problema insormontabile (c'era una perdita dalla doccia che allagava il bagno e di conseguenza le mattonelle si muovevano, quindi presumibilmente è una cosa che succede da un po').
Il bagno è veramente piccolo, non si apre neanche la porta che batte nel wc, la misura dei lati è 60x40 cm circa, veramente mini. la doccia stretta ma decisamente meglio del wc, lavabo mini. per un appartamento così curato magari il bagno poteva essere meglio. la mini cucina è fronte letto, quindi noi non l'abbiamo usata e ha due piastre volanti.

Haben uns für einen Aufenthalt in Funchal entschieden da Freunde dort wohnen und auf uns gewartet haben. Nochmal würden wir uns nicht für Funchal und diese Unterkunft entscheiden. Die Dusche ist undicht und das ganze Wasser lief bis in den Wohnraum. Für unsere 4 Tage Aufenthalt hat es gereicht da wir nur Nachts zum schlafen in die Unterkunft gekehrt sind. Würden aufjedenfall empfehlen wenn man schon auf Madeira ist, etwas mit Ausblick auszuwählen.
Wir hätten uns über Eine Flasche Wasser bei Ankunft sehr gefreut, da wir erst nach Mitternacht ankamen. (Nicht jeder steht auf Leitungswasser) 🙈

This location is perfect! Funchal is very hilly but this is at the bottom of the hills close to the centre, everything within a 5/10 minute walk. Nearby buses and cable car and restaurants. Couldn’t fault it!
The apartment itself was clean and had all we needed, but the shower did leak and flood the floor which the hosts said they would fix, so hopefully won’t be a problem for future guests!

L’alloggio è veramente facile da raggiungere e molto comodo, a 2 minuti a piedi minuti da Zona Velha e la zona del Mercato. Molti servizi utili attorno (shops, tabacchi, bar). L’appartamento era molto pulito e ben ordinato, molto facile effettuare il check in. L’unico problema è nel bagno, un po’ piccolo, durante la doccia, il piatto doccia perdeva acqua e in poco tempo il bagno si allagava. Per il resto ci siamo trovati veramente bene e l’agenzia è stata veramente gentile con noi, per quanto riguarda consigli utili, spostamenti dal e per l’aeroporto e la disponibilità nel rispondere ai nostri messaggi

La douche qui coule, vraiment tres désagréable nous avons passé notre temps a tordre des serviettes remplie d'eau a notre sortie de douche, nous etions 3 personnes apres 3 douches il y avait de l eau jusque dans la chambre .... vous devez faire quelque chose car c'est vraiment tres désagréable!!!! - The shower is leaking, inundating the bath room every time you take a shower. We informed the manager who said he would look for someone to fix it. Noone came to fix it, nor did we get any further response.
- There is no closet, just a cheap cloth rail.
- Internet stopped working for about 2 hours. It had to be reinitiatied.
- The are no windows that can be opened, only two that can be tilted, which was unfortunated considering the tropical climate inside the flat.
Very noisy, particularly during the night. (construction workds nearby, noise of slamming dors (!), waste disposal, bars, etc.)
- No contact person on site

Overall just short of a one star-rating.
To get the full one star rating, the flat could have been far away from the city centre, wich it wasn't. On the contrary. It is in the ancient heart of the town.
It could alsly have been even more dirty and run down.
Still some room for deterioration.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und man ist schnell am Hafen und in der Innenstadt. Der Check-In war super bequem mit Schlüsselbox.

Nice apartment in the heart of the city. Much recommended especially if you don’t rent a car, all important bus stops are located close to the flat. Great, great, great Cuban restaurant literally just a step away.

Mycket centralt läge, nära till hamnen restauranger och mataffär. Mycket bra kommunikation med uthyraren, allt var tydligt. Vi hyrde lägenhet två. Allt fanns i lilla köket för att tillaga en mål mat. Bra att veta är att det är mycket lyhört och hård säng.

The Appartment was perfect, there are a few things you can renovate, but over all it its worthy to stay there. If you have struggle with loud noices you should get u some oropax, because down the street are some bars and restaurants. U have everything nearby.

We had some animals in the rooms as well, 2 small geckos. But there were friendly, we called them Pauli and Harry.

Over all would book it again!

Apartament nie jest duzy ale wystarczajacy dla max 3 osob. Kuchnia jest dobrze wyposazona oraz dostalismy podstawowe przyprawy i kawe sypana do expresu. Lodowka nie jest duza ale w restauracjach na ulicy pod apartamentem mozna zjesc pysznie i niedrogo. Sprzatane jest raz na tydzien ale rzeczy do ogarniecia sa rowniez dostepne na klatce schodowej na 2 pietrze. Pod lozkiem sa dodatkowe koce lub posciel oraz reczniki - w razie potrzeby.
Brak mebla na ubrania. Dostepny jedynie polamany wieszak z 4 wieszakami. Musielismy rozkladac ubrania po parapecie i dokupic wieszaki. Brak miejsca na kosmetyki w lazience. Sasiadow slychac tak jakby siedzieli z nami w apartamencie. Tylko jedna stojaca suszarka na ubrania na wszystkie apartamenty- nam sie niestety nie udalo z niej skorzystac. Brudna czerwona kanapa ale mozna przykryc kocem lub przescieradlem.

Excellent location right in the centre of everything. Well thought out, cosy space with lots of amazing natural light, great storage and handy appliances so you can cook for yourself.

Easy check-in and communication with the hosts, who also replied super swiftly when I had a problem one night!

Only downside - because it’s above a Cuban restaurant, it is loud until around 11/12 some nights. And the bar opposite opens early. So I would bring some earplugs next time 😉

Overall, I would stay here again and really recommend for a very convenient, cosy stay!

Die Lage war sehr zentral mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kurzen Wegen zum Bus, zu Gaststätten und zum Meer. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man ist dort völlig autark.
Direkt am Haus liegen mehrere Bars, in denen man auch frühstücken konnte.
Es wurde nach einer Woche gereinigt.
Zum darüberliegenden Appartement gibt es nur eine unzureichende Schalldämmung, so dass man selbst normal sprechende Leute deutlich wahrnehmen konnte. Bei lauter Aussprache konnte man jedes Wort hören. Zum Glück betraf das nur 2 Tage mit sehr lauten Nachbarn

Great location in Central Funchal. Comfy bed and everything you need. The hosts were great with communication and helpful. The place is unfortunately not soundproof, so if you have people upstairs and downstairs who like a late night natter or a party, not ideal. Overall a great stay though.

Relaçao qualidade preço optima. As fotos faziam parecer que o local era ainda melhor do que realmente era, mas honestamente achei o preço super justo e o espaço muito adequado.
O estacionamento na zona é um pouco limitado, mas no centro é sempre assim.
O isolamento sonoro não é perfeito mas nao causou incómodo

Everything was more or less as we exepcted it. The location of the airbnb is perfect and the host very helpful and willing to make recommendations and suggestions about Madeira. The house, though, looks bigger in the photos, than in real and the kitchen is basic, with just two electrical stoves and a microwave oven. Apart form that, the rest of our experience was very good, with the host being easily accesible for a direct communication whenever needed and the house being cozy and clean.

Hébergement très agréable, joli, très bien situé, entre la vieille ville et le centre de Funchal, et à 5 minutes de l’océan. Accueil très facile, malgré notre retard à l’arrivée.
Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner.
Les deux premières nuits ont été assez bruyantes à cause des voisins du dessus ou dessous. Le canapé lit n’est pas très confortable, mais a tout de même convenu aux enfants. Aucun regret. Nous sommes très satisfaits.

A localização é excelente, próximo de tudo. transportes, bares, cafés, mercados e outros. Muito bom.
A apresentação fotográfica, engana na escolha do apartamento. A divisão dos ambientes não possui portas. O uso para um casal, não teria problema, mas se o uso for de dois casais não há como ter separação de intimidade. O uso do chuveiro para duas pessoas está bem, mas para quatro pessoas já não é bom, pois não comporta para uso continuo, tem que esperar novo aquecimento. Cozinha muito apertada para quem pensa em fazer uso dela.

Simpatia da colaboradora. Receção cedo, uma vez que não tinham hóspedes na noite anterior. A localização excelente do apartamento. O facto de ter muitas janelas era bom. Cama muito confortável. AC em funcionamento. Estendal, ferro de engomar, tábua, secador, gel de banho, guarda fatos. Espaçoso o suficiente. Wifi, televisão. Sobre o barulho da rua, nada a apontar. Os cafés abriam mas o barulho não era de todo elevado no apartamento. Entrega de 2 conjuntos de chaves.
WC extremamente pequeno, especialmente a parte da sanita. Cozinha sem forno e bastante pequena. Janelas apenas com cortinas completamente opacas (faltavam umas semi opacas para se usar durante o dia). Sofá cheio de manchas (muito feio). Limpeza apenas a cada 7 dias, sem utensílios na casa para se fazer a limpeza (produtos, panos, vassoura). Sem troca de lençóis/toalhas. Cheiro a lixo na entrada do prédio uma vez que os caixotes do lixo ficam na entrada. Falta uma máquina de lavar comum para se lavar a roupa. Falta um lençol para a cama, pois apenas tinha edredão, algo quente para a altura do ano.

The location is fine. Close to a big supermarket, bus station, aerobus stop, sea promenade and cableway. The property manager willing and helpful.
The apartment is smaller than it looks on the photographs. It is O.K. for two people for longer stays. The street is a noisy: a restaurant below the apartment and a few homeless people oversleeping there. Limited access by car (officially just load/unload) to the street and difficult to park around. There is all necessary equipment in the kitchen but not much space to cook. Some facilities need a repair: one window does not close, a toiled seat is in a bad shape. The sofa is not very comfortable when unfolded. No recycling bins available.

At first sight this apartment looks great and features everything for a nice vacation residence. You have all the necessary shops and many restaurants nearby. The apartment is clean and easy to access. But unfortunately the fluorescent tubes as lighting gives this apartment a factory hall feeling and kills all romantic vibes. The bathroom is clean but a bit small for two people. The thing that annoyed us the most were the homeless people laying around the apartment making every homecoming unpleasant.

L'appartement est très bien situé, tous les lieux d'intérêt, tout comme la plage, sont accessibles à pied. Le personnel est vraiment accueillant et sympatique. La superficie de l'appartement n'est pas grande, mais convient pour trois personnes (deux adultes et un enfant. La cuisine est bien équipée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut - la vaisselle, la cuisinière, le bouilloire, un micro-ondes, ect., on trouve même du sel, du sucre et de l'huile végétale. La nuit on dort tranquillement, pas de bruit de l'extérieur. Aucune objection concernant la propreté. Rapport qualité/prix imbattable! Je recommande vivement cet appartement, surtout pour les familles avec un enfant.

Nous conseillons ce logement pour visiter Funchal. Tres bien placé entre le centre historique et les parcs fleuries de la ville. Notre arrivée a ete tres bien organisée avec une voiture qui nous attendait a l aeroport, et un bon accueil a l appartement.

Perfect apartment, especially in the wintertime. With all the light coming through the windows, we even didn`t mind, that we had a very rainy week.The location is great, right in the middle of everything, the café underneath is perfect for a quick dinner on e rainy day, the bus stop of the aerobus is very close, the market is close, the ocean is close, what else you need.
I would book it again any time!

O apartamento é ideal para um casal com uma criança pois não é muito amplo. Como não tem garagem e não há estacionamento na rua, é necessário deixa do carro num parque pago (6€ por dia) a 10 minutos do apartamento. Tem muitas janelas e de manhã o que faz com que acordemos assim que i sol nasce porque fica com imensa luz no apartamento. O anfitrião é bastante simpático! A localização e excelente, mesmo no centro do funchal.

Pelourinho Apartment is very comfortable, the bed is comfortable (has more bed linen inside wardrobe), the kitchen has enough equipment to cook something (with fridge, microwave, cooker, etc), the living room is also very comfortable and the bathroom it's good.

The apartment is very close to the best streets in town, there are a lot of supermarkets and restaurants near the house, the Mercado dos Lavradores and Avenida do Mar is about 10 minutes walk.

I would go back again!

Pelourinho II is an apartment located at second floor of a block in old city center of Funchal.- a very good location from my point of view, close to Teleferico Funchal for Monte and Tropical Garden), good restaurants in the neighbourhood and close to a supermarket.
Communication with host was easy and fast, we got all informations we needed, also we appreciated the way we were welcomed.
We recommend this place, it has all you need for a relaxing vacation.

We had a great stay in Funchal, and Andres friend Marta met up with us at the agreed time. The apartement is located in the center at an ideal spot. We arrived late, but that was no problem for him. It was clean and nice.

The flat was perfectly located between new and old city of Funchal, 5/10 min walking away from everthing or almost/ It is simply decorated, well arranged, perfectly clean. The single negative point is the smallness of the kitchen.
We were kindly welcomed by Filipa. She answered all our questions and provided many useful informations.
To conclude, our stay at this place was very nice.

Estadia bem situada com espaço amplo até 4 pessoas em que 2 dormem na cama e outras 2 dormem numa cama sofá, água quente suficiente só para duas pessoas e os outras tem de esperar cerca de uma hora, toalhas do duche só são trocadas uma vez por semana, mesmo assim gostei muito dado a sua localização com ar condicionado e mini bancada de cozinha suficiente.

Appartement très lumineux, petit mais très bien agencé,parfait pour des vacances autonomes.
Très bon acceuil, localisation dans un joli quartier de Funchal, je recommande ce studio.
La seule chose qui pourrait être améliorée est la taille du frigo, très petit pour un pays chaud. A part celà, tout est parfait. MERCI

Impeccably clean, great price, perfect location in the centre of town. 5 mins walk to two supermarkets and close to buses, Teleférico, seafront etc. Highly recommended!
